Abstract

Identification is the identification or determination of an object based on evidence as a clue. The objective of the research was to identify biometric images using edge detection of LoG (Laplacian of Gaussian), Canny, and LoG+Canny with different shapes and dimensions. It is expected that the object can still be identified with different shapes and dimensions. The sample of data used was 20 fingerprint images. This fingerprint image was tested using the methods LoG, Canny and LoG+Canny. The process begins with the image reading, and then the image is converted to grayscale, edge detection and image segmentation. The final result is the identification of the image. The results show that the average accuracy is 89.9 per cent for the LoG method, while 81.8 per cent for the Canny method and 90.7 per cent for the LoG + Canny method. From 10 fingerprint image tests, 8 fingerprint images can be identified by both methods. While the LoG + Canny method is capable of identifying 9 fingerprint images. The LoG method can detect images of 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10; while the Canny method can detect images of 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10; and the LoG + Canny method can detect images of 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. The minimum and maximum pixel values for the LoG method are 11 pixels for the test image and 25327 pixels for the database image. While the minimum and maximum pixel values for the Canny method are 148 pixels for the test image and 42323 pixels for the database image. In the meantime, the minimum and maximum pixel values for the LoG + Canny method are 806 pixels for the test image and 57972 pixels for the database image. The LoG + Canny method can outperform other methods for the identification of fingerprint images from the results of the tests carried out. In addition to the higher accuracy value, the resulting error value is also much smaller. The object images in the LoG method that have not been identified are numbers 1 and 3 with an error of 27.27 percent and 58.33. While the Canny method that has not been identified is number 1 and 5 with an error of 98.31 per cent and 59.92 per cent. The LoG + Canny method that cannot be identified is number 5 with an error of 61.69 per cent. The mean error values for the three methods were 10.1%, 18.2% and 9.3% (LoG, Canny, LoG + Canny).

Abstract

In the field of archive depots, the West Java Province Village and Community Empowerment Service offers inactive archive management as one of its services. The West Java Province Village and Community Empowerment Service is responsible for keeping, organizing, and safeguarding archives that have been in the processing unit for more than two years. The goal of this research is to help archivists manage inactive archives more effectively and efficiently. Material gathering tactics included interviews and the addition of inactive archive data based on data collected in each field. Software is designed using the waterfall process. According to the findings, there are a number of issues that impede the archive management system that still employs the manual method. As a result, in this study, an inactive records management information system was designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and implemented using the Visual Basic programming language with the.NET framework 4.0 and Ms. Access as the database. An approach for testing applications is called black box testing. The goal of this application is to make archive administration more effective and efficient.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze, design, and build an information system at POS SPP Bandung. The authors obtained the necessary data using observation, interviews, and literature studies from several previous studies. Based on employee observations and interviews, the system in POS SPP incoming division was less efficient, because it took two employees to run the item scan system. The goal to be achieved is that the information system that we have designed can help the process of receiving goods or items to be more accurate and faster. And as it only requires one employee to carry out the process of receiving goods, making it more effective and efficient. Therefore, in this study, an Android-based item input information system design was made using UML and implemented with the Java programming language and MySQL as a database and quick response code feature for the scanning process.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk membahas kegiatan webinar di Politeknik Piksi Ganesha sebagai satu bentuk Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang berpotensi meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat di Indonesia. Pada mulanya, webinar di Politeknik Piksi Ganesha diperuntukkan bagi mahasiswa dan dosen untuk melengkapi pembelajaran di era pandemi. Namun dalam perjalanannya webinar ini tidak hanya diikuti mahasiswa dan dosen Piksi saja namun dari perguruan tinggi lain seperti konsorsium dan AIC. Pembicaranya tidak hanya berasal dari dosen internal sendiri, namun juga melibatkan dosen tamu dan praktisi. Webinar di Piksi Ganesha ini dapat dikelompokkan berdasarkan rumpun bidang ilmu, rumpun informatika, ekonomi dan bisnis, dan kesehatan, dan berdasarkan cakupannya meliputi webinar nasional dan internasional. Sampai bulan Desember 2021, telah diselenggarakan kegiatan webinar sebanyak 58 webinar, melibatkan dosen Piksi sebanyak 75 dosen sebagai pembicara dan 55 sebagai moderator, dan juga melibatkan sekitar 60 dosen tamu dan praktisi dari luar Piksi Ganesha. Banyak manfaaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan webinar ini. Walaupun proses pembelajaran tatap muka sudah bisa dilakukan kembali, diharapkan kegiatan webinar ini masih bisa tetap dilaksanakan.

