Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe the implementation of learning supervision by the headmaster in Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad Karawang Regency viewed from aspects: 1. Planning learning supervision, 2. Implementation of learning supervision, 3. The relationship between planning and implementing learning supervision. Supervision of Madrasah Principal Learning is basically a servant activity for teachers conducted by madrasah principals for coaching teachers especially to improve the quality of learning. As an impact of increasing the quality of learning can certainly also increase student learning achievement and that means increasing the quality of madrasah graduates themselves. So that supervision of learning of teachers is expected to be carried out on an ongoing basis so that the teacher's pedagogical competence can increase. The research method used by researchers in conducting this research is descriptive qualitative method, in which the researcher describes and analyzes the data obtained in the field. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews and documentation. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the implementation of learning supervision conducted by the headmaster in Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of learning supervision has been effective because the headmaster of madrasas when supervising learning refers to the planning program that has been created to improve teacher pedagogical competence. Key words: Learning Supervision, Madrasah Head Learning Supervision, Teacher's Pedagogical Competencies Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran oleh kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad Kabupaten Karawang dilihat dari aspek: 1. Perencanaan supervisi pembelajaran, 2. Pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran, 3. Hubungan antara perencanaan dan pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran. Supervisi Pembelajaran Kepala Madrasah pada dasarnya suatu kegiatan pelayan untuk guru yang dilakukan kepala madrasah untuk pembinaan kepada guru khususnya agar kualitas pembelajarannya meningkat. Sebagai dampak meningkatnya kualitas pembelajaran tentu dapat meningkat pula prestasi belajar siswa dan itu berarti meningkatlah kualitas lulusan madrasah itu sendiri. Sehingga supervisi pembelajaran terhadap guru diharapkan dapat terlaksana secara berkelanjutan agar kompetensi pedagogik guru dapat meningkat. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif, dimana peneliti mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis data-data yang diperoleh di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa implementasi supervisi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran sudah efektif karena kepala madrasah ketika melakukan supervisi pembelajaran mengacu pada program perencanaan yang sudah di buat untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and illustrate the leadership role of the madrasa head in improving teacher performance in MIS Asy Syarifiyah, Cikampek District, Karawang Regency. The study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection is done by using methods a) observation, b) interviews and c) documentation. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the headmaster of the madrasa uses a democratic leadership style and has performed its role as a madrasa leader in improving teacher performance by making plans and implementation through coaching and development. So that between leadership and planning styles as well as the implementation of the headmaster has a causal relationship or cause and effect that makes the teacher as a professional educator to realize the objectives of the madrasah better. Keywords: Role of Leadership, Teacher Performance.

Abstract

Education as a forum for the development of human potential has a noble goal, namely to form a generation with character and decorated with noble morals. The current condition is attracting attention regarding moral decadence in the midst of public life. Therefore, the assessment and implementation of character education is needed in order to alleviate increasingly crucial educational problems. This study aims to determine how the paradigm of character education according to Imam Al-Ghazali in the Bidayatul Hidayah book. The research method used is the library research method, the opinion of experts about the paradigm of the character education of Imam Al-Ghazali in the book Bidayatul Hidayah. In his efforts to overcome moral problems, Imam Al-Gahzali focused on moral formation. This can be seen from his various works, one of which is the book Bidayatul Hidayah. In this book, the paradigm of character education according to Imam Al-Ghazali includes straight intentions in studying, carrying out obedience as best as possible. As well as displaying good ethics in socializing. This shows that Imam Al-Ghazali is very concerned in alleviating the problem of moral decadence. There for it is very appropriate if his work is used as a reference in the development of character education. Pendidikan sebagai wadah pengembangan potensi manusia memiliki tujuan mulia yakni membentuk generasi yang berkarakter dan di hiasi akhlak mulia. Kondisi saat ini menyita perhatian seputar dekadensi moral ditengah kehidupan masayrakat. Maka dari itu pengkajian dan pelaksanakan pendidikan karakter sangat diperlukan guna mengentaskan masalah pendidikan yanng semakin krusial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana paradigma pendidikan karakter menurut Imam Al-Ghazali dalam kitab Bidayatul Hidayah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode library research, pendapat para ahli tentang paradigma pendididkan karakter Imam Al-Ghazali dalam kitab Bidayatul Hidayah. Dalam upayanya mengatasi permasalahan moral Imam Al-Gahzali memfokuskan pada pembentukan akhlak. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari berbagai karyanya salah satunya adalah kitab Bidayatul Hidayah. Dalam kitab ini dijelasakan paradigma pendidikan karakter menurut Imam Al-Ghazali yang meliputi niat lurus dalam menuntut ilmu, melaksanakan ketaatan dengan sebaik mungkin. Serta menampilakn etika yang baik dalam bergaul. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa Imam Al-Ghazali sangat konsen dalam mengentaskan permasalahan dekadensi moral. maka dari itu sangat tepat jika karyanya dijadikan rujukan dalam pengembangan pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

