Abstract

This study aims to determine the local wisdom of the Buddhist community in Lombok, especially North Lombok in relation to the environment, nature, and plural social relations. The research method was carried out qualitatively on Buddhist communities in North Lombok Regency. This research results in the finding that basically the local wisdom of the Buddhist community is extracted from the experience of the community from the acculturation of the Majapahit Kingdom tradition which is very familiar with its environment and has long lived in a community culture that is one with nature, known asPujawali / memareq / worship. The local wisdom of Pujawali custom is a social and cultural condition which contains cultural values that respect and are adaptive to the natural surroundings, and are arranged steadily in a society's customs. Even though they are often considered old-fashioned, the values they teach and the practices they carry out are still a regular way of maintaining the environment and good relations between and within religious communities because they still hold strong beliefs about protecting nature means protecting life. Mujawali's wisdom teaches about maintaining harmony and unity, things that cannot be negotiated because actually the people of North Lombok have one ancestor in line with that in North Lombok the people hold the principle of helping merenten (we are all brothers).

Abstract

This thesis carried out at the office of PelabuhanLaut Batam. Office Seaport Batam is a company engaged in shipping services and take services on credit policy, with the number of subscribers of approximately 405 customers. Management of accounts receivable in the Office of Batam Sea port using an accounting application that is an application Finance And Billing Management System. Problems often occur, errors both in nominal and receivables recording data input to a system, customers who paid off their debt still not paid off recorded in the system, and the frequent occurrence of trade receivables nominal difference in the nominal ledger accounts receivable in the accounts receivable ledger. The purpose of this study was to determine how the finance application control and billing management system to the accounts receivable of the company. Data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. Data analysis methods that I use in this research is descriptive analysis. Based on the results of this study the authors can draw the conclusion that the application control is applied to the Office of the Port of Batam is quite good although there are several kinds of controls have not been implemented

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and determine whether there is a significant influence on learning outcomes in history subjects through the application of Active Knowledge Sharing learning methods for students of eleventh grade social students at Ma'arif NU 05 Purbolinggo High School. This research uses the One Shot Case Study method. Statistical data analysis technique uses a simple linear regression formula. The results of this study and discussion concluded that the working hypothesis (H1) was accepted, namely "There is a positive influence on learning outcomes in history subjects through the application of the Active Knowledge Sharing learning method for eleventh grade social students at Ma'arif NU 05 Purbolinggo High School. Based on the value of t: note the calculated t value of 16.254 T table 1.994 so that it can be concluded that the Active Knowladge Sharing (X) variable influences the student learning outcomes variable (Y).Tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisis dan mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh yang signifikan hasil belajar pada Mata Pelajaran Sejarah melalui penerapan metode pembelajaran Active Knowledge Sharing siswa Kelas XI IPS SMA Ma’arif NU 05 Purbolinggo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode One Shot Case Study. Teknik analisis data statistik menggunakan rumus regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan disimpulkan hipotesis kerja (H1) diterima, yakni “Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dari hasil belajar pada Mata Pelajaran Sejarah melalui penerapan metode pembelajaran Active Knowledge Sharing Siswa Kelas XI IPS SMA Ma’arif NU 05 Purbolinggo. Berdasarkan nilai t : diketahui nilai t hitung sebesar 16,254 T tabel 1,994 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variable Active Knowladge Sharing (X) berpengaruh terhadap varibel hasil belajar siswa (Y).Kata kunci: hasil belajar, metode pembelajaran active knowledge sharing, pengaruh

Abstract

This paper was made with the aim of knowing how important the application of reality counseling is to address juvenile delinquency in broken home students and how important it is to apply mindfulness to overcome juvenile delinquency in broken home students. Juvenile delinquency is behavior that deviates from the prevailing norms in society and religion. Furthermore, a broken home is a crack in a family. The application of voluntary counseling and mindfulness is important to be implemented in schools considering that the problem of broken homen often occurs in students. The results of this article indicate that the application of two approaches, namely the reality counseling approach and mindfulness, has a positive and effective impact in overcoming juvenile delinquency caused by broken homes. The benefits that can be felt by the counselee or students after going through reality and mindfulness counseling are self-acceptance, responsibility, mentally becoming stronger and the formation of students who are patient, non-judgmental and mindful.

Abstract

Learning outcomes are one of the indicators of achieving educational goals, to overcome the achievement of learning outcomes that are less than optimal, SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung North Lombok Regency has implemented the practice of loving kindness meditation and self-confidence in an effort to increase student learning concentration. The problem in this study based on preliminary observations shows that not a few students of SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung still show symptoms of lack of concentration and lack of confidence in learning. Data collection was carried out on the population that had been established by the researcher with questionnaires. The collected data is tested for validity and reliability, which is analyzed using inferential statistical methods. The results of the analysis are presented in the form of tables, frequency distribution tables, and graphs. Next, discussion and interpretation are carried out. Finally, conclusions are made based on the data collected as a short answer to each problem formulation that has been proposed. The results showed that the regression of loving-kindness meditation (X1) had an effect of 0.751 or 75.1%, the regression of the Self-Confidence variable (X2) of -0.216, this showed that the level of self-confidence carried out on students of SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung North Lombok Regency was very low but very significant. Simultaneously Loving Kindness Meditation, Self-Confidence has a positive and significant effect on Learning Outcomes at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung North Lombok Regency. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, an Adjusted R Square value of 0.183 was obtained. These results showed that only 18.3% of the variables of loving-kindness meditation (X 1), self-confidence (X2) were able to explain the variable of learning outcomes (Y) in students of SMK Negeri1 Tanjung North Lombok Regency while the remaining 81.7% were the influence of other independent variables that were not explained. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the loving kindnes meditation and self-confidence of students shows a significant influence on the learning outcomes of SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung students. The suggestion put forward is that loving kindness meditation and self-confidence need to be further improved by students, so that its application does not only stop at school, but can be continued at home, and other researchers are advised to conduct more in-depth similar research on loving kindness meditation and students’ self confidence
