Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dirancang untuk mencetak dan menghasilkan lulusan yang siap kerja, akan tetapi pada kenyataannya masih ada ketidakseimbangan materi yang didapatkan di sekolah dengan apa yang diinginkan serta dibutuhkan dalam dunia kerja. Kurangnya keterampilan dan sikap berpikir kritis siswa merupakan salah satu penghambat , pada kenyataannya dalam dunia kerja selain membutuhkan hardskill (pemahaman mengenai teori) tentu saja sangat membutuhkan softskill (jiwa mandiri, kreatif juga serta inovatif). Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pembekalan softskill sukses menghadapi dunia kerja dengan metode ceramah (Preaching Method) dengan tiga narasumber yang berbeda. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan adanya pengetahuan softskill berupa motivasi, etika profesi, komunikasi efektif dan kiat menghadapi wawancara kerja sehingga diharapkan adanya rasa percaya diri dalam menghadapi tantangan di dunia kerja.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the process of running systems as well as design andbuild additional train schedule information system at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero)Operation Area 2 Bandung.Based on the research results, the process of calculating the travel time of an additionaltrain is still manually, so the calculation process to be slow and complicate in preparingreports and filing additional train schedule.Research methods used are surveys observations to research sites, interviews andliterature review. The concept of this information system design is using object-orientedapproach with UML modeling (Unified Modeling Language), and implemented withvisual basic programming languages and MySQL as database. Software developmentmethod used is Waterfall.There were some suggestions which were needed for solving those problems : 1) usingneural algorithms to make decision; 2) providing training for users of the applicationsystem; 3) developing system in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to designing of information system inpatients completeness of integrated patient development records using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 At Rumah Sakit Umum Pindad Bandung. The research method that used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach method. The data collection techniques used are by way of field work practices, study of the literature, interview, and documentation. The development method that used is the waterfall model (Waterfall). Based on the author’s observation during this research, problem which are found : (1) Inputting completeness data performed using a computer still has problems because data inputing is done in Microsoft Excel which has many rows and columns so it is very possible for officers to input data incorrectly. (2) There are still incomplete inpatients integrated patient development records, so that many medical records have been returned to the treatment room, this is due to a lack of thoroughness, busyness and awareness of doctors/other health workers to fill in the medical records, especially inpatients integrated patient development records. The suggestions given to overcome these problems are : (1) Make changes to the system that is running (semi-computerized) by making a designing of information system inpatients completeness of integrated patient development records using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010. (2) socialization and monitoring to health workers in order to always complete filling in integrated patient development record.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is design of sales information systems for motorcycle parts sales using microsoft visual studio 2010 and mysql database in CV. GAYA BARU MOTOR Bandung.The method of the research is the descriptive qualitative to find out the facts and actual data that occurred in CV. GAYA BARU, the methods of collection data is observation, interviews, and literature study related to the subject matter. The development method used the Waterfall Model. Design of the sales information system uses the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as programming language with MySQL Database. Sales Information System rans on CV. GAYA BARU has used a computer-based system. Information systems was running have experienced a decline in the quality of information, the responsiveness of data processing takes a long time. To overcome this problem, the authors provide a suggestion to designing a sales information system that is newer, more responsive data processing and can also following the technological developments for the operating system and the devices it uses without forgetting the function of the sales information system.

Abstract

This study aims to introduce the Automated UVC Trolley (AUT) as a disinfectant tool that can be developed well. This study examines the media developed by UPT BPI LIPI to introduce the tool.Which in the use of the promotion field by implementing Multimedia, especially Motion Graphics, has a very good impact on the community, one of which is the introduction of the Company Profile. In this study, researchers used 3 software from Adobe Corporation. namely Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects. Therefore, researchers apply Motion Graphic as a promotional media in the form of products or services because it is considered the most efficient in the field of information and technology.

Abstract

Laporan keuangan adalah merupakan salah satu alat yang digunakan untuk menilai kinerja perusahaan. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pada pengusaha UMKM di Koperasi KOPMATA untuk menyusun laporan keuangan dari hasil usahanya. Sehingga diharapkan para UMKM dapat mengukur dan mengetahui seberapa besar kemampuan usahanya dalam memperoleh profit serta dapat mengelola manajemen keuangannya. Metode pelaksanan pelatihan dengan menggunakan metode action research. Metode pemberian materi dilakukan dengan ceramah, tanya jawab secara interaktif dengan peserta dan penyelesaian masalah. Berdasarkan hasil tanya jawab mayoritas masalah yang timbul adalah adanya keterbatasan modal serta masalah pemasaran. Sehingga dengan adanya pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana untuk UMKM ini, peserta pelatihan dapat mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan membuat laporan keuangan dari kegiatan usahanya, harapannya adalah peserta dapat memperoleh pinjaman kredit dari bank untuk menambah modal. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelatihan ini adalah keterbatasan waktu dalam pemberian materi secara optimal.

Abstract

Kegiatan bimbingan teknis ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan staf medis di klinik prima husada dalam pemanfaatan sistem informasi rekam medis. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan kolaborasi antara tim ahli IT dan tenaga medis klinik dengan fokus pada pengenalan, pelatihan, dan implementasi sistem informasi rekam medis yang efektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi pelatihan langsung kepada staf medis, sesi diskusi kelompok, serta pendampingan dan pemantauan selama periode implementasi sistem. Materi pelatihan mencakup pemahaman konsep dasar sistem informasi rekam medis, penggunaan perangkat lunak khusus, pengelolaan data pasien, keamanan informasi, dan integrasi dengan sistem kesehatan lainnya. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data pasien. Staf medis yang mengikuti pelatihan berhasil menguasai penggunaan sistem informasi rekam medis dengan baik. Mereka dapat dengan cepat mencari data pasien, mengelola informasi medis, dan mengupdate catatan pasien secara elektronik. Informasi medis yang terintegrasi memungkinkan tim medis untuk berbagi data dengan lebih efisien, memastikan kontinuitas perawatan, dan mengurangi risiko kehilangan informasi penting. Selama periode implementasi, tim ahli IT memberikan pendampingan dan pemantauan yang berkelanjutan untuk membantu mengatasi kendala teknis dan menangani masalah yang muncul. Dalam proses ini, kolaborasi antara tenaga medis dan tim IT terbukti menjadi faktor kunci dalam kesuksesan implementasi sistem informasi rekam medis di klinik Prima Husada.

Abstract

This study aimed to design and build implementation information system membership at PT. Inditama website-based. From the research carried out there are several problems, namely: (1) The tracking process history client not effective and efficient, (2) The data storage process is operated using Microsoft excel, very old data searches, and an optimum ungenerated report made, (3) There is no membership dashboard. Therefore, the writer makes the design oriented method with the UML as design diagram, PHP as programming language, MySQL as database. The research method used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The techniques of collecting data used method observation, interview, and litelature study. Software development method used is Waterfall method. There are suggestion, such as: application can be developed in terms of security which still considered lacking, some features that are not optimal can still be developed to be more responsive, this application can be developed until the design stage is more interactive so that it can be interconnected with other information systems.