Morals are an important element that must be owned by every Muslim person, but the decline in morality has an impact on today's era so that moral awareness and lack of knowledge about morality in everyday life decreases. So it requires a deep understanding of morality. Therefore, it is necessary to re-learn the important points about morality by studying them through exemplary stories that have been contained in the Qur'an. In the Qur'an QS. Al-Qashhash there is a story of Qarun from there we can see some lessons about morality and moral values contained in his story. This study aims to determine the moral values contained in QS. Al-Qashhash in the story of Qarun and to find out the important vocabulary contained in it, then study the relevance of moral values to human behavior in everyday life. The focus of this research refers to qualitative research methods and literature by taking primary data from the Qur'an and books of interpretation along with other explanations with hadiths and books related to the discussion of morality and the story of Qarun. To analyze the data, this research explains it through the method of tahlili interpretation and interpretation of the vocabulary contained in the Qur'an. The results obtained by this study are, knowing the important vocabulary about moral education contained in the treasure story in QS. Al-Qashhash, then we can understand what moral values are contained in the story of Qarun in order to understand moral education and then from there we can see its relevance to human behavior in everyday life.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the role of the moral aqidah instructor at the SMPIT AL-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Karawang school through direct field research. This research employs a qualitative method approach and field research in which the researcher immediately enters the field to learn more about the function of the moral aqeedah instructor at SMPIT Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyah Karawang. Observation, interviews, and documentation are the methods used for data gathering in this study. Data analysis including the selection of collected data, its integration, processing, and analysis to form conclusions. According to the findings, the function of instructors, particularly professors of moral aqidah, at SMPIT AL-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Karawang is quite significant. In teaching his students morality. As an exemplary and required educator, the teacher must also possess high moral standards. In this way, the teacher not only imparts knowledge, but also sets a positive example for his students every day at school. Consequently, the job of the teacher in learning is that of a mentor, assistant, motivator, innovator, and evaluator.

Abstract

Persepsi mahasiswa Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang tentang toleransi antar agama di lingkungan perkuliahan dan relevansinya dengan penafsiran Al-Qur’an Surah Al-Kafirun dilakukan dengan meninjau keberagaman agama yang ada di lingkungan kampus khususnya Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan mendeskripsikan hasil kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) mengenai persepsi mahasiswa Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang tentang toleransi antar agama, mahasiswa cukup memahami dan memiliki sikap toleransi beragama. Hal ini dilihat dari jawaban-jawaban kuisioner yang sesuai dengan pernyataan yang diberikan. Bahwa dalam lingkungan perkuliahan sangatlah penting memiliki sikap toleransi beragama, mengingat di lingkungan perkuliahan mahasiswa yang ada di kampus bukan hanya dari satu agama saja melainkan beragam baik agama, suku, maupun ras dan budayanya. 2) relevansinya dengan penafsiran Al-Qur’an QS. Al-Kafirun sangatlah sesuai. QS. Al-Kafirun menjelaskan tentang toleransi beragama. Surah ini menunjukkan perbedaan ibadah umat muslim dari umat lainnya.