Abstract

This study aimed to design the information sytem death using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 at hospital TK II. 03.05.01 Dustira Cimahi Hospital..The research method used a qualitive research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used field work practices, interview, and book study. Development method used is waterfall model. Based on the of the author observations during field work practice at TK II. 03.05.01 DUSTIRA CIMAHI HOSPITAL, the problems foudd are death information certificate sytem were the data was done by using microsoft excel but this is less effective.The problems solving these case, the writer design an information sytem using microsoft visual studio 2010 it was expected to be able to produce an application death certificate information sytem that could solve the proplems that occur.The suggestion from the writer are (1) Making the system more effective to optimize death certificate information sytem in the INFOKES and reoports that the death certificate so is avaible at any time when never needed. (2) Having training for officers who wiil use the death certificate information system.

Abstract

The discharge summary or also known as a medical resume is a sheet that contains a detailed explanation or summary of important information about the patient, this sheet is part of the medical record.The summary of discharge of patients who are hospitalized is one of the criteria used to assess the quality of hospital health care because the summary of discharge is a very important record, in which there is information about the patient's diagnosis while the patient is hospitalized. There are also medical and non-medical interventions that have been carried out by health workers to patients. The discharge summary must be filled out correctly and completely. There were problems found in hospital x, such as there was still a discharge summary that had not been filled out completely so it had to be returned to the patient's room, also the process of checking the completeness of the discharge summary and making reports were still done manually, which was typed in Microsoft excel. The purpose of this research is to create a specific information system for process of analyzing the completeness of filling in inpatient discharge summary. The method applied is qualitative research methods and descriptive and data collection techniques with direct observation at hospital x and interviews with medical record officers on duty, and the development of the system used is SDLC with the waterfall method through the stages of analysis, design, coding, and testing. The design of this program uses visual basic programming on microsoft visual studio 2010 by making reports using crystal reports. Based on the results of blackbox testing, this program gets good results. All menus in this program can run properly and exactly according to their functions.

Abstract

Community Health Center or Puskesmas, is a health service facility that organizes public health efforts. In general, data recording and reporting of daily outpatient visits at the puskesmas is still not optimal. The purpose of this study was to design an outpatient visit information system program that was created and developed to facilitate the management of Puskesmas transaction data, and to implement the results of the design in the form of a web-based application. The method used is system design through PHP and MSQL. The results of the computerized outpatient visit information system, produce accurate data, so that the patient visit information system developed for recording patient data stored in the database is expected to be able to solve the problems that occur at UPT Puskesmas Salam.

Abstract

The inventory of stuff must be neatly arranged. Using technology supported by an information system, it is hoped that the storage of an item can be neatly arranged. To support broad mobility, a web-based platform is essential. It can provide sufficient integrity for users. This website-based inventory information system is one way to solve problems in the UPTD PPD South Bandung Region. In its design, this system uses qualitative research methods and software development methods of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as well as a system analysis design, namely Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), to determine the flow of the data. The testing was limited to program quality using Blackbox testing to test the program properly.

Abstract

Kegiatan bimbingan teknis ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan staf medis di klinik prima husada dalam pemanfaatan sistem informasi rekam medis. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan kolaborasi antara tim ahli IT dan tenaga medis klinik dengan fokus pada pengenalan, pelatihan, dan implementasi sistem informasi rekam medis yang efektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi pelatihan langsung kepada staf medis, sesi diskusi kelompok, serta pendampingan dan pemantauan selama periode implementasi sistem. Materi pelatihan mencakup pemahaman konsep dasar sistem informasi rekam medis, penggunaan perangkat lunak khusus, pengelolaan data pasien, keamanan informasi, dan integrasi dengan sistem kesehatan lainnya. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data pasien. Staf medis yang mengikuti pelatihan berhasil menguasai penggunaan sistem informasi rekam medis dengan baik. Mereka dapat dengan cepat mencari data pasien, mengelola informasi medis, dan mengupdate catatan pasien secara elektronik. Informasi medis yang terintegrasi memungkinkan tim medis untuk berbagi data dengan lebih efisien, memastikan kontinuitas perawatan, dan mengurangi risiko kehilangan informasi penting. Selama periode implementasi, tim ahli IT memberikan pendampingan dan pemantauan yang berkelanjutan untuk membantu mengatasi kendala teknis dan menangani masalah yang muncul. Dalam proses ini, kolaborasi antara tenaga medis dan tim IT terbukti menjadi faktor kunci dalam kesuksesan implementasi sistem informasi rekam medis di klinik Prima Husada.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi telah memberikan kemudahan bagiĀ  perusahaan untuk mengakses informasi. Salah satunya terletak di Politeknik Piksi Ganesha. Salah satu permasalahan yang teridentifikasi adalah pada proses pengolahan data akuntansi yang masih dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan aplikasi spreadsheet, maka dilakukan perancangan sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis web. Metodologi pembangunan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Waterfall dengan menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Pemodelan alat sistem, bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi yang mengintegrasikan pengumpulan kas dan pembuatan laporan keuangan perusahaan. Dengan merancang sistem informasi akuntansi ini, dapat mengelola catatan akuntansi secara efektif dan efisien.
