Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran komite sekolah sebagai: 1) badan pertimbangan, 2) badan pendukung, 3) badan pengontrol, dan 4) badan penghubung pada SMP Attaqwa Babelan Bekasi . Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi dari ketua dan anggota komite sekolah, kepala sekolah, dan guru. Analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif dengan mendasarkan pada proses reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengujian validitas data menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komite sekolah di SMP Attaqw, Kabupaten Bekasi secara umum telah melaksanakan perannya sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Komite sekolah telah melaksanakan perannya sebagai badan pertimbangan, pendukung, dan penghubung. Namun dalam hal sebagai pertimbangan, komite sekolah belum sepenuhnya melaksanakannya, karena komite sekolah sebagai organisasi yang bersifat sosial dan masing-masing anggota komite mempunyai kesibukan dalam profesi masing-masing sehingga belum mampu melaksanakan kontrol secara langsung di sekolah. Abstract

Pembelajaraan karakter sangat diperlukan , agar siswa dapat dibekali lebih dini tentang tantangan zaman yang cepat berubah. Perubahan tersebut dapat diimbangi, dengan pendidikan karakter yang mumpuni , sehingga para siswa mempunyai jiwa dan hati yang teduh, saling tepo seliro, saling menghormati dan kasih sayang pada sesamanya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli dan Agustus 2019. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan pelaksanaan kegiatan secara langsung serta evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan pembelajaran akhlakul karimah melalui kegiatan Idul Adha, terlihat siswa lebih toleran dan menghormati sesama siswa serta dapat menghormat kepada para guru dan orang tua dirumah. Selain itu mereka lebih memahami secara teori dan praktek nilai- nilai pengorbanan pada perayaan Idul Adha.Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran,Karakter,Idul Adha. Abstract Character learning is needed, so students can be equipped early about the challenges of a rapidly changing era. These changes can be balanced, with qualified character education, so that students have a shady heart and heart, tepo seliro each other, mutual respect and affection for each other. The implementation of community service activities was carried out in July and August 2019. The method used was a lecture and direct implementation of activities and evaluation of activities. The results of the morality learning activities through the activities of Eid al-Adha, students look more tolerant and respectful of fellow students and can respect teachers and parents at home. In addition they better understand in theory and practice of the values of sacrifice at the celebration of Eid al-Adha.Keywords : Learning,character ,Idul Adha

Abstract

The use of computers and devices (mobile phones), is very important in life. The tool has become part of life. However, haphazard usage and do not have enough knowledge in its use, will be a problem. This study aims to describe the role of parents and teachers in preventing lies among junior high school students. The study was conducted for 3 months. The method used is a qualitative method. 25 respondents, consisting of 10 parents and 15 junior high school teachers. The results showed that there was still a lack of parental supervision regarding the use of devices. Parents have not been maximized to provide rules and knowledge of good device use, and it is feared that students will not filter incoming information. The teachers have monitored the use of devices, and have socialized the use of devices. This needs to be improved.

Abstract

Learning in schools requires continuous innovation and development. This needs to be done, because students must get quality and creative learning. One method that emphasizes cooperative learning is cooperative learning assisted by scrabble media. The purpose of this study was to describe scrabble-assisted cooperative learning in social studies for grade IX students. The method used is a classroom action research method. The results showed that the use of scrabbled-assisted cooperative learning methods could assist classroom learning in social studies subjects. The increase in value from pre-cycle to second cycle is 12 points. Learning is more dynamic and runs actively. The students are active and always looking for good answers.

