Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of parents in home education, second, to describe how parents control the use of devices at home, and third, to describe the extent to which the role of parents in controlling the use of devices in children at home. This research method uses an approach approach. qualitative method is used to examine the condition of an object that is natural, the researcher is the key instrument, data collection is done by triangulation (observation, interviews, documentation). The results showed that there are still some parents who can regulate and control the use of gadgets for children at home. This is due to limited time, not living with parents, and child care has been given to other families or helpers. The impact of excessive use of gadgets needs to be addressed wisely by parents and teachers in schools. Appropriate policies need to be taken. Parents who can already limit the use of devices at home must apply consistently and continuously. Teachers must be able to communicate with parents, so that devices do not damage the system and student achievement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online service and timeliness of service on customer satisfaction at BPSR Al Salam. The background of this research is online services that have been booming lately, influenced by the ongoing Corona pandemic. For this reason, many financial institutions have changed face-to-face services to online services. This raises many problems and adaptation is not easy. This research uses quantitative methods. Researchers used SPSS 20 to process the data. Data is taken from a questionnaire. The data were processed by classical test, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity test. After being tested classically, the data was continued with multiple regression test. The sample used is the customers of BPRS Al Salam. The data collection method used the simple random sampling method. Samples were taken randomly from the entire existing population. The researcher used the normality test for the homogeneity test, the multiple linear test and the coefficient of determination test. The results show that online service affects customer satisfaction, timeliness of service affects customer satisfaction, online service and timeliness of service simultaneously affect customer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital on interest in entrepreneurship, influence of family environment on interest in entrepreneurship, influence of technological ability on interest in entrepreneurship and the influence of capital, family environment, technological ability on interest in entrepreneurship in vocational students in Bekasi Regency. The sample was 127 students from 2 vocational schools in Bekasi Regency. The methodology used was a quantitative method using SPSS 21. The data is taken through a questionnaire and test assumptions. The assumption test included validity and reliability tests. Based on data processing, it showed that capital had an effect on interest in entrepreneurship, family environment on interest in entrepreneurship, technological ability affected interest in entrepreneurship and the influenced of capital, and capital, family environment, technological ability affected interest in entrepreneurship in vocational students in Bekasi Regency

Abstract

  This study aims to analyze the optimization of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) potential and its impact on the Human Development Index (HDI) and poverty reduction in Bogor Municipality. GRDP growth, as an indicator of regional economic performance, not only reflects increased output from productive sectors but also has important implications for improving the quality of life of the community. An increase in the HDI, which encompasses the dimensions of education, health, and a decent standard of living, is expected to go hand in hand with inclusive economic growth. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach using secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Bogor City for the 2015–2024 period. The analysis shows that optimizing GRDP potential through strengthening leading sectors, such as trade, manufacturing, and services, contributes significantly to increasing the HDI. Furthermore, an increase in the HDI has an impact on reducing poverty levels, although disparities remain between regions. Therefore, a sustainable economic development strategy based on local potential is needed so that GRDP growth can effectively support an increase in the HDI while reducing poverty in Bogor Municipality. Keywords: GRDP, HDI, poverty, development Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis optimalisasi potensi Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) serta dampaknya terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) dan pementasan kemiskinan di Kotamadya Bogor. Pertumbuhan PDRB sebagai indikator kinerja ekonomi daerah tidak hanya mencerminkan peningkatan output sektor-sektor produktif, tetapi juga memiliki implikasi penting terhadap peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Peningkatan IPM yang mencakup dimensi pendidikan, kesehatan, dan standar hidup layak, diharapkan berjalan seiring dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kota Bogor periode 2015–2024. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi potensi PDRB melalui penguatan sektor unggulan, seperti perdagangan, industri pengolahan, dan jasa, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan IPM. Selanjutnya, peningkatan IPM berdampak pada penurunan tingkat kemiskinan meskipun masih terdapat kesenjangan antarwilayah. Dengan demikian, strategi pembangunan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan dan berbasis potensi lokal diperlukan agar pertumbuhan PDRB dapat secara efektif mendukung peningkatan IPM sekaligus menekan angka kemiskinan di Kotamadya Bogor.                    .
