Abstract

The formulation of the problem in the research is whether there is an effect of work ability on employee work performance at the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Development Acceleration of Disadvantaged Areas, Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Areas and Transmigration The research method uses a survey with a correlational quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, namely the sample research technique when all members of the population were used as samples. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the work ability variable has a positive, strong and significant effect on employee work performance. This can be seen from the correlation coefficient value of 0.723, while the coefficient of determination (r²) is 0.522, meaning that the variable of ability contributes 52.2% to the employee work performance variable. Abstract

Abstract: PT. Koza Presisi Indonesia is a company engaged in automotive manufacturing services, namely in the machining process. This study aims to review in terms of the role of work motivation in improving employee performance at PT. Koza Presisi Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with an interpretive approach in analyzing data with literature review. Collecting and processing data are also carried out by means of observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. This research uses structured interviews. The sample in this study amounted to 16 people (15 people as the main informant and 1 person as triangulation). The sample was selected with the following characteristics: male and female, 3-5 years of age, education and willingness to be informants. Samples in qualitative research are not named as respondents but as sources, participants, and informants. From the research results, it is known that the level of employee motivation is still not good overall so that the role of motivation to improve employee performance is still not optimal. However, to increase motivation was expressed by key informants by maintaining harmony with employees, building a good working atmosphere, and accommodating complaints from subordinates to be evaluated. Key informants revealed to improve employee performance by establishing familiarity with employees, and consulting with team leaders about the problems that occur. However, he also revealed that he would create a system such as giving rewards and training as a form of performance improvement. Keyword : Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Motivation and Work Discipline variables on Employee Performance at J&T Express Drop Center 08 Depok, West Java. The research method used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Data analysis used includes: Descriptive Statistical Test, Normality, Multicollinearity, Heteroscedasticity, Autocorrelation, Simple Linear Regression, Multiple Linear Regression, t Test (Partial), F Test (Simultaneous), Correlation Coefficient (R) and Determination Coefficient (R2). The results of the study indicate partially that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance as seen from the t test, the t count value is obtained > t table (9.916 > 1.673) and is significant 0.000 <0.05. Then for the work discipline variable, it has a significant effect on employee performance as seen from the t test, the t count value is obtained > t table (11.901 > 1.673) and is significant 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, from the results of the F test (simultaneous), a significance value of 0.000 (0.000 <0.05) and an F count value of 107.562 was obtained, which means that F count is greater than F table (107.562> 3.17) which means that the Motivation and Work Discipline variables have an effect on Employee Performance. From the results of the correlation coefficient test, an R value of 0.799 was obtained, which means that the Motivation and Work Discipline variables have a strong correlation level with Employee Performance. However, from the results of the determination coefficient test (R2), the adjusted R square value of 0.792 was obtained, which means that the influence of the Motivation and Work Discipline variables on Employee Performance in this study was 79.2% while the remaining 20.8% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The aim of the Community Service Activities is to carry out one of the Tri Darmas of Higher Education which is carried out by lecturers and students at Pamulang University with the title "Digital Marketing Socialization to Increase Sales to Mothers in Kel. Bojongsari Waterfall, Depok”. In this socialization, residents still need better entrepreneurial management in business and have not utilized technology well. The method used to implement this PKM is a workshop or training. Where previously a direct observation stage was carried out first to find out the problems that arose at the service location. This socialization is used to provide an in-depth understanding of Community Service. It is hoped that the existence of higher education can contribute to the development of the application of science to society. The method used in community service is conveying material verbally. In this implementation, the material is by providing educational outreach to mothers in Kel. Curug in capturing business opportunities and implementing marketing strategies by utilizing smartphones as marketing media so that they can maintain their business and develop their business in the future. In the final training session participants were also given simple practices to support their ability to implement entrepreneurship in small businesses that are already running. To improve and ensure participants' ability to apply the material optimally, regular evaluation stages will be carried out by the team of lecturers and PKM teaching practitioners.

Abstract

The aim of the Community Service Activities is to implement one of the Tri Darmas of Higher Education which is carried out by Pamulang University lecturers and students with the title "increasing human resources in preventing hoax news on social media through digital literacy" One of the abilities that every human being must have is the ability to read. This is because someone who has literacy skills will find it easy for that person to solve problems or find a solution to a problem wisely. Media literacy is an effective step to anticipate the spread of Hoks which is growing rapidly in society.This PKM was carried out on the target group of young people studying at Bambu Apus Pamulang. This PKM was carried out using a lecture method, asking questions and answers to the participants. With this service activity, these Koran students get the information they need to be able to more easily and quickly differentiate between truth and error in information. Apart from that, it can also help the general public in maintaining the information circulating in a real form

