Abstract

Each organization always strives to support the routine activities of each human resource related to productivity and performance. The support of activities provided facilitates the human resources/hr department of PT Kareta Sabila in data and information management related to staffing, payroll, attendance and organizational structure. With the right system, workers can update data such as addresses, to other personal affairs using only the app. HRIS at PT Kareta Sabila as a system created to be the answer to HR problems in companies related to human resources involved in it. The use of HRIS becomes effective because it replaces routine tasks performed manually, as well as efficient time, cost and energy. With one software all recorded well and neatly by reducing the risk of manual workmanship and done accurately and evaluation is easily done whenever necessary

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Self-Efficacy and Locus of Control on Employee Performance at Mok's Sport Bekasi store. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique in this study was a saturated sample of 34 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis used the analysis of Simple Linear Regression and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between Self-Efficacy (X1) and Locus of Control (X2) on Employee Performance (Y). Calculation results: 1) P-value (sign) > 0.05 means that H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted, meaning that there is no influence between Self-Efficacy (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) of 0.008 or 00.8%. 2) Obtained Pvalue (sign) <0.05, meaning that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence between the Locus of Control (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) of 0.889 or 88.9%. 3) Obtained Pvalue (sign) <0.05, meaning H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence between Self-Efficacy (X1) and Locus of Control (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) of 0.896 or 89.6%. This it can be concluded that: simultaneously the effect of Self-Efficacy and Locus of Control has an influence on Employee Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya volume sampah organik di Kelurahan Sukasari yang menimbulkan permasalahan lingkungan dan sosial ekonomi, seperti pencemaran, bau tidak sedap, serta rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah berkelanjutan. Kondisi tersebut mendorong perlunya inovasi berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis peran inisiator dalam mengelola sampah organik melalui budidaya maggot Black Soldier Fly (BSF) sebagai strategi perubahan sosial dan penguatan ekonomi masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi selama pelaksanaan program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) STIM Budi Bakti. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan untuk memperoleh gambaran komprehensif mengenai peran inisiator dan dampak sosial ekonomi program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budidaya maggot mampu mengurangi lebih dari 60% sampah organik rumah tangga dan menghasilkan produk bernilai ekonomi seperti pakan ternak berprotein tinggi serta pupuk organik cair. Dari aspek sosial, inisiator berperan aktif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pemilahan sampah dan membangun partisipasi warga melalui pelatihan budidaya maggot. Sementara dari aspek ekonomi, program ini membuka peluang usaha ramah lingkungan yang mendukung penerapan ekonomi sirkular. Kesimpulannya, peran inisiator sangat krusial dalam menciptakan perubahan sosial, memperkuat pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan mendorong keberlanjutan pengelolaan sampah berbasis komunitas.
