Abstract

The research describes and explains the role of the forestry police in maintaining protected forest areas for the realization of sustainability. The  research method is qualitative descriptive. The basic research is social phenomena. The result of this research  indicate that the role of the forestry police in maintaining protected forest area, protected forest destruction Balang Lajangnge especially tree felling and forest fires or logging without a permit have been followed up by the forestry police and the expected is a reasonable sanctions have given to perpetrators, as well as the public's cooperation is needed to substract the forest fires, illegal logging without permission, because most people have not thought seriously about the felling of trees without permission notice, due to the uneven dissemination.Keywords: role, forestry police, forest preserve Penelitian ini menggambarkan dan menjelaskan peran polhut dalam menjaga kawasan hutan lindung demi terwujudnya kelestarian hutan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dasar penelitian fenomena sosial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran polisi kehutanan dalam menjaga kawasan hutan lindung kerusakan hutan lindung Balang Lajangnge khususnya penebangan pohon dan kebakaran hutan atau pencurian kayu tanpa izin telah ditindaklanjuti oleh pihak polisi kehutanan dan diharapkan  diberikan sanksi kepada pelaku yang sewajarnya, serta dibutuhkan kerjasama masyarakat untuk memanimalisir kebakaran hutan, pencurian kayu tanpa izin, karena sebagian masyarakat belum menganggap serius tentang pemberitahuan penebangan pohon tanpa izin, dikarenakan sosialisasi yang belum merata. Kata kunci: peran, polisi kehutanan, hutan lindung

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini antara lain (1) untuk mengetahui saluran pemasaran mangga gedong gincu di Kabupaten Majalengka, (2) untuk menganalisis marjin pemasaran, marjin keuntungan, farmers share dan efisiensi pemasaran, (3) untuk menganalisis efisiensi operasional dengan menggunakan parameter mark up on selling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang sudah disiapkan sebelumnya. Sampel yng digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari: sampel petani 88 petani yang ditentukan dengan proporional random sampling, sampel pedagang 28 pedagang yang ditentukan dengan snowball sampling yang terdiri dari  pedagang pengumpul besar 3 orang, pedagang pengumpul kecil 15 orang dan pengecer 10 orang. Efisiensi pemasaran dianalisis dengan menghitung margin pemasaran, marjin keuntungan, farmer’s share, efisiensi pemasaran dan efisiensi operasional dengan menggunakan parameter mark up on selling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa saluran pemasaran manga gedong gincu ada 9 saluran, akan tetapi saluran pemasaran yang mulai dari hulu sampai hilir ada di Kabupaten Majalengka hanya terdapat 2 saluran, yaitu saluran 1 dan 6.  Ditinjau dari marjin pemasaran, farmers’s share, efisensi pemasaran, semua saluran pemasaran dikategorikan efisien. Ditinjau dari mark up on selling untuk mengukur tingkat efisien operasional terlihat bahwa semua pola pemasaran telah efisien dilihat dari sisi produsen (petani) karena nilainya cukup besar yaitu 68,91% pada pola saluran pemasaran 1 dan 6 (grade A/B) dan pada grade C masing-masing 68,91% (pola 1) dan 64,13 (pola 6).Kata kunci: Pemasaran, efisiensi pemasaran, mangga gedong gincu

Abstract

Bawang merah merupakan salah satu komoditas pertanian yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Komoditas ini juga merupakan salah satu komoditas pertanian yang memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi. Bawang merah memiliki potensi sebagai sumber pendapatan bagi petani. Namun demikian, bawang merah ini masih menyisakan permasalahan hingga saat ini, yaitu fluktuasi harga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji rantai nilai agrbisnis bawang merah di Kabupaten Majalengka. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang sudah dipersiapkan sebelumnya. Responden dalam penelitian ini meliputi pelaku agroinput, produsen atau petani bawang merah, pelaku pasar (bandar, koperasi, penebas dan pedagang pengecer), lembaga pembiayaan, lembaga mitra, dan narasumber lain yang dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan value chain analysis dengan menggunakan tahapan mulai dari tahapan entry point, value chain mapping, manajemen rantai nilai, analysis of governance structure dan upgrading value chain melalui analisis efisiensi pemasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lembaga pemasaran yang terlibat dalam value chain agribisnis di Kabupaten Majalengka dapat dibagi dua, yaitu pelaku primer dan pelaku pendukung. Pelaku primer meliputi Petani, kelompok tani (koperasi), Bandar, penebas dan pengecer di pasar lokal. Sedangkan pelaku pendukung diantaranya kios saprodi, lembaga keuangan, lembaga mitra dan sebagainya. Proses manajemen rantai nilai bawang merah dimulai dari perencanaan, pengadaaan, produksi, distribusi dan proses pengembalian (return) di tingkat produsen maupun pedagang. Dari proses manajemen masih perlu adanya perbaikan dari setiap pelaku rantai nilai. Di Kabupaten Majalengka terdapat tujuh pola saluran pemasaran bawang merah. Dalam sistem rantai nilai, Bandar masih memiliki peran yang dominan sehingga petani masih sangat ketergantungan. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan posisi tawar petani yaitu dengan menghidupkan kembali peran Koperasi/kelompok tani dalam proses pemasaran, hal tersebut bertujuan untuk meminimalisir peran Bandar yang terlalu mendominasi. Efisiensi pemasaran dianalisis dengan menghitung margin pemasaran, marjin keuntungan, farmer’s share dan efisiensi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keuntungan paling tinggi secara nominal adalah Bandar. Ditinjau dari marjin pemasaran, keuntungan, farmers’s share, efisensi pemasaran, semua saluran pemasaran dikategorikan efisien. Kata kunci: rantai nilai, bawang merah, pemasaran

