Abstract

Indonesia's music industry is rapidly growing, with various genres and artists attracting musicians from various groups and organizations. The development of this industry has made it a highly sought-after and valuable sector for both musicians and the music industry. Major Labels are companies that manage and promote their music, promoting and preserving the rights of their artists. The success of a company can be attributed to the quality of its employees, which can be influenced by various factors such as education, skills, competencies, work ethics, motivation, health, work environment, social issues, work environment, climate change, technology, production, management, and performance. Competencies are essential for individuals to perform their jobs effectively and improve professional quality in their field. Quantitative research methods, such as data collection, analysis, and interpretation, are used to study populations and gather data. The analysis of job performance variables reveals that most employees at PT Media Music Proaktif believe that the indicators of job performance are based on job quality, quantity, performance, and performance. The most significant contribution to job performance is the importance of understanding and implementing these variables for individual and team performance, building relationships between employees and management, and creating a healthy work environment. The most significant contribution to job performance is the quality of work facilities, which can lead to job satisfaction and satisfaction, as demonstrated in the case of AC in the same area.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) analyze the effect of organizational culture on employee performance on BPKK Bekasi 2) analy ze the influence of work stress on employee performance on BPKK Bekasi. 3) analyze the influence of organization al culture on job satisfaction on BPKK Bekasi 4) analyze the effect of work stress on job satisfaction on BPKK Bekasi. 5) analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance on BPKK Bekasi. 6) analyze the influence of organizational cult ure on employee performance through job satisfaction on BPKK Bekasi. 7) analyze the effect of work stress on em ployee performance through job satisfaction on BPKK Bekasi. This research used quantitative approach. This resea rch used descriptive method. The population in this study is 50 employees. In this research, the sa mpling technique used is nonprobability sampling with the technique taken that is saturated sampl ing (census), taken a sample of 50 employees at Bekasi employment opportunity expansion Hall a s respondents in this study. The design of analysis and hypothesis test using path analysis (Path Analysis) processed using SPSS. The results of this study: 1) there is a significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance on BPKK Bekasi. 2) there is a significant influence of Job stress on employee performance on BPKK Bekasi.3) there is a significant effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction on BPKK Bekasi. 4) There is a significant influence of job stress on job satisfaction BPKK Bekasi. 5) there is no significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance on BPKK Bekasi. 6) There is a significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction on BPKK Bekasi. 7) There is a significant effect of job stress on employee performance through job satisfaction on BPKK Bekasi.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is something that will support or not support an employee in relation to their work or their condition. Considering that the House of Representative of the Republic of Indonesia’s (DPR RI) Leadership Secretariat Bureau is one of the spearheads which is directly related to optimizing the work of the DPR RI Leadership which is a reflection of the DPR RI institution, it is appropriate for employees within the DPR RI Leadership Secretariat Bureau to provide and demonstrate good and capable performance. Based on this, the author wants to research more deeply into the influence of motivation and leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research is field research conducted at the Secretariat Bureau of the House of Representative of Indonesia. The population of this research is the State Civil Apparatus within the Secretariat Bureau of the Secretariat General of the DPR RI. Meanwhile, the sample used was all 70 employees through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method uses the Path Analysis model to analyze the relationship patterns between variables with the aim of determining the direct and indirect influence on the independent (exogenous) and dependent (endogenous) variables. The research results show that work motivation and leadership have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation and leadership have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation and leadership do not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction in the Secretariat Bureau for the Leadership of the Secretariat General of the DPR RI.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job placement and competence onemployee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT.Bank Mandiri Gandaria Branch. The sample used in this study were 100employees who worked at the Gandaria branch office by using a questionnaire tocollect data. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. Data analysistechnique using path analysis produces validity, reliability, classical assumptiontest using multicollinearity test, path test and hypothesis testing. The resultsshowed that the variable placement and competence have a significant effect onemployee performance variables through indirect motivation, placementvariables affect employee performance through motivation, competencevariables affect employee performance through motivation. The placementvariable has a direct effect on employee performance, the competence variablehas a significant effect on employee performance.
