Abstract

Musim panen cabai yang menyebabkan harga cabai sangat murah oleh karena itu petani membutuhkan teknologi penanganan pasca panen cabai. Peningkatan nilai jual produk cabai dapat ditingkatkan dengan mengolah cabai segar menjadi bubuk. Program ini sangat memungkinkan untuk diterapkan bagi petani cabai karena Cabai yang dikembangkan adalah sistem budidaya ramah cabai lokal. Teknologinya mudah diterapkan, penggunaan alat sederhana dan biaya lebih murah. Melalui program ini telah mengedukasi petani tentang pentingnya input teknologi agribisnis dalam pengolahan komersial cabai skala petani sebagai sumber pendapatan tambahan. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan petani secara mandiri dalam penanganan pasca panen cabai dan pengolahan yang bernilai jual, meningkatkan keterampilan petani dalam produksi cabai bubuk, menerapkan pengembangan teknologi agribisnis cabai. Demonstrasi dan Pengembangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 5 petani perempuan terampil dalam pengolahan cabai segar menjadi cabai bubuk, pengemasan dan pemasaran.

Abstract

Produk udang beku merupakan produk olahan perikanan yang bernilai ekonomis dan kaya nutrisi, sehingga permintaan produk udang semakin meningkat berupa udang segar di dalam dan luar negeri cukup besar. Teknik pengendalian mutu merupakan usaha yang dapat diterapkan untuk mempertahankan dan memperbaiki mutu produk yang dihasilkan agar sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan, akan tetapi hal tersebut dipengaruhi dari perencanaan pengadaan bahan bakunya, mutu dari bahan baku dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal diantaranya sumber dari bahan baku itu sendiri, sumber dari bahan baku dapat mengakibatkan penurunan mutu dari bahan baku. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang sumber dan kualitas bahan baku yang diterima oleh perusahaan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penulisan tugas akhir ini menunjukkan bahwa Sumber bahan baku di PT. Dachan Mustika Aurora Tarakan berasal dari beberapa daerah juata laut kalimantan utara, seperti pulau tibi, pulau tias, tanjung haus, tanjung tiram, dan tanah merah. Kualitas bahan baku yang ada di PT. Dachan Mustika Aurora terdiri dari First Quality (1st) dan Second Quality (2nd).

Abstract

Production planning is an activity in preparing everything that will be implemented to achieve the goals to be achieved. Ornamental coral (coral) is one of Indonesia's marine and fishery commodities traded in international markets. Ornamental coral cultivation is a science that teaches how to process or organize coral cultivation by looking at the situation both in terms of type and quantity as well as the cultivation habitat in order to obtain quality products (coral). This writing aims to determine the application of production planning management in ornamental coral (coral) cultivation at PT. Dirga Mega Cipta (Aquanest) Bekasi-West Java. The data collection method was carried out by observation and literature review. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used is a qualitative descriptive analysis, which describes the production planning activities in the ornamental coral / coral cultivation business systematically at PT. Dirga Mega Cipta (AQUANEST) Bekasi, West Java. The results of observations made at PT. Dirga Mega Cipta (Aquanest) Bekasi, West Java, which is an ornamental coral (coral) cultivation business, has implemented a plan consisting of: brood planting planning, ornamental coral (coral) propagation planning, harvesting planning, transplanting method planning, coral broodstock production capability planning decoration, maintenance planning, monitoring planning, production scheduling planning, and marketing planning.

Abstract

Supply Chain Management (SCM) has evolved into a fundamental element of modern business strategy, extending beyond the manufacturing sector to encompass the service and retail industries. SCM involves the application of management science and practice throughout the supply chain, aimed at achieving competitive advantage amid intense industry competition. In an increasingly digitalized business landscape, SCM is no longer focused solely on the physical movement of products and financial flows. This study aims to analyze and understand the life experiences of owners and managers of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) restaurants in Pangkep Regency related to supply chain management and adopting supply chain management information systems (SCMIS). The background of the study reveals a gap between the 'Sollen' of efficient SCMIS and the 'Sein' of MSME restaurants, which still face various operational and financial challenges due to limited technology and manual processes. This study identifies the need for an in-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities for adopting SCMIS from the subjective perspective of MSME actors. This study used a qualitative approach, descriptive phenomenological design, and Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) data analysis with Saldana coding techniques supported by NVivo software; this study involved 20 informants from MSME restaurants in Pangkep Regency. The research findings present themes that emerge from the informants' experiences and are visualized in a flow relationship framework. The main contribution of this study lies in providing a rich and nuanced understanding of the dynamics of technology adoption in the context of MSME restaurants, which can be the basis for practical recommendations and the development of more relevant policies.

Abstract

The fisheries sector plays a vital role in the national economy and represents a significant potential source of foreign exchange. The development of this sector must be strategically designed to address future challenges, which include anticipating changes in both production and consumer systems (markets), as well as shifts in resource potential. This study aims to identify and analyze effective business development strategies for UMKM Bandeng Sultan to expand its market reach. The research methodology includes both primary and secondary data collection through interviews and field observations, analyzed qualitatively using a descriptive approach. Data were collected directly from interviews and on-site observations to gain relevant insights into the current conditions of the Bandeng Sultan business. The results indicate that the SWOT coordinate score (0.6: 0.57) places the business in a favorable position, supporting the adoption of an aggressive growth strategy. Recommended strategic actions include enhancing digital and e-commerce marketing, expanding into the Java market and exploring export opportunities, diversifying product offerings and innovating flavor varieties, as well as improving product quality and hygiene standards. These findings demonstrate that UMKM Bandeng Sultan possesses strong internal capabilities and promising external opportunities for growth. Therefore, the implementation of aggressive strategies was considered appropriate to increase competitiveness and ensure long-term business sustainability in a highly competitive market environment.
