Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Reward on Employee Performance, the effect of Punishment on Employee Performance, and to determine the effect of Reward and Punishment together on Employee Performance at the International Airport Hotel. The research methodology used by the author is quantitative methods, data collection methods by distributing questionnaires which are then processed using regression analysis. The population and sample in this study were all employees at the International Airport Hotel with a total of 98 employees. While the data analysis used in the form of validity and reliability tests. Linear regression test, correlation test, determination test and hypothesis testing using t test (partial), F test (simultaneous).The results of the research on the correlation test of 0.921 which shows that there is a very strong relationship and the value of determination is 0.848, meaning that the contribution of Reward and Punishment variables on Employee Performance is 84.8%. The simple linear regression test is Y=3.372+0.642X1 and Y=3.774+0.914X2, meaning that the increase in the Reward variable on Employee Performance is 0.642 or 64.2% and the increase in the Punishment variable on Employee Performance is 0.914 or 91.4%.The results of the t-test (partial) for the Reward variable have a t-count value of 3.159 > t-table 1.665 and a value of 0.002 <0.05 and the Punishment variable has a t-value of 8.214 > t-table 1.665 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results of the F test (simultaneous) F-count 265.856 > F-table 3.09 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means that the Reward and Punishment variables simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at the International Airport Hotel.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment and individual characteristics on the performance of PT employees. Tulip Tonata Indonesia, Tangerang Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with a sample of 70 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y= 16.204 + 0.659X1. Hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (12,225 > 1,995). Individual characteristics have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 12.596 + 0.762X2. Hypothesis testing obtained t value > t table or (9.843 > 1.995). The work environment and individual characteristics have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y= 10,981 + 0.462X1+ 0.329X2. Hypothesis testing obtained calculated F value > F table or (93.065 > 3.134). Thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between the work environment and individual characteristics on employee performance.

Abstract

This study is entitled "Analysis of the Work Environment on Employee Performance in the Cinangka Village Office, Depok City". The aim of this research is to analyze the work environment at the Cinangka sub-district office, Depok City, then to analyze the work environment in improving the performance of Cinangka sub-district office employees. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, and the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation and FGDs as well as chain of evidence. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research was conducted on 5 Cinangka sub-district office employees including the sub-district head, sub-district secretary and sub-district employees. The results of this research obtained from researchers' interviews with the objects show employee perceptions that working environmental conditions, both physical and non-physical, have a significant effect on employee performance. Adequate facilities such as lighting, measurements and complete work equipment increase comfort, especially increasing cleanliness and tidiness as well as employee contribution. Apart from that, interpersonal relationships between employees and superiors also contribute to a positive work atmosphere. This research concludes that to improve employee performance, it is important for management to continue to pay attention to and improve the quality of the work environment at the Cinangka Village Office

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment and compensation on employee performance partially or simultaneously at PT. Indomarco Prismatama Area Ciputat. This type of research is descriptive quantitative using a saturated sample, namely the entire population is used as a sample, namely as many as 60 respondents. Based on the results of the first hypothesis test, it was obtained that the value of t count > t table or 1.932 > 2.00030 was reinforced by the Sig value. <0.05 or 0.000 <0.05 H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be concluded that partially the Work Environment Variabel has a significant influence on Employee Performance at PT Indomarco Prismatama Area Ciputat. Based on the results of the second hypothesis test, it was obtained that the value of t count > t table or 4,709 > 2.00030 was strengthened by the Sig value. < 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05 H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. So it can be concluded that partially the Compensation Variabel has a significant influence on Employee Performance at PT Indomarco Prismatama Area Ciputat. Based on the results of the third hypothesis test, it was obtained that the calculated F value > F table or 11,225 > 3.16 was reinforced by the ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05 H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. So it can be concluded that simultaneously the Variabels Work Environment and Compensation have a significant influence on Employee Performance at PT Indomarco Prismatama Area Ciputat