Abstract

The importance of implementing Community Service (PKM) in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education can make a positive contribution to society. The implementation of this PKM is entitled "Innovation in Making Gropak Made from Cassava in the Dasawisma Group in Central Sokaraja Village RT 2 RW 7 in an Effort to Pioneer Independent Business Opportunities." This Community Service will be carried out on Jalan Sidodadi RT 2 RW 7 Sokaraja Tengah Banyumas. The method used in implementing PKM is a participatory approach, lectures, and an FGD (Focus Group Discussion) approach containing counseling on how to find out how to create greater space for women who want to try to develop themselves through productive efforts. Other benefits of women's empowerment through a creative economy by utilizing natural resources as an effort to empower women in improving the economy of dasawisma groups and village communities. Apart from that, it is hoped that with community service, the existence of universities can contribute to the development of the application of science to society. It is hoped that the knowledge gained in this community service will provide further insight into the use of natural potential to optimize the role of women, especially in improving the family economy so that women can be independent, especially in Sokaraja Tengah Village, Sokaraja Banyumas District, Central Java.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance in the project section of the Lift Escalator Service division of PT. Jaya Kencana, Central Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative method, with data collection techniques through primary and secondary data. Data analysis includes validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, simple and multiple linear regression tests, as well as t-tests and F-tests. The results of the study indicate that partially, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression equation of Y = 23.998 + 0.409 X1, where the t-count value is 9.019> t-table 1.65263 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 19.944 + 0.437 X2, where the t-count value is 8.450> t-table 1.6526 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously, work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 17.200 + 0.292 X₁ + 0.289 X₂, where the F-count value is 61.283> F-table 3.04 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The correlation coefficient value of 0.620 and the determination coefficient of 38.5% indicate that work discipline and work motivation together explain the variation in employee performance by 38.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Supra Primatama Nusantara (Biznet) Branch Duri Pulo Central Jakarta. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The population used in this study were employees of PT Supra Primatama Nusantara (Biznet) Branch Duri Pulo Central Jakarta. The sample used by the author in this study was employees of PT Supra Primatama Nusantara (Biznet) Branch Duri Pulo Central Jakarta totaling 54 employees. The data collection method used in this study is primary data. The primary data taken is data from the answers of 54 respondents. The results of this study indicate that partially there is a significant influence between discipline on employee performance at PT Supra Primatama Nusantara (Biznet) Branch Duri Pulo Central Jakarta, as evidenced by the calculated t value> t table or (3.109> 2.007) This is also reinforced by the Sig. value <0.05 or (0.003 <0.05). Partially there is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance at PT Supra Primatama Nusantara (Biznet) Branch Duri Pulo Central Jakarta., which is evidenced by the calculated t value> t table or (2.080> 2.007) This is also reinforced by the Sig. value <0.05 or (0.043 <0.05). Simultaneously there is a significant simultaneous influence between discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT Supra Primatama Nusantara (Biznet) Branch Duri Pulo Central Jakarta, which is evidenced by the calculated F value> F table or (20.508> 3.179), this is also reinforced by the Sig. value <0.05 or (0.000 <0.05). The coefficient value of R is 0.668, which means that the relationship between the Discipline and Motivation variables on the Employee Performance variable is strong. The value of the determination coefficient or contribution of its influence simultaneously is 44.6% while the remaining 55.4% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The importance of implementing community service activities (PKM) in the Tri Dharma of higher education has a positive impact on the community. The title of this PKM is "Empowerment of human resources through digital financial literacy to prevent illegal online lending practices among mothers of Majelis Taklim Al Hasanudin. " The low level of digital financial literacy is the main cause that makes mothers entangled in illegal loans. The purpose of this PKM is to increase the understanding of digital financial literacy, which is crucial for the community to recognise and stay away from unauthorised online loans. With good knowledge, each individual is expected to make smart financial decisions and avoid the trap of illegal debt. This community service activity took place in the Sawah Baru Ciputat area, South Tangerang. The methods used in the implementation of this PKM include participatory approaches, lectures, and focus group discussions (FGDs). The results of this activity show that the participants, namely the mothers of Majelis Taklim Al Hasanudin who have received education, are able to take both preventive and responsive steps to protect themselves from the negative impacts of illegal online loans. Their improved understanding of the characteristics of illegal online loans, the importance of financial planning, and the ability to access legitimate financial information were significant results. Thus, digital financial literacy proved effective in strengthening the capacity of the women to maintain personal financial stability and avoid illegal online lending practices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of organizational culture in optimizing employee performance in Lebak Bulus Village, South Jakarta. A strong organizational culture is considered to have a significant contribution in improving the effectiveness of government officials and the quality of public services to the community. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a phenomenological method, which emphasizes an in-depth understanding of the experiences, views, and behaviors of employees in carrying out their duties in their work environment. The research focuses on actors (employees), social situations, and activities that occur within the village environment. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews with key and primary informants, and documentation. Data validity was tested through triangulation of sources and techniques to increase the validity of the research results. The results show that the organizational culture in Lebak Bulus Village has strengths in the aspects of innovation and risk-taking, orientation towards results, orientation towards people, and stability. However, several weaknesses were still found, such as low individual initiative, lack of attention to detail, weak team orientation, minimal levels of aggressiveness, and limited employee experience and accuracy. Opportunities for improvement can be pursued through ongoing training and the digitalization of public services, although challenges remain, including a passive work culture and resistance to policy change. Overall, organizational culture plays a crucial role in supporting employee performance improvement, but a sustainable strategy is needed to strengthen professionalism and build a more adaptive and progressive work culture. Efforts to address identified weaknesses, such as improving communication between employees, developing leadership skills, and enhancing discipline in carrying out tasks, are essential for the continued development of a positive organizational culture. Furthermore, awareness of the importance of collaboration across organizational divisions must be instilled to create a more productive and efficient work environment.
