Abstract

This research was conducted to see the consumer behavior of recommendation intention on social media to use home leisure wear with theory of planned behavior applied. This research can be a contribution for fashion industry and maximizing business strategies. The problem raised is how the attitude construct, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control influence intention to recommend home leisure wear on social media. The novelty of the research is intention to recommend using social media platforms and fashion products with home leisure wear specification. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the data obtained with the SmartPLS. Questionnaires in easy-to-understand language were distributed to 143 respondents who filled them out perfectly. There are three conclusions and two of them are rejected hypotheses. The subjective norm construct became the most influential construct in the intention to recommend home leisure wear. Further research is expected to take larger data, longer period and broaden the target characteristics of respondents.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is green consumer behavior for buying green packaged food in Depok City. Depok was chosen as the research location because Depok is near city from Jakarta. The purpose and urgency of the research is to determine the green behavior of consumers in culinary-based small businesses so that they can develop policies to overcome environmental problems by utilizing local wisdom of Depok City. The approach study is a quantitative approach using structural equation modeling. There are 120 consumers who are determined by purposive sampling technique. The results of data analysis concluded that subjective norms have a strong and significant influence on the purchase intention of buying green packaged food. In addition, the variables of attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control have an effect of 78% on the intention to buy green packaged food in Depok City. Some conclusions and suggestions are described at the end of the paragraph. It is hoped that the written suggestions can provide input to the Depok city government to make Depok a Zero Waste city.

Abstract

This research is based on the results of observations made in kampung rawa village and found a problem that is not thorough socialization, lack of access to information to business actors about the manufacture of NIB, so there are still many business actors who do not know what NIB and the benefits derived from the manufacture of NIB. The need for improvement of existing systems in OSS on complaints experienced by business actors. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the service of making a business identification number and awareness of business actors about the legality of their business, what factors are obstacles and efforts made to overcome obstacles in making a business identification number. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive case studies. This research approach uses fitzsimmons theory on aspects of Service. The results showed that the analysis of the service of making the identification number seeks to awareness of the legality of the business for MSMEs is good enough with the facilities and infrastructure provided by the village. However, there are still problems such as lack of awareness of business actors about the importance of making NIB and ignorance of business actors in making business identification numbers, while the OSS is still not user friendly with the current technology system. Making a business license now like NIB is easier but because people lack awareness of knowledge about the business license there are still those who have not registered NIB.
