Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes in class XI MIA at SMA Private Kemala Bhayangkari-2 Rantauprapat on the material of the human excretory system by applying the jigsaw cooperative learning model. The population in this study were all students of class XI MIA which consisted of four classes with a total of 120 students and the sample in this study was class XI MIA-2 (Control class) which consisted of 30 students and class XI MIA-3 (Experimental class) amounted to 30 students. . Sampling in this study using random sampling (randomly). The data collection technique in this study was using a pretest (pretest) and a final test (posttest). From the research conducted, student learning outcomes in the control class experienced a considerable change in the average value, where in the initial test the average value was 38 and in the final test the average value was 76. Meanwhile, student learning outcomes in the experimental class experienced a significant increase significant where in the initial test the average value is 38.5 and in the final test the average value becomes 85. The results of this study indicate that the jigsaw cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of biology students in learning materials of the human excretory system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of parental education level and learning motivation on biology learning achievement of class XI students of SMA Negeri I Panai Hulu. This type of research uses multiple regression analysis studies and was carried out at SMA Negeri I Panai Hulu with a purposive sampling technique for class XI MIPA 1 with 35 students, XI MIPA 2 with 36, and XI MIPA 5 with 31 students. The results showed Calculation of hypothesis testing using the Chi-Square test obtained a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05. Parents' Education Level and Learning Motivation Influence on Student Achievement in Class XI SMA Negeri I Panai Hulu Year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine; the influence of the Numbered Head Together learning model on learning outcomes and student character on the subject of the respiratory system at SMA Negeri I Panai Hulu, The research method uses a quasi-experimental method with a research sample of 2 classes that are determined randomly with cluster random sampling technique taught by learning model Numbered Head Together type cooperative. And 1 class is taught using conventional learning strategies while 1 class is taught using the Numbered Head Together learning model on learning outcomes and student character on the subject of the respiratory system. The research instrument used a learning outcome test of 30 questions in the form of multiple choice; student discipline character test as many as 20 questions and the questions have been tested for validity. The results showed: There was a significant effect between the use of the Numbered Head Together type of cooperative learning model on learning outcomes and student character on the subject of the respiratory system at SMA Negeri I Panai Hulu. Biology learning outcomes of students who are taught by cooperative learning model type Numbered Head Together 87.60 ± 3.30. and Discipline Characters Students who are taught by cooperative learning model Numbered Head Together are 86.51 ± 2.59.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Perilaku Inovatif, Terhadap Kinerja KepalaSekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yangbertujuanuntukmenggambarkan pola hubungan antar variabel yang dilibatkan berdasarkan data empirik yangdikumpulkandengan menggunakan instrumen yang dikembangkan.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di KabupatenLabuhanbatuselama 4 (empat) bulan terhitung mulai Juli 2019 hingga Oktober 2019.Populasi target dalampenelitianiniadalah kepala Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu sebanyak 241 sekolah. Dengandemikian,jumlah populasi terjangkau dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 241 orang kepala sekolah. Sampelpenelitiandiambilsebahagian dari populasi target setiap kecamatan, dengan mempertimbangkan masa kerja jabatan,pendidikandan kepangkatan. Untuk menentukan jumlah sampel penelitian, dengan menggunakan Tabel IsaacdanMichaelpada taraf signifikansi 5 persen. Berdasarkan tabel tersebut, untuk populasi sebesar 241 diperolehsampelsebesar 142. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakanProportional Random Sampling, yaitupenarikansampel yang dilakukan secaraacak sederhanadengan proporsionalberdasarkan kecamatan.