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out the channels, institutions, functions of the trading system and the structure of market behavior, the income or profits obtained and the efficiency of the mushroom commodity trading system in Cirejag Village, Jatisari District, Karawang Regency. The research method used is a survey method. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data is collected with interview techniques using a questionnaire. Research respondents are mushroom farmers and traders (middleman, wholesaler and retailer). Secondary data are obtained from various literature and related information sources. Sampling is determined by simple random sampling method for mushroom farmers and snowball sampling method for traders. The analysis technique used is farm income analysis, trading margin, farmer's share and profit-to-cost ratio. The results showed that there are 7 (seven) trading system channels for edible mushrooms, all of the institutions carry out the marketing function. Marketers are in a perfectly competitive market structure where the number of sellers and buyers is large and the products are identical. Straw mushroom farming is feasible and profitable because the ratio calculation in mushroom farming is more than one R/C > 1, is 1.58. The most efficient channel lies in channel one which is producer farmers directly to consumers, because in channel one there is no additional cost and the largest Farmer's Share value is 1.00 percent. The inefficient channel is located in channel seven (VII) because it has the largest total margin of Rp. 8,833 with the highest costs, the smallest Farmer's Share value is 0.77 percent, with a profit-to-cost ratio of 0.93.

Abstract

Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) is one of the fishery commodities that have a high economic value. This study aims to find out the cost and income, financial feasibility and sensitivity of the feasibility of tilapia seeding business. The research method used is a quantitative method by conducting a survey. Primary data collection through interviews and observations. The study respondents were tilapia seed farmers, leaders of farming groups, extensionists and other sources. Sampling uses the Cluster Sampling method as a consideration of the age of tilapia parentage. The analytical techniques used are: cost and income analysis, Net Present Value, Internal of Return, Gross B/C Ratio, Net B/C Ratio, Payback Period, R/C Ratio, and sensitivity analysis. Research results: Tilapia breeding business from year 1 to 4 per 1000 costs Rp24,927,590, resulting in receipt of Rp27,106,725 with an interest rate of 6% obtained NPV Rp11,751,081, IRR 67%, Payback Period for 1 year, Gross B /C of 1,541, Net B/C of 3,751 and R/C ratio of 1,263. It means it's worth working on. The 2% increase in production costs resulted in NPV Rp11,598,788, IRR 66%, Payback Period for 1 year, Gross B/C 1,531, Net B/C of 3,715. A 25% decrease in receipts resulted in NPV Rp6,020,963, IRR 40% Payback Period for 1 Year 5 Months 25 days, Gross B/C 1,277, Net B/C 2,410, still included worthy.

Abstract

Pineapple is one of the horticultural plants that are very easy to cultivate in the tropics, including Indonesia, including in sarireja village, Jalancagak district, Subang Regency. The purpose of the research is to know the channels, functions and tasks of marketing, analyze farm revenues, profit marketing agencies, know the level of marketing efficiency of pineapple fruit. Method of determining farmer samples with Simple Random Sampling samples, traders / institutions involved (snowball sampling). Primary data was obtained through interviews using questionnaires, secondary data from the Ministry of Agriculture, Central Statistics Agency of West Java Province, Agriculture Office and Counseling Center. The data was analyzed with revenue analysis, farm R/C Ratio, profit, margin, farmer's share, and marketing efficiency. The results showed there are 2 (two) patterns of pineapple marketing channels, namely channel I (farmers-croupier-merchants retailers-consumers), channel II (farmers-merchants retailers-consumers). The marketing functions and duties of farmers conduct sales, harvesting, and distribution. croupier makes purchases, sales, harvesting, grading, distributing, risk insurers, conveying information, capital. Retailers make purchases, sales, grading, cleaning, risk insurers, bindings, and storage. Pineapple farming income Rp. 7.736.950/ha/16 months, R/C ratio 1.48 indicates the value of >1 which means it is worth trying. The profit of the institution on channel I farmers Rp. 2.550/kg, croupier Rp. 2.757,40/kg, retailers Rp. 2.088/kg, channel II farmers Rp. 4.787/kg, retailers Rp. 3.389/kg. Both marketing channels are efficient, but marketing channels II are more efficient with a margin of Rp. 4.000,-/kg, farmer's share of 55,56%, and marketing efficiency of 9,16%.

