Abstract

AbstrakHingga saat ini malaria masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia dan salah satunya adalah Provinsi Bengkulu. Penyakit ini tersebar luas di berbagai daerah, dengan derajat infeksi yang bervariasi. Terdapat banyak faktor yang berperan dalam penularan malaria. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara akses pelayanan kesehatan dengan kejadian malaria di Provinsi Bengkulu berbasis data Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) tahun 2007. Data Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) tahun 2007 diperoleh dari Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kesehatan. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan jarak rata-rata akses pusat pelayanan kesehatan A (rumah sakit, Puskesmas, praktek dokter, praktek bidan) sekitar 1.766,98 meter, sedangkan ke pusat pelayanan kesehatan B (Posyandu, Poskesdes, Polindes) sekitar 724,24 meter. Waktu tempuh rata-rata ke pusat pelayanan kesehatan A adalah 17 menit 66 detik dan 11 menit 95 detik ke pusat pelayanan kesehatan B. Terdapat hubungan antara jarak ke pusat pelayanan kesehatan A dengan kejadian malaria (p<0,05; OR=1,91), ada hubungan antara jarak ke pusat pelayanan kesehatan B dengan kejadian malaria (p<0,05; OR=1,09), ada hubungan antara waktu tempuh ke tempat pelayanan kesehatan A dan kejadian malaria (p<0,05; OR=1,48), serta tidak ada hubungan antara waktu tempuh ke pusat pelayanan kesehatan B dan kejadian malaria. Pemerintah daerah setempat perlu memprioritaskan penyediaan fasilitas kesehatan yang mudah diakses masyarakat dalam rangka meningkatkan pembangunan desa yang berkelanjutan.Kata kunci : Malaria, Akses pelayanan kesehatan , BengkuluAbstractUntil now, malaria is still a public health problem in Indonesia, and one of the endemic malaria is Bengkulu province. The disease is widespread in many regions, with varying degrees of infection. There are many factors that contribute to the malaria infection. This study aims to determine the association between malaria cases and the accessibility to health facility in Bengkulu province based on Riskesdas data 2007 obtained from National Institute of Health Research and Development. Data were analysed by univariate and bivariate methods. The results show the average distance to access health care center A (hospitals, public health center, dotor practice, midwife practice) of approximately 1766,98 meters, whereas is the health care center B (Posyandu, Poskesdes, Polindes) approximately 724,24 meters. The average travel time to a health care center A is 17,66 minutes and 11,95 minutes to health center B. There is association between the distance to health care center A and the incidence of malaria (p<0,05; OR=1,91), similarly the distance to the health center B (p<0,05; OR=1,09). There was association between travel time to the health service A and the incidence of malaria (p <0.05, OR = 1, 48), while there is no association between travel time to the health center B. Local government should prioritize to the provision of health care facility that easily accessible by the public to enhance sustainable rural development.Keywords : Malaria, Health Care Access,  Bengkulu

Abstract

Le viol fait partie d'un crime sexuel dont la preuve est assez compliquée si la victime ne se présente pas immédiatement ou si les responsables de l'application des lois ne le traitent pas rapidement. Visum et repertum est un rapport d'aspect médical rédigé par un médecin à la demande écrite des autorités répressives aux fins d'enquête et d'examen des affaires plus tard devant les tribunaux, de sorte que visum et repertum ne peut être soumis que par les forces de l'ordre ou des autorités telles que la police, les procureurs, ou un juge de la cour à un médecin spécial qui s'occupe du terrain, le procureur et le juge demandent qu'un autopsie soit faite par la police.Cette étude utilise une méthode doctrinale normative, le résultat de la recherche est que le processus de prouver le viol en tant que crime sexuel présente des différences et des difficultés qui sont différentes des autres affaires pénales générales, car des preuves sont nécessaires sous la forme de visum et repertum qui révéleront les auteurs et le moment de l'incident pour faciliter la recherche et déterminer les auteurs de ces actes, le problème de visum et repertum est la preuve dépend des croyances des juges, comme d'autres preuves la position de visum et repertum est la même que la preuve documentaire en termes de force, mais l'obstacle est la culture en Indonésie qui fait que les victimes de viol ne signalent pas ou ne signalent pas mais en la période écoulée, ce qui rend difficile la post mortem elle-même.

