Abstract

Oil Palm Oilimportant in economic activity. PT. Oil palm plantation is one of the state-owned companies located in West Java. Companies must pay attention to the quality of raw materials and procurement of raw materials in order to achieve maximum production. Many factors can affect the failure to achieve raw material procurement, namely inadequate raw material sources, inadequate transportation, fluctuating raw material prices and a lot of competition. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the supply of palm oil raw materials based on the perception of stakeholders.sample was determined using the Slovin formula and the sample was taken using stratified random sampling. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. The results showed that 75.40% influence of the independent variable sources of raw materials, competition, raw material prices, transportation on the dependent variable raw material inventory. The results showed that the results of hypothesis testing simultaneously independent variables (source of raw materials, competition, raw material prices, transportation) simultaneously affected the dependent variable (raw material inventory). Partial test only variable source of raw materials that affect the supply of raw materials

Abstract

Coffee is one of Indonesia's mainstay commodities. Indonesia is the world's fifth largest coffee exporter for 2020, but within 10 years the export value and production of Indonesian coffee commodities have not been superior to their competitors, namely Brazil, Honduras, Colombia and Vietnam. The purpose of this study is to analyze the comparative competitiveness of Indonesian coffee in the international market. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The analytical method used to measure the comparative competitiveness of a country's commodities is Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) analysis. The results of the study indicate that Indonesian coffee commodities have strong competitiveness (RCA> 1), but the average RCA is lower than Brazil, Honduras, Colombia and Vietnam.

Abstract

The average meat requirement in Indonesia is met from boiler chicken meat. South Tambun sub-district has the largest population in Bekasi Regency and Bekasi Regency is the area with the highest per capita income and district minimum wage in Indonesia. Even so, the consumption of broiler meat in Tambun Selatan District, Bekasi Regency, West Java can be said to be low so that it does not meet nutritional needs. This study aims to: (1) analyze the factors that influence the demand for broiler chicken simultaneously; (2) Analyzing the factors that affect the demand for Broiler Chicken Partially. The data used in this study is primary data through the distribution of questionnaires using google form by household consumers (Cross-section). Respondents in this study were 100 respondents obtained using the Slovin formula. Data analysis used multiple linear regression formula assisted by Microsoft Excel and EViews 10 applications. The results showed that 37,8% of consumer demand for broiler chicken could be explained by the independent variables used in the multiple linear regression equation model. All independent variables have a significant effect on the demand for broiler meat. The number of family members, the number of family incomes, and the level of education simultaneously have a significant effect on the demand for broiler meat.

Abstract

Income from trading business contributes to the family income of fruit traders. Fruit traders in Pasar Kepuh bear the business risk, reducing the economic value of the fruits. This study aims to analyze costs, revenues and profits as well as analyze the factors that influence the business profits of fruit traders. Determination of samples with saturated sampling method, as many as 21 traders. Primary data were obtained through interviews and observations. Data were analyzed using income, business service, correlation. The results showed: The average cost of each trader is Rp. 8,266,575 per week, the average income of each trader is Rp. 10,463,524 per week, the average profit of traders is Rp. 2,196,949 per week; The fruit merchant business was declared feasible with the R/C ratio showing 1.27. The variables of capital and length of business have a significant relationship to profits, while the variables of age, education and number of dependents do not have a significant relationship to profits.

Abstract

This study has the following objectives: (1) Analyzing the income level of gepuk milkfish for one month obtained by the Gepuk Milkfish Home Industry in Tirtajaya District, Karawang Regency, (2) Analyzing the added value of gepuk milkfish for one month obtained by the Gepuk Milkfish Home Industry in Tirtajaya District, Karawang Regency. The determination of the research area was based on the consideration that, in Tirtajaya District, the raw material for milkfish is very abundant and there is processing of milkfish into gepuk milkfish. In this study, researchers set 4 people as respondents with the census method. This study uses data analysis in the form of cost, revenue, income and added value analysis. The results showed that: (1) The average total cost incurred by the processor was Rp. 26,073,441.62 per month. The average acceptance of gepuk milkfish is Rp. 44,550,000 per month. The average income is IDR 18,476,558.38 per month. (2) The added value obtained from processing milkfish into gepuk milkfish for one month is an average of IDR 8,782.17 per fish with a value added ratio of 45%. So based on these results the added value of gepuk milkfish is said to be high because it has a ratio of > 40%.

Abstract

The income level of farmers in general can be influenced by several aspects, namely the area of ​​land, the amount of production, the selling price, and the production costs of farming. Apart from farming, farmers usually seek income from outside the farm. According to Soekartawi (2003), the level of farm income, apart from being the main determinant of the welfare of farmer households, also appears as one of the important factors that condition economic growth. Poverty is closely related to welfare, reflected in the fulfillment of basic needs and increased purchasing power. Tambelang sub-district, the average population who works as farmers has income outside of farming. Due to suffice for the welfare of the farmer's household itself. The aims of this study were: to determine farm income, farmer household income, and the poverty rate of rice farming households in Tambelang District, Bekasi Regency. The results showed that the average farming income per farmer planting season was Rp 9,208,890 and for farming income per month was Rp 2,302,222 in one month. The average income of farmer households in one planting season is Rp 27,111,339/ha and for a month it is Rp 6,777,834/ha. Based on the criteria of the Sajogyo method, the criteria for "a decent household life" from farming income are 32 respondents and household income are 40 respondents.

Abstract

Cut flower traders in Bogor City have now begun to decline, therefore it is necessary to conduct a feasibility study to find out whether the cut flower trading business in Bogor City provides decent profits or not to be cultivated. The objectives of this study are; to analyze how much income is obtained from the cut flower business in Bogor City, Analyze the feasibility level of the cut flower business in Bogor City. The sampling technique in this study was to use the purposive sampling method, the samples needed in this study were 26 cut flower traders in Bogor City by combining 13 traders in the fostered zone and 13 cut flower traders in the non-assisted zone of the Bogor City Government. The data analysis used in this study is revenue analysis and R/C Ratio (Revenue Cost Ratio). The results of this study show that the income received in one month by cut flower traders in non-fostered zones and traders in fostered zones can be said to be profitable. The feasibility rate (R/C Ratio) of cut interest efforts in non-fostered zones and fostered zones is equally feasible to strive for.
