Abstract

Brand image is one of the important aspects of marketing, this also happens to the 212 minimarkets which is being discussed lately. The aims of this study are to understand the role of viral marketing on the formation of brand images and interest in shopping at minimarket 212. This study is qualitative using questi0nonaire as the method of data collection. The population of this research is the general population of Palembang aged 16-69 years who have sufficient knowledge of 212 minimarkets. The result of this study, are as follows: first, that viral marketing has a significant effect on the brand image (Est: 0.426; SE: 0.033; CR: 0.033; P: 000). Second, that viral marketing has a significant effect on behavioral intentions (Est: 0.261; SE: 0.040; CR: 6.538; P: 0.000). Third, that brand image has a significant effect on behavioral intentions (Est: 1,187; SE: 0,067; CR: 17,708; P: 0,000). Thus, the effect of viral marketing on shopping interest in a 212 minimarket has the smallest influence value among other variables which is only 0.26 point. However, with the brand image variable as an intervening variable, the effect is greater up to 0.50 point, this means that brand image which formed through viral marketing get a good response from the public to increase the willingness to shop.

Abstract

As extensive information comes so fast, increasing consumer awareness of greening the environment increases. Environmental damage caused by human waste, natural disasters, and non-renewable natural resources, and damage to natural ecosystems makes consumers careful in purchasing decisions. This study aims to know indicators in the greenwashing and green consumers which one the least liked or preferred based on the gender of generation Z. Method of analysis is using the Rasch model. A sample of 340 respondents generation Z. The result is green consumers (consumers throw garbage in their place, water-saving consumers, consumers like cleanliness). Consumers are willing to pay more to get the product labelled eco-product/ go green. This study is limited to explaining the response of generation Z regarding the items contained in the greenwashing and green consumer variables.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, produk, promosi dan distribusi terhadap keputusan konsumen menggunakan jasa pesan antar makanan secara online. Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan – Penelitian dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 200 orang responden yang menggunakan aplikasi jasa pesan antar makanan online yaitu aplikasi Go-Food, GrabFood, McDelivery, KFC Pesan Antar Online dan Pizza Hut Delivery. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS. Temuan – Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pada keputusan penggunaan jasa pesan antar makanan online dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh e-marketing mix dengan faktor e-place sebagai faktor yang paling dominan, sedangkan dari semua faktor tersebut diketahui bahwa faktor e-product tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada keputusan pengguna jasa pesan antar makanan online di Palembang. Originality/value – Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh bauran pemasaran yaitu harga, produk, promosi dan distribusi dengan konsep digital yang berbeda dari penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya yang masih menggunakan konsep bauran pemasaran tradisional. Keywords: e-Marketing mix, Consumer decision, Online food delivery.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuktikan secara empirik kemampuan variabel persepsi nilai, persepsi resiko dan kepercayaan dalam mempengaruhi niat beli konsumen terhadap makanan online selama masa pandemic Covid-19. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausalitas dimana akan dilihat hubungan sebab akibat diantara persepsi nilai, persepsi resiko dan kepercayaan dalam mempengaruhi minat beli makanan online konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat kota Palembang yang berminat melakukan pembelian produk makanan dari web secara online. Penelitian menggunakan data primer dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 200 responden yang memenuhi karakteristik responden yang telah ditetapkan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah non probability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Hasil data menunjukkan bahwa minat konsumen untuk membeli makanan secara online meningkat selama pandemic Covid-19. Persepsi nilai dapat mempengaruhi minat konsumen untuk membeli makanan online selama pandemic Covid-19. Kepercayaan dapat mempengaruhi minat pelanggan untuk membeli makanan secara online selama pandemic Covid-19. Persepsi resiko konsumen juga mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepercayaan konsumen tetapi kepercayaan tidak dapat mempengaruhi persepsi resiko konsumen. Penelitian ini hanya melingkupi area kota Palembang. Penelitian berikutnya diharapkan dapat menjangkau area yang lebih luas atau kota lain. Faktor lain yang mungkin tidak dimasukkan didalam penelitian dapat dikembangkan berdasarkan teori dan penelitian lain yang relevan. Penelitian ini meneliti fenomena terbaru yang terjadi setelah adanya pandemic Covid-19 yang belum ditulis oleh peneliti sebelumnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect variety seeking, dissatisfaction of previous product, and the unavailability of products to brand switching. The sampling method is using the Non-Probability Sampling with purposive sampling technique. This study took a sample of 100 female students who ever make the switch from local brands to import brands. Methods of data analysis is using multiple linear regression. The results show the effect of variable X2 is dissatisfaction have the greatest influence in the amount of 27.9% of the variable displacement of the brand in the appeal seek variety and unavailability of products. The limitations in this research are (1) Factors of dissatisfaction can give a negative impact to the company; because consumers can give a negative experience had to be told to others with or without asking; (2) The company must have a quality standard to prevent of dissatisfaction. Abstract