Abstract

Bullying merupakan masalah serius yang harus segera diselesaikan karena memberikan dampak negatif dan trauma berkepanjangan dalam kehidupan seseorang. Kasus bullying di sekolah banyak ditemukan di Indonesia maupun internasional, pengabdian ini dilakukan di MA Nurul Firdaus dengan menggunakan metode penyuluhan hukum terkait fenomena bullying dampak bullying, pengertian dan ruang lingkup traditional bullying dan cyberbullying, persamaan traditional bullying dan cyberbullying, dan tindakan prevensi dan intervensi terhadap bullying. Hasil program pengabdian ini memberikan pengetahuan kepada siswa di terkait bahaya dan dampak dari bullying.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran tentang pentingnya pencegahan korupsi untuk siswa sekolah mengenah kejuruan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan. Kegiatan penyuluhan difokuskan pada pemahaman konsep korupsi dalam konteks layanan kesehatan, menyoroti dampak negatifnya terhadap pelayanan medis dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada bulan November 2023 di SMK Kesehatan Bakti Medika Indonesia Ponorogo, sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah siswa kelas 10 dan 12. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa 90% siswa telah paham apa itu korupsi, faktor yang menyebabkan korupsi, serta contoh korupsi.

Abstract

The elderly are vulnerable to experiencing various kinds of health problems. Increasing age causes some body performance to decline which can result in decreased physical activity in meeting activity needs. The ability to carry out activities cannot be separated from the adequacy of the musculoskeletal system which can result in activity intolerance nursing problems. The aim of this study was to determine the role of active range of motion exercises in increasing activity tolerance in the elderly. The research method applied was qualitative with a case study approach which set the target of 1 elderly person at UPT PSTW Magetan who experienced activity intolerance and was given active range of motion exercises. The results of the research obtained subjective data, namely that clients complained of getting tired quickly, feeling weak and uncomfortable after carrying out activities. The objective data obtained is that the client looks tired and blood pressure appears to increase when at rest. The nursing intervention used to overcome the problem is active range of motion exercises which aim to increase muscle strength and activity tolerance. Evaluation after giving the treatment for 6 days was that complaints of fatigue and weakness decreased, ease of carrying out activities increased, and blood pressure began to improve. In conclusion, active range of motion exercises are effective in improving muscle strength and activity tolerance in the elderly, and are recommended for independent practice.

Abstract

Introduction: Hypertension is one of the major health problems that can lead to serious complications if not properly controlled. The lack of public knowledge regarding the signs, risk factors, and prevention of hypertensive emergencies is a challenge in promotive and preventive efforts. Video as an educational medium has advantages because it is audio-visual, engaging, and easy to understand. Objective: This community service activity aimed to improve public knowledge regarding the prevention of hypertensive emergencies through video-based health education. Method: The activity was carried out using a health education approach with video media containing materials on the signs and symptoms of hypertensive emergencies, risk factors, and preventive measures. Evaluation was conducted by measuring knowledge before and after the intervention using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using statistical tests. Result: The results showed a significant increase in public knowledge after being given video-based education with a value of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). This proves that video media is effective as a health education tool Conclusion: Video-based health education is proven to be effective in improving public knowledge regarding the prevention of hypertensive emergencies. This media can be used as an alternative sustainable education strategy in promotive and preventive efforts at the community level.

Abstract

Background & Objective: Preschool aged children will begin to be interested in speed and movement, with increased involvement in outdoor activities, children can strive to develop skills, perform gross motor activities carefully without fear, and experience the joy of trying new things., mobility leads on increasing independence. Activities outside the home can pose a risk of possible injury at this age, such as motor vehicle accidents, drowning, burns, poisoning, and personal injury. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the extent of the influence of anticipatory guidance on mothers' knowledge and attitudes in preventing accidents in preschool-aged children at BA Aisyiyah Ronowijayan, Siman, Ponorogo. Method: The design used in this study was a pre-experiment with a one group pre-post test approach, with a total sample of 34 parents. of BA Aisyiyah Ronowijayan students, with purposive sampling. Result: The research results are based on the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test and the McNemar Sign Rank Test. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of anticipatory guidance based on video media on the level of knowledge of parents in preventing injuries to pre-school children (p=0.000). It was found that there was an influence of providing health education using video media in the form of anticipatory guidance on parents' attitudes in preventing injuries in preschool-aged children. (p=0.000). Conclusion: Video media has proven effective in increasing parents' knowledge and attitudes. It is hoped that this video can be applied in everyday life.