Abstract

Online learning is an alternative learning that is carried out during the Corona pandemic season. Although not as unbalanced as expected, this learning needs to be done, in order to reduce the number of corona patients. The aim of this research is to describe the effectiveness of the learning of the junior high school students' counseling guidance subject. The method used is a qualitative method. Researchers take data from students through online interviews, photos, and questionnaires. The data is processed by sorting the data, and analyzing the data. The data were taken from SMP Bani Taqwa Bekasi. A total of 21 junior high school students grade VII and VIII The results showed that online learning guidance counseling online learning in BK subjects at Bani Taqwa Middle School went quite well, 74% of students were happy to follow online, learning had used the right online application, students could argue constraints well ,. There is a good two-way communication. However, there are still some obstacles and problems. There are 26% who do not feel happy learning darng, this is due to several factors such as boredom, readiness to use applications, internet networks and the ability to use online applications. The author suggests that online application training is needed, additional rest hours, increased interesting learning as well as a continuous learning program.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital on interest in entrepreneurship, influence of family environment on interest in entrepreneurship, influence of technological ability on interest in entrepreneurship and the influence of capital, family environment, technological ability on interest in entrepreneurship in vocational students in Bekasi Regency. The sample was 127 students from 2 vocational schools in Bekasi Regency. The methodology used was a quantitative method using SPSS 21. The data is taken through a questionnaire and test assumptions. The assumption test included validity and reliability tests. Based on data processing, it showed that capital had an effect on interest in entrepreneurship, family environment on interest in entrepreneurship, technological ability affected interest in entrepreneurship and the influenced of capital, and capital, family environment, technological ability affected interest in entrepreneurship in vocational students in Bekasi Regency

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1). Pengaruh kemandirian belajar dan minat secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. 2). Pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. 3). Pengaruh minat terhadap prestasi belajar pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Jumlah sampel adalah 20 siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama Swasta di Kecamatan Bogor Barat. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah: 1). Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kemandirian belajar dan minat secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. Hasil pengujian diperoleh bahwa nilai Fo = 1264,727 dan Sig. =0,000 < 0,05. 2). Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi  belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai to = 4,791 dan Sig. =0,000 < 0,05. 3). Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan minat terhadap prestasi belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. Hasil pengujian diperoleh bahwa nilai to = 2,816  dan Sig. =0,006 < 0,05. Kata kunci : Kemandirian belajar, minat, prestasi belajar pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan sosial

Abstract

Bahasa Inggris merupakan bagian dari tuntutan di era global. Siswa diharuskan untuk menguasai bahasa Inggris baik dalam berbicara (spoken) maupun dalam menulis (written) karena seperti fakta yang ada dalam masyarakat sekarang ini bahwa bahasa Inggris digunakan di hampir di semua bidang seperti pada buku, bidang ilmiah, website, komputer dan lainya. Terlebih pada dunia kerja seorang pelamar kerja pada umunya diharuskan bisa berbahasa Inggris baik aktif maupun pasif. Jadi sangatlah tepat apabila pengajaran bahasa Inggris yang tepat akan berdampak baik pada siswa itu sendiri. Akan tetapi sering kita jumpai pembelajaran bahasa Inggris masih mengalami sejumlah kendala yang menghambat proses belajar siswa. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk menerapkan metode Total Physical Response (TPR). Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama 3 bulan, dan berakhir pada bulan Desember 2018. Adapun sekolah yang menjadi target mitra adalah SMP Kanzul Mubarok dan Azzuhriyah. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah siswa lebih tertarik belajar denggan gerakan fisik dan mengerjakan apa yang diperintahkan dalam pembelajaan. Siswa lebih antusias dan hasil lebih baik, walupun masih ada beberapa kendala.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of digital literacy and motivation in increasing employee productivity at PT. Cahaya Abadhi Sedjahtera Kramat Jati, East Jakarta. The research method used is qualitative. By means of observation, documentation, and interviews. The population in this study are employees who work at PT. Cahaya Abadhi Sedjahtera. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that based on the results of the study, it can be obtained that work motivation is a stage of increasing work productivity where employees are actually more productive at work. With work motivation and digital literacy, employees get more enthusiasm and encouragement to work so that employees can do their work more productively. By working more productively, it will increase income both for the company and for the employees themselves. The income in question is the result of cooperation between the company and the employees who are increasingly improving their skills at work..