This research was held to reveal how Service Quality influences the Blue Bird Taxi passenger’s satisfactions, the ServQual Dimensions position on Cartesius Diagram, and wheter the linier multi regression result is consistent with those dimensions positions. Using data of 100 respondents, the regression result implies that it is in accord with theServQual Dimensions on Cartesius Diagram of Importance-Performance Analysis/IPA which Tangible and Assurance are on quadrant B. Which it explains the implementations of the services on those dimensions meet the passengers’ expectations. The Reliability is on quadrant A which means the services quality in this dimension should be corrected and improved. The Responsiveness and Empathy are on quadrant C that implies the services quality on these dimensions are good enough although the passenger assumed they are not pretty necessary.

Abstract

Tujuan – Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan munculnya fenomena dalam masyarakat Kota Palembang yang disuguhi pelayanan transportasi umum berbasis online. Seiring dengan makin mudahnya mengakses internet dan mudahnya untuk mendapatkan telepon pintar maka pelayanan transportasi umum online menjadi pilihan terbaik bagi sebagian masyarakatDesign/methodology/approach – Studi ini menggunakan beberapa masyarakat Kota Palembang masing-masing menggunakan angkutan umum online dan angkutan umum konvensional sebagai sampelTemuan – Fakor keamanan menjadi pertimbangan pada masing masing jenis angkutan umum tersebut diangggap kurang penting, ini mengindikasikan bahwa baik penumpang angkutan umum konvensional berupa Bus Rapid Transit Transmusi dan berbasis online menganggap aman untuk dinaiki.Research limitations/implications – Keterbatasan dari penelitian ini adalah hanya fokus pada satu jenis angkutan umum dan perilaku konsumennya.Originality/value – Analisis diskriminan digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor pembeda pertimbangan masyarakat dalam menggunakan angkutan umum online atau konvensional

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price, advertise, and personal selling of Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) BRI bank branch Lemabang on loan decision making of traditional market seller (a study case at Lemabang market, Palembang). The target population in this research is the traditional market seller at Lemabang market. Data collected from the questionnaires which distributed to 100 respondents. Sampling technique used was non probability sampling with accidental sampling method. The analysis technique used was multiple regression analyis. Based of reliability and validity testing, variable of advertise is not fulfill the requirement of reliability and validity, so this variable excluded to the next research. The result of this study indicates that price and personal selling have a positive influence and signficant on loan decision making.Keywords : Price, advertise, personal selling, KUR, loan decision making, seller.

Abstract

This research aimed the impacts of promotion strategy on consumer impulse buying behavior at Matahari Department Store in PsX Palembang. The variables used in this research were sales promotion variable (X1), personal selling (X2), visual merchandising (X3), and impulse buying behavior (Y). This research was descriptive causal research. The population of this research were all of people who had ever done impulsive purchasing at Matahari Department Store in PsX Palembang, at least three times in a year. The number of respondents were 100 people. The analysis result showed that sales promotion variable (X1), personal selling (X2), and visual merchandising (X3) simultaneously had significant influence on consumer impulse buying behavior. The results of t test showed that sales promotion variable (X1), and visual merchandising variable (X3) had significant influence on consumer impulse buying behavior, whereas personal selling variable (X2) had not significant influence on consumer impulse buying behavior. The most dominant variable that influence consumer impulse buying behavior was visual merchandising variable. Overall, the sales promotion variable (X1), personal selling (X2), and visual merchandising (X3) had contributed 21.8% to impulse buying behavior at Matahari Department Store in PsX Palembang consumers and another 78.2% had influenced by the other variables.Keyword: Sales Promotion, Personal Selling, Visual merchandising, Impulse Buying

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was held to reveal whether Impulsive Buying at Carrefour and Hypermart in Palembang are different or not, and whether there are any different influence to Impulsive Buying by among variables merchandise, price, promotion and retail atmosphere. The research was conducted in Carrefour in Palembang Square and Hypermart in Palembang Square Extension, where both these modern retails are located on two adjacent buildings. The calculation results indicate that discriminant Impulsive Buying in both the retail is not different. Also merchandise, pricing, promotions and atmosphere influence Impulsif Buying in both the retail is not different.
