Abstract

Menurunnya produktivitas lahan disebabkan oleh degradasi kesuburan lahan akibat penggunaan pupuk kimia yang berlebihan. Selain itu, kelangkaan pupuk yang dibutuhkan di tingkat petani menyebabkan petani kesulitan dalam mencari pupuk, dan harga pupuk kimia cenderung terus meningkat seiring dengan turunnya subsidi pupuk dari pemerintah. Solusi yang ditawarkan PPUPIK adalah menyediakan produk pupuk organik lengkap yang dapat membantu meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman serta meningkatkan kesehatan dan kualitas hasil produksi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan jiwa entrepreneurship di sekitar kampus sebagai wujud penerapan teknologi, menyediakan masyarakat dengan pupuk organik padat dan cair yang berkualitas, serta meningkatkan inovasi teknologi pemanfaatan sampah organik. Kegiatan berlangsung selama delapan bulan di areal Perkebunan Jurusan Pertanian Kampus Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Pangkep. Metode yang digunakan adalah penerapan prinsip-prinsip manajemen usaha yang meliputi manajemen produksi, pemasaran, keuangan dan pengembangan, selain itu metode riset pasar dan metode studi banding. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan jiwa kewirausahaan dikalangan dosen dan mahasiswa, peningkatan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa dari angka nol menjadi tiga mahasiswa melalui magang di lokasi PPUPIK. Inovasi semakin meningkat, sehingga ketersediaan pupuk organik yang berkualitas menjadi mungkin. Terdapat peningkatan pendapatan usaha sebesar Rp 32.000.000 pada akhir Juni 2018, dengan total produksi pupuk organik padat 25 ton dan pupuk organik cair 500 liter.

Abstract

The operations of a company or organization depend heavily on human resources (HR) as the most important component. One factor that significantly influences employee performance improvement is the compensation policy implemented by the company. This research aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at CV Rezky Bahari, a decorative coral supplier company. The research method uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires whose validity and reliability have been tested. The sample in this study consisted of 22 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that the constant value of employee performance is 10.899, while the regression coefficient value is 0.538, which means that every time there is an increase in the improvement variable by 1 unit, there will be an increase in employee performance of 0.538 units assuming the other variables are constant. Based on the t test, it can be concluded that partially there is a positive influence between compensation and employee performance. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, it can be seen that the R2 value is 0.371. This means that 37% of the variation in employee performance scores can be explained by fulfillment, and the remaining 63% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Supply Chain Management (SCM) has evolved into a fundamental element of modern business strategy, extending beyond the manufacturing sector to encompass the service and retail industries. SCM involves the application of management science and practice throughout the supply chain, aimed at achieving competitive advantage amid intense industry competition. In an increasingly digitalized business landscape, SCM is no longer focused solely on the physical movement of products and financial flows. This study aims to analyze and understand the life experiences of owners and managers of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) restaurants in Pangkep Regency related to supply chain management and adopting supply chain management information systems (SCMIS). The background of the study reveals a gap between the 'Sollen' of efficient SCMIS and the 'Sein' of MSME restaurants, which still face various operational and financial challenges due to limited technology and manual processes. This study identifies the need for an in-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities for adopting SCMIS from the subjective perspective of MSME actors. This study used a qualitative approach, descriptive phenomenological design, and Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) data analysis with Saldana coding techniques supported by NVivo software; this study involved 20 informants from MSME restaurants in Pangkep Regency. The research findings present themes that emerge from the informants' experiences and are visualized in a flow relationship framework. The main contribution of this study lies in providing a rich and nuanced understanding of the dynamics of technology adoption in the context of MSME restaurants, which can be the basis for practical recommendations and the development of more relevant policies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of revenue on the ornamental fish business at PT. Indotama Putra Wahana. Revenue in this context refers to all income obtained by the company, both from export activities and from sales through online platforms such as Tokopedia. Business growth is defined as the increase in net profit, reflecting the sustainability and development of the company in running its operations. Therefore, it is important to analyze the contribution of income from both sources to the company’s success and growth. The data used in this study includes export revenue over the past six months and revenue from Tokopedia over the past four months. Net profit is calculated by subtracting total income from monthly operational costs. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS software to obtain more accurate results. The research findings show that the ANOVA test resulted in an F value of 38.429 with a significance value of 0.007, indicating that both export revenue and Tokopedia revenue significantly affect business growth simultaneously. This suggests that both types of income play an important role in driving the company's growth. Additionally, the t-test shows that export revenue has a greater impact on business growth compared to Tokopedia revenue. The regression coefficient for export revenue is 0.987, while for Tokopedia revenue, it is 0.536. Overall, this study reveals that export revenue has a greater impact on the growth and sustainability of the ornamental fish business at PT. Indotama Putra Wahana. These findings provide deeper insight for the company to focus on export strategies to enhance net profit and ensure the sustainability of its business.
