Abstract

The research was carried out at the Karawang Agricultural State Vocational School located on Jl. Surotokunto No.82, Adiarsa Timur, East Karawang, Karawang Regency, West Java. The research was carried out in June 2021 – August 2021. The purpose of this study was to obtain the value of the effectiveness of AB Mix Nutrition on the growth and yield of Kale (Brassica oleraceae var. Acephala) cultivar Curly Gruner in the system Wick Hydroponic. The research method used an experimental method with a single factor Randomized Block Design (RBD). There were 6 treatments and 4 replications, so there were 24 experimental plots. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance and further tested with DMRT at a level of 5%. The parameters of this study were plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, leaf area. The results showed that in treatment F (2000 ppm) gave the highest yield on plant height of 57.97 cm, and leaf area in treatment F (2000 ppm) of 133.04 cm². In treatment E (1750 ppm) gave the highest yield on the number of leaves of 22.5 strands and on stem diameter with treatment E (1750 ppm) of 11.63 mm

Abstract

Hemorrhagic Cystitis is an inflammation accompanied by bleeding that occurs in the urinary bladder characterized by thickening of the urinary bladder wall and has clinical symptoms of hematuria or urine with blood, dysuria, abdominal distension and pain when palpated in the abdominal area. Patients with symptoms of weakness, loss of appetite and vomiting. An examination was carried out by a doctor and a pain response was found in the abdomen, after further observation by palpation, an enlarged VU was felt and hematuria was present. The results of the Ultrasonography examination found a thickening of the urinary bladder wall, then a microscopic examination of native urine found red blood cells. Hematology results showed an increase in parameters in leukocytes, and granulocytes and a decrease in platelets indicating acute infection and also bleeding or acute inflammation. A blood chemistry examination showed an increase in BUN and Creatinine levels caused by post-renal Azotemia. The results of the signaling and anamnesis were associated with the results of the supporting examination of the chika cat diagnosed with Hemorrhagic Cystitis and cystotomy treatment was performed. Treatment and handling are done after cystotomy surgery with treatment in the form of antibiotics as causative therapy, musculorelaxants and anti-fibrinolytics as symptomatic therapy, and multivitamins as supportive therapy. Handling is done by giving special diet feed, catheterization, and laser therapy on post-operative wounds.

Abstract

Seekor kucing betina domestik short hair berumur 1 tahun datang ke Klinik Hewan Jogja, Solo dengan keluhan kesulitan melahirkan. Pada pemeriksaan fisik diketahui terdapat fetus yang sudah mati tersangkut di saluran kelahiran, kucing tidak bisa melahirkan fetus lain yang tersisa, dan kucing mengalami dehidrasi. Pemeriksaan ultrasonografi menunjukkan adanya 3 fetus di dalam uterus dengan kondisi tidak hidup dan cairan amnion yang keruh. Pemeriksaan hematologi menunjukkan adanya leukositosis, granulositosis, monositosis, eosinopenia, penurunan nilai MCV, dan peningkatan nilai MCHC. Penanganan kasus ini adalah sectio caesar dan ovariohisterektomi dengan anestesi umum untuk menyelamatkan induk. Premedikasi yang digunakan adalah atropin sulfat 0,6 ml SC dan petidine 0,2 ml IV. Anestesi yang diberikan adalah propofol 0,2 ml IV. Perawatan pascaoperasi dengan terapi injeksi antibiotik ceftriaxone 0,8 ml IV, analgesik pethidine 0,2 ml IV, agen hemostatik asam traneksamat 0,8 ml IV, multivitamin Injektivit B-Plex 0,2 ml SC, dan ChannaFit 1 ml PO q 12h selama 5 hari. Pengobatan topikal diberikan salep gentamicin dengan kandungan antibiotik q24h selama 5 hari. Kucing Omeng dinyatakan sembuh setelah 5 hari pengobatan dengan luka jahitan yang sepenuhnya menyatu dan mengering.
