Abstract

PT. Tirta Musi Palembang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang pelayanan, dimana setiap perusahaan harus memiliki sistem sebagai pendukung dalam pelayanan. Sistem Informasi Pelayanan PDAM (SIPL – PDAM) merupakan salah satu sistem pendukung didalam pelayanan yang ada di PDAM. Sistem informasi ini mulai dijalankan pada tahun 2008, sebelumnya pada tahun 2006 PDAM menggunakan aplikasi Fox Pro. Di penelitian ini peneliti melakukan audit pada SIPL-PDAM, dimana audit ini menggunakan kerangka kerja ITIL version 3 domain service operation dan service transiition. Tujuan audit ini, untuk memberikan hasil audit dari tingkat kematangan (maturity level) terhadap layanan yang dimiliki dan rekomendasi penerapan berdasarkan panduan service operation dan service transition. Hasil maturity yang didapat dalam penelitian ini berada dilevel 3 (defined) yaitu prosedur telah distandardisasikan, didokumentasikan, serta dikomunikasikan melalui pelatihan. Namun, implementasinya diserahkan pada setiap individu, sehingga kemungkinan besar penyimpangan tidak dapat dideteksi. Kata Kunci: Audit, ITIL version 3, domain service operation dan service transition.

Abstract

Arman Syah, 2018 Model Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Bagian Produksi pada PT. Frisian Flag Cabang Makassar., Skripsi program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Dibimbing oleh pembimbing 1 Bapak Edi Jusriadi dan pembimbing 2 Bapak Muh. Akib selaku pembimbing II. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi Model Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Bagian Produksi pada PT. Frisian Flag Cabang Makassar Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian produksi yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah metode observasi, wawancara, interview, dokumentasi yang dilakukan secara langsung oleh pihak peneliti dengan karyawan yang berada dilapangan bagian produksi.   Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa pengaruh Model Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Bagian Produksi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Ken Lee Indonesia Parung Bogor, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used was Slovin with a total sample of 83 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 14.019 + 0.642 X1, a correlation value of 0.709 means that the two variables have a strong level of relationship with a coefficient of determination of 50.3%. Hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (9,054> 1,990). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 16.027 + 0.599X2, the correlation value is 0.616, meaning that both have a strong relationship with a determination coefficient of 38.0%. Hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7,039> 1,990). Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, it means that there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance. Motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 8.966 + 0.480X1 + 0.300X2. The correlation value of 0.752 means that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a strong level of relationship with a determination coefficient of 55.6% while the remaining 44.4% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of F count> F table or (52.157> 2.720). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous significant influence between motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Ken Lee Indonesia Parung Bogor

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Reward on Employee Performance, the effect of Punishment on Employee Performance, and to determine the effect of Reward and Punishment together on Employee Performance at the International Airport Hotel. The research methodology used by the author is quantitative methods, data collection methods by distributing questionnaires which are then processed using regression analysis. The population and sample in this study were all employees at the International Airport Hotel with a total of 98 employees. While the data analysis used in the form of validity and reliability tests. Linear regression test, correlation test, determination test and hypothesis testing using t test (partial), F test (simultaneous).The results of the research on the correlation test of 0.921 which shows that there is a very strong relationship and the value of determination is 0.848, meaning that the contribution of Reward and Punishment variables on Employee Performance is 84.8%. The simple linear regression test is Y=3.372+0.642X1 and Y=3.774+0.914X2, meaning that the increase in the Reward variable on Employee Performance is 0.642 or 64.2% and the increase in the Punishment variable on Employee Performance is 0.914 or 91.4%.The results of the t-test (partial) for the Reward variable have a t-count value of 3.159 > t-table 1.665 and a value of 0.002 <0.05 and the Punishment variable has a t-value of 8.214 > t-table 1.665 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results of the F test (simultaneous) F-count 265.856 > F-table 3.09 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means that the Reward and Punishment variables simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at the International Airport Hotel.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is related to the influence of lifestyle and financial literacy on the decision to invest in the millennial generation in South Tangerang City. The purpose of this research is the first to find out partially the influence of lifestyle on the millennial generation's investment decisions in South Tangerang City. The second is to find out partially the effect of financial literacy on the millennial generation's investment decisions in South Tangerang City. The third is to determine the simultaneous influence of lifestyle and financial literacy on the millennial generation's investment decisions in South Tangerang City. The research method used is based on a quantitative type classification with an associative (causal) form. Based on the tests and analyzes that have been carried out in the regression model, the results of the multiple correlation coefficient of 0.605 are included in the strong category, while the value of Adjusted R square as the contribution of the independent variables to the dependent variable is 0.363 or 36.3% where 63.7% is the contribution of other factors not studied. The proof of the partial significance test shows that lifestyle results have a significant effect on investment decisions with a tcount > ttable (7.627 > 1.64), while the effect of financial literacy on investment decisions is obtained by a tcount > ttable (9,962 > 1.64) and it is proven that there is an effect significant. Simultaneous influence of lifestyle and financial literacy on investment decisions there is a significant influence where the value of Fcount > Ftable (114.455 > 2.31).

Abstract

Abstract: Analysis of the Effect of Product Quality and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction (Case Study at Holland Bakery Pamulang). This research was conducted to determine how the influence of product             quality on customer satisfaction, service quality on customer satisfaction and product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction. The population used in this study were all consumers of Holland Bakery Pamulang and samples were 100 customers who bought product in Holland Bakery Pamulang. In this study validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests were conducted. The results of the study stated that partially product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. partially, service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Holland Bakery Pamulang dan sampel sebanyak 100 konsumen yang membeli produk di Holland Bakery Pamulang. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa secara parsial kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Secara parsial kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Secara simultan kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Kepuasan Pelanggan.
