Abstract

Kecamatan Sukamerindu terdapat di Kabupaten Lahat merupakan daerah penghasil tanaman sayuran dan buahan dan beberapa tanaman buah dan sayur. Namun masyarakat desa belum dapat mengolah secara hasil tanaman menjadi suatu produk yang bernilai lebih, mereka umumnya langsung memasarkan hasil tanaman mereka secara baku. Adapun tujuan dari dilakukannya kegiatan ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) memberikan pengetahuan dan wasasan tentang konsep kewirausahawan, 2) memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang analsisi diri menjadi wirausahawan, 3) meningkatkan wawasan mahasiswa dan dosen melalui salah satu fungsi tridarma perguruan tinggi yaitu pengabdian pada masayarakat. Metode yang digunakan metode penyuluhan. Hasil dari kegiatan penyuluhan ini adalah masyarakat mengemas tanaman mereka secara lebih professional, memasarkan secara jejaring social, dan mengolah bahan baku menjadi makanan kemas siap makan.

Abstract

Pembuangan sampah yang tidak diurus dengan baik akan mengakibatkan masalah besar. Perlunya inovasi – inovasi tentang pola pengelolaan sampah di Indonesia yaitu dengan pembentukan Bank sampah, peningkatan daur ulang, dan pembuatan kompos dari sampah organik. Tim Pengabdian Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sriwijaya melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan mengadakan Pelatihan Managemen Pengelolaan Bank Sampah. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini selain dari memberikan pelatihan mengenai Managemen Pengelolaan Sampah juga memberikan sosialisasi dan edukasi tentang pentingnya menumbuhkan kesadaran tentang pemilahan sampah dan meningkatkan pemahaman manajemen pengolahan sampah yang baik. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan proses pendampingan di Kelurahan Karang Anyar, Kecamatan Gandus, Kota Palembang. Peserta kegiatan terdiri dari 15 Orang. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan yaiu adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang manajemen pengolahan bank sampah sebesar 77 persen peserta memilih setuju, 20 persen memilih netral dan 3 persen memilih sangat setuju. Adanya pemahaman pengolalaan sampah melalui 3R dengan persentase sebanyak 80 persen peserta memilih setuju, 17 persen memilih netral dan 3 persen memilih sangat setuju dari 15 peserta yang berasal dari masyarakat Kelurahan Karang anyar. Hal ini terlihat peserta sudah cukup memahami tentang cara pengelolaan Bank Sampah dan menerapkannya di daerah mereka.

Abstract

This research was conducted aiming to determine the effect of brand image, brand trust and electronic word of mouth on food purchasing decisions using ShopeeFood services in Palembang City. The sample in this study were 108 consumers who were obtained through a sampling technique using quota sampling and purposive sampling. The data collection method uses a questionnaire which is distributed to all consumers and the data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that brand image and brand trust had a positive effect on purchasing decisions, while electronic word of mouth had no effect on food purchasing decisions using ShopeeFood services in Palembang City. Abstract

Study This aim For know “ Influence Profitability, Solvency, and Liquidity to Company Value with Policy Dividend as intervening variable ”. Sample study This taken from company manufacturers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2022 with purposive sampling method. Obtained 29 Companies as sample, which is observed for 5 years with total observations as many as 145. Data collection techniques using documentation from report finance published on the IDX's official website, namely www.idx.co.id. Analysis used_is use analysis path. Research results This show that Profitability influential positive and significant to Policy Dividend, Solvability No influential to Policy Dividend, Liquidity influential in a manner positive and significant to Policy dividend. Profitability influential positive and significant on Firm Value, Solvability No influential on Company Value, Liquidity influential significant on Corporate Values, Policies Dividend influential positive and significant to Company Value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of word of mouth and brand image on consumer decisions to choose Umrah tour and travel services at PT. Alshafwah Wisata Mandiri Smarts Umrah Palembang. The population in this study is all pilgrims who depart with Smarts Umrah Palembang travel. The sampling technique used in this study was a random sampling method with inclusion criteria with a sample of 130 respondents. The results of multiple linear analysis show that word of mouth and brand image have a positive and significant influence on the consumer decisions of Smarts Umrah Palembang pilgrims. Word of mouth, want to promote sustainably by rewarding pilgrims who want to become agents by promoting Smarts Umrah travel service programs and following promotional trends in order to expand consumer reach. Brand Image, it is expected that Smarts Umrah will give coupons for Umrah fee discounts or even give gifts of Umrah service products for free at an event, especially religious events so that Smarts Umrah travel is increasingly discussed by consumers and potential customers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial distress proxied by Financial Distress Score (FDS), the effect of capital structure proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and the effect of firm size proxied by Total Assets (TA) on Firm Value (FV) in the banking sector in Southeast Asia. The number of samples in the study were 82 banks selected through purposive sampling method with the observation period for 2018 to 2022. This research is descriptive statistics with classical assumption tests. The analysis technique used is panel data regression where the common effect model (CEM) is chosen as the best model for this study. The results of the study with the coefficient of determination  show that the FDS, DER and TA variables are able to explain changes in firm value by 4.72%. The results of research with the t test show that FDS has no effect on firm value, DER has a significant positive effect on firm value and TA has a significant positive effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence non-performing loans in banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The population in this study are banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 - 2022 with a total of 150 companies with a total sample of 30 companies. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data collection technique uses documentation from financial reports published on the IDX's official website, namely.idx.co.id.The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with panel data. The results of this study indicate that the loan-to-deposit ratio have a significant positive effect on non-performing loans, and capital adequacy ratio have a significant negative effect on non-performing loans, and inflation have no effect on non-performing loans.