Abstract

Rice (Oryza sativa) is a the main food crop commodity for Indonesia. Post harvest handing of rice is one of the important factors in increasing value through good quality, including rice milling. The purpose of this study was to: determinethe cost and the “ Wadah Fortune” rice mill business. This research is a quantitative research with primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques: interviews, observatioans, documents and notes. The analytical technique used is financial analysis, with the criteria of Net Present Value, Internal Rate Of Return, Net B/C Ratio, Payback Period and sensitivity analysis. The results of the study: the income obtained by the Wadah Fortune RMU business was Rp. 25.2020.251.543 and the analysis of financial calculations obtained the NPV value Rp. 946.544.956, Net B/C ratio of 2.87, IRR 19% and payback periode of 4 years. This means that the Wadah Fortune milling business is feasible to run. Sensitivity analysis if the production decrease by 10% results in an NPV value of Rp. 184.142.380, IRR 8% is still considered feasible, but the Net B/C ratio of -1.23 is not feasible while the PP (payback periode) gets 7 years. Sensitivity analysis of a 15% decrease in selling price results in NPV value of -Rp638.010.469, a Net B/C Ratio of -0.97 and IRR of -28% and a 13 year PP (Payback Periode) is not feasible.

Abstract

The mushroom farmer group led by Mr. H. Sulaeman, is a farmer group that develops mushroom cultivation in Cirejag Village. Jatisari District, Karawang Regency. When the harvest arrives, there are problems that are often faced, namely, mushroom blooms are often found, the quality of the mushrooms that bloom is not in accordance with the quality of market demand. This causes the blooming mushrooms to be consumed personally or used as animal feed because farmers have not been able to process them into quality processed products. This product diversification effort is aimed at providing training on mushroom processing and marketing through E-commerce so as to maximize the profits obtained by mushroom farmers. The method used is in the form of training to farmer groups regarding post-harvest processing and how to market products through E-commerce. Currently the farmer group has been able to produce mushroom crackers with an initial production weight of 1,500gr to 13pcs raw crackers with a selling price of Rp. 9,000,- /pcs or 11pcs of fried crackers with a selling price of Rp. 15,000,-/pcs for the original taste and Rp. 16.000,-/pcs for other flavors with a weight of 100gr/pcs.

Abstract

Motivation is an encouragement in a person who comes from inside or outside himself to do work with the spirit of using his abilities and skills to achieve organizational goals. The work environment is an important place to create a related work relationship between people who are in their environment regarding physical, social and psychological life in the company that will affect employee performance and productivity. Motivation and a good work environment will result in good performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of motivation and work environment on the performance of employees of Pabrik Kelapa Sawit (PKS) Cikasungka PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bogor plantations partially and simultaneously. The location of this research is the Pabrik Kelapa Sawit (PKS) Cikasungka PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bogor Plantation. This research method uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data analysis techniques using MSI classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, f test and t test. The results of this study are (1) motivation partially affects the significance of employee performance and the work environment partially affects employee performance. (2) Motivation and work environment affect simultaneously on employee performance. Conclusion The work environment also has a significant influence on the performance of employees significantly on the performance of employees at Pabrik Kelapa Sawit (PKS) Cikasungka PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bogor.Motivation and work environment together have a significant influence on employee performance at Pabrik Kelapa Sawit (PKS) Cikasungka PT. Abstract

Trade in agricultural products in the field of horiculture, especially vegetables, is growing rapidly along with the increase in people's welfare. The stages in decision making are influenced by social, personal, cultural, and psychological factors. The diversity of backgrounds of each consumen with different culture, behavior, needs and desires, motivation makes information about consumen behavior increasingly needed by business actors to be able to compete to win the market. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of consumen and see the influence of cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors partially and simultaneously and find out the most dominant variables that influence vegetable purchasing decisions at Total Buah Segar Summarecon Bekasi. The sample is determined by using the unknown population formula, sampling using the accidental sampling method. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, MSI, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that consumers are dominated by women as much as 89% with an average age of 34,03 years, the latest education level is dominated by bachelor's degrees as much as 40%, work as private employees with an average income level of Rp. 5,730,000, the number of dependents is 3 dependents. Hypothesis testing shows that the cultural, social, personal, psychological variables together have a significant effect on vegetable purchasing decisions. Cultural, personal and psychological variables have a significant effect partially and cultural variables are the most dominant in influencing vegetable purchasing decisions at Total Buah Segar Summarecon Bekasi
