Abstract

Rumah tinggal peninggalan Raden Aria Wangsakara yang berlokasi di permukiman Lengkong, Tangerang, Banten merupakan salah satu bangunan bersejarah yang telah ditetapkan sebagai bangunan cagar budaya. Namun, seiring dengan gencarnya aktivitas pembangunan kota untuk meningkatkan nilai kawasan, terutama yang terjadi di Lengkong, hal ini berpotensi menggerus dan menghilangnya bukti sejarah serta nilai-nilai budaya kawasan tersebut apabila tidak adanya upaya pelestarian yang lebih lanjut. Penelitian terdahulu terhadap Rumah Arya Wangsakara telah lebih banyak dilakukan pada lingkup yang makro, yaitu obyek bangunan yang dikaitkan dengan konteks sejarah dan geografis kawasan. Sementara itu, dalam upaya pelestarian yang lebih teknis pada bangunan, pengetahuan membangun bangunan belum banyak dibahas. Padahal, langkah ini sangat diperlukan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai budaya yang terkandung pada bangunan rumah Raden Aria Wangsakara melalui tipologi arsitektur bangunannya dan menentukan signifikansi bangunan yang berkontribusi untuk meluaskan khasanah arsitektur dan ketukangan. Untuk itu, langkah penelitian ini, yaitu menguraikan kesejarahan bangunan cagar budaya rumah Raden Aria Wangsakara, mengidentifikasi tipologi bangunan cagar budaya rumah Raden Aria Wangsakara melalui elemen-elemen arsitekturnya, dan menganalisa elemen-elemen arsitektural bangunan sekitar bangunan cagar budaya rumah Raden Aria Wangsakara. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi peningkatan nilai sejarah dan budaya bangunan serta kawasan, dokumentasi catatan ketukangan, dan menginspirasi masyarakat untuk mengekspresikan upaya pelestarian melalui elemen arsitektural yang diterapkan pada bangunan atau kawasan sekitar mereka.

Abstract

Characteristics of green open space design on urban river borders The design of green open space on the urban river border should be able to fulfill ecological and social functions like other types of green open space. Green open space of Teras Cikapundung, green open space of Jaletreng River Park, and green open space of Taman Kaulinan have their design characteristics in realizing both functions. This study aims to uncover the characteristics of green open space design on the urban river border. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The analysis shows that the three objects of research have similarities and differences that complement each other to fulfill ecological and social functions. Ecological functions can be fulfilled well in the green open space of Teras Cikapundung and green open space of Jaletreng River Park, while the social services can be performed well in the all three green open spaces. The conclusion obtained, i.e. (a) in terms of ecological functions and social functions must be fulfilled in a balanced manner, (b) because it is located in the river border area, it is expected that the river can be used as a potential in fulfilling ecological and social functions, (c) the river border area is maintained its natural area so that animal habitat can be managed, but can be integrated with artificial areas such as reinforcement to prevent erosion and river sedimentation, (d) the river body can be used as a visitor attraction Namely by designing a sitting space facing the river, developing a circulation area along the river border, and holding river games. © 2020 Kusriantari Fenny Aprillia, Titieandy Lie, Chairul Saputra

Abstract

The designing of new buildings at Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) campus has created building structures which are varied and tend to be non-contextual, not aligned with the older buildings or the conservation of the building as the existing ones. Therefore, this study is conducted by following some systematic steps, namely: (1) investigating the concept of the ITB campus initial design; (2) describing the architectural values of the West Hall building; (3) making studies on the axis, symmetry, and hierarchy of the West Hall Building.The objective of this study is to determine the basis for designing contextual architecture through axis, symmetry, and hierarchy in the West Hall building, which is a reference to the planning and design of new buildings around it.

Abstract

Bumi Ageung Cikidang merupakan salah satu peninggalan dari Bupati Cianjur ke-10, yaitu Raden Adipati Aria Prawiradireja II. Rumah ini telah ditetapkan sebagai Benda Cagar Budaya Nasional berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata pada tahun 2010. Kini, rumah ini telah diwariskan kepada generasi ke-5 dari Raden Adipati Aria Prawiradireja II dan beralihfungsi menjadi rumah museum di Cianjur. Walaupun pernah direnovasi rumah ini masih mempertahankan bentuk aslinya, nilai-nilai kebudayaan serta sejarah perjuangan orang Cianjur tercermin pada bentuk dan arsitektur rumah tradisional ini. Namun potensi elemen-elemen arsitektur yang tersimpan pada rumah ini masih belum ditelusuri lebih jauh, padahal bangunan ini memiliki nilai-nilai sejarah dan kebudayaan yang dapat menjadi referensi pembelajaran bagi generasi selanjutnya. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada Bumi Ageung Cikidang ini, salah satunya adalah bergantinya fungsi dari rumah itu sendiri. Awalnya rumah ini memiliki fungsi rumah tinggal dan sekarang dijadikan sebagai museum, yang seiring dengan berjalannya waktu akan memungkinkan terjadinya perubahan tatanan ruang dalam rumah itu sendiri yang akan mengurangi nilai kebudayaan dan sejarah yang ada di dalam rumah ini. Permasalahan lainnya yang sangat memungkinkan untuk terjadi adalah pergantian material pada rumah ini karena secara struktur rumah ini masih memiliki struktur asli dan telah mengalami satu kali renovasi pada beberapa bagian seperti penutup atap, selubung bangunan, serta beberapa ornamen khas yang ada pada rumah ini. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah meliputi: (1) menguraikan kesejarahan bangunan cagar budaya rumah Bumi Ageung Cikidang. (2) mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen arsitektur pembentuk ruang bangunan cagar budaya rumah Bumi Ageung Cikidang. (3) melakukan rekonstruksi digital terhadap bangunan cagar budaya rumah Bumi Ageung Cikidang sebagai upaya pelestarian. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi peningkatan nilai sejarah dan budaya bangunan serta kawasan, menginspirasi masyarakat untuk mengekspresikan upaya pelestarian melalui elemen arsitektural yang diterapkan pada bangunan atau kawasan sekitar mereka

Abstract

The effectiveness of school-university collaboration through the teaching assistance scheme as part of the Emancipated Learning Emancipated Campus (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka - MBKM) program. This research aims to analyze factors that influence the effectiveness of the MBKM program through the teaching assistant schemes in schools. The research was conducted using multiple linear regression method with SPSS as the tool. The independent variables were students’ interest and learning facilities, and the dependent variable was effectiveness. The result of the f test showed that students’ interest and learning facilities jointly affect 60.4% of the effectiveness of the MBKM implementation. Based on the results of the t test, interest had an influence of 40.221% on the effectiveness of MBKM implementation and learning facilities had an influence of 20.2176% on the effectiveness of MBKM implementation. From the results, it can be concluded that the teaching assistant scheme in schools had an influence of 60.4%, consisting of 40.2% students’ interest in SMKN 4 of South Tangerang towards MBKM activities and 20.2% learning facilities provided by mentors as teachers.
