Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan perbedaan signifikan pada prestasi menulis siswa setelah diajarkan dengan menggunakan teknik mind mapping dan apakah mind mapping dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan aspek menulis pada istilah organisasi, kosa kata, dan tata bahasa. Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif berdasarkan desain eksperimental. Sampel dipilih secara acak dengan menggunakan lotere yaitu kelas XI IPA1. Data diperoleh dengan mengadakan pretest, posttest dan treatment. Peneliti menggunakan Repeated Measure t-test dalam menganalisa data yang dikumpulkan. Level signifikan adalah 0,05 dan hipotesa dibuktikan jika tanda p. Hal itu dapat dilihat dari hasil t-test yang menunjukkan sig. (2-tailed)  adalah ,000. Ini dapat diperkirakan bahwa H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak karena 0,000 0,05. Jadi kita dapat menyimpulkan bahwa ada peningkatan signifikan dari prestasi siswa setelah mereka diajarkan dengan menggunakan teknik mind mapping.The aims of this study are to find out significant difference in students’ writing achievement after being taught by using mind mapping technique and whether or not mind mapping can be used to increase students’ writing aspect in terms of organization, vocabulary, and grammar. This research was quantitative based on the experimental design. The sample was chosen randomly by using lottery that was XI IPA1. The data were gained by administering pretest. posttest and treatments. The researcher used Repeated Measure t-test in analyzing the data collected. The significance level is in 0.05 and the hypothesis is approved if sign p. It can be seen that t-test result showed sig. (2-tailed) is .000. It can be inferred that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected since 0.000 0.05. So we can conclude that there is significant increase of students’ achievement after they are taught by using mind mapping technique.Keywords: achievement, mind mapping technique, writing aspect

Abstract

Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk merumuskan strategi promosi above the line untuk Root Beer – The Groovy Taste®, yang merupakan produk minuman carbonated soft drink. Studi ini menggunakan penelitian eksploratori untuk mengetahui kondisi eksternal dan industri, serta menggunakan penelitian deskriptif untuk mengetahui perilaku konsumen dari industri carbonated soft drink. Dalam formulasi strategi promosi akan ditentukan target audience, tujuan komunikasi, sasaran yang akan dicapai oleh strategi promosi ini, anggaran, desain komunikasi dan bauran media. Implementasi strategi promosi dibuat dalam bentuk Media Plan, yang berisi jadwal implementasi berikut anggaran promosi yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

Biology learning media that are interesting, easy to use, and effective in improving the quality of students and integrated with Islamic values such as wahdatul ‘ulum need to be developed. Wahdatul ‘ulum is one of the main concepts in the philosophy of science at the Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara (UINSU). This study aims to analyze the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the integrated biology e-magazine on the wahdatul ‘ulum paradigm developed on reproductive system material. The type of research used is research and development (RnD) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The instruments used in this research are interview sheets, needs analysis questionnaires of biology teachers and students, validation sheets of material experts, media experts, and wahdatul ‘ulum experts, response questionnaires of biology teachers and students, and multiple-choice question tests. The results showed that the validity of e-magazines from media experts obtained a percentage of 94.70% (very valid), material experts obtained a percentage of 95.83% (very valid), and wahdatul ‘ulum experts obtained a percentage of 87.50% (very valid). The practicality of e-magazines is that the response of biology teachers obtained a percentage of 92.50% (very practical), and the response of students obtained a percentage of 91.06% (very practical). The effectiveness of e-magazines is known from N-Gain results of 0.72 (effective). The advantages of biology e-magazines on reproductive system material developed because it is integrated with the wahdatul ‘ulum paradigm, easy to understand, attractive in design, and able to improve learning outcomes, although in the aspect of motivating students to enthusiasm for learning has not reached good criteria. Further research is needed to achieve a broader goal of shaping the positive character of students.Abstrak. Media belajar biologi yang menarih, mudah digunakan, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas peserta didik serta terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai keislaman seperti wahdatul ‘ulum perlu dikembangkan. Wahdatul ‘ulum adalah salah satu konsep utama dalam filsafat ilmu di Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara (UINSU). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan e-majalah biologi terintegrasi paradigma wahdatul ‘ulum yang dikembangkan pada materi sistem reproduksi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (RnD) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah berupa lembar wawancara, angket analisis kebutuhan guru biologi dan peserta didik, lembar validasi ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli wahdatul ‘ulum, angket respon guru biologi dan peserta didik, serta tes soal pilihan ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kevalidan e-majalah dari ahli media diperoleh persentase sebesar 94,70% (sangat valid), dari ahli materi diperoleh persentase sebesar 95,83% (sangat valid), dan dari ahli wahdatul ‘ulum diperoleh persentase sebesar 87,50% (sangat valid). Kepraktisan e-majalah dari respon guru biologi diperoleh persentase sebesar 92,50% (sangat praktis) dan dari respon peserta didik diperoleh persentase sebesar 91,06% (sangat praktis). Kefektifan e-majalah diketahui dari hasil N-Gain 0,72 (efektif). Kelebihan dari e-majalah biologi materi sistem reproduksi yang dikembangkan karena terintegrasi dengan paradigma wahdatul ‘ulum, mudah dipahami, desain menarik, dan mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar, meskipun pada aspek memotivasi peserta didik untuk semangat belajar belum mencapai kriteria baik. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan yang lebih luas yaitu membentuk karakter positif peserta didik.

Abstract

Modern organizations are implementing artificial intelligence (AI) applications to improve human resource management practices through increased decision transparency and improved efficiency outcomes. Decision flexibility, employee acceptance issues, and the risk of bias create significant challenges in AI adoption in HR. This study examines the implementation of AI in the HR function to evaluate its impact on operational efficiency and employee well-being, using a comprehensive theoretical framework integrating Task-Technology Fit, Sociotechnical Systems, Job Demands-Resources, and Explainable AI. The study implemented a mixed-methods design involving explanatory sequential elements to analyze the effectiveness of AI systems and employee perceptions. Quantitative analysis revealed that AI technology improves HR efficiency by up to 45% despite posing challenges in decision-making flexibility. Qualitative exploration identified differences in AI acceptance across organizational levels, with 80% of employees indicating limited understanding of AI decision mechanisms and 60% concerned about potential bias. The study findings suggest that optimal AI implementation requires a collaborative human-AI model that combines algorithmic analysis with human oversight, especially for complex scenarios that require contextual interpretation. This study highlights the importance of algorithmic transparency and targeted communication strategies to increase technology adoption. Organizations should develop comprehensive Explainable AI mechanisms that effectively communicate decision rationales in accessible language, while simultaneously implementing monitoring protocols to evaluate and address potential patterns of bias. This research contributes to the understanding of specific factors that influence successful AI implementation in the HR context, emphasizing that technology optimization and human-centered design represent complementary priorities.
