Abstract

Abstrak SDN Bungur 03 merupakan sebuah sekolah dasar negeri yang ada di Jakarta tepatnya di jakarta pusat yang dimana didalamnya ada bagian yang mengurus lulusan atau para alumni sekolah tersebut yaitu tata usaha yang bertugas mendata para lulusan atau alumni sekolah ini. Pada prosesnya memiliki beberapa masalah yaitu proses pendataan data lulusan atau alumni yang masih menggunakan kertas sebagai folmulir data alumni, dan dalam proses pendataan para alumni masih harus datang langsung ke sekolah untuk mengisi data alumni yang dimana para alumni sudah banyak kesibukan sendiri dengan kegiatan di sekolah, kampus atau di tempat kerja yang tidak memungkinkan para alumni sempat untuk mengisi atau memperbaharui data alumni pada sekolah. Dalam mendefinisikan kebutuhan dan analisa serta perancangan sistem untuk perusahaan dibutuhkan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara, perancangan, dan pengujian. Untuk metode analisa dan konsep sistem informasi ini digunakan model unifeld modelling language (UML). Hasil dari penulisan skripsi ini akan dibangunnya sistem informasi berbasis web yang diharapkan mampu menghadapi permasalahan yang ada pada pihak sekolah dan pihak alumni tersebut. Sistem informasi keterampilan yang dimiliki setiap manusia ini dibuat dengan memakai bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySql. Dengan adanya sistem informasi alumni pada SDN Bungur 03 ini maka dapat menangani keluhan yang dialami pihak sekolah dan alumni pada proses sistem berjalan. Seperti adanya laporan pendataan alumni dan formulir data alumni berupa form, sehingga mengurangi penggunaan kertas pada formulir dan berkas lampiran.

Abstract

SMK Tri Patria Nusantara is one of the educational institutions whose payment system has not yet been computerized, the input is still recorded in the book as data processing for students who have paid tuition fees. And the data storage is still in archiving in the ledger, so that the administrative staff must record the names of students who have paid administratively one by one which can result in misinformation regarding data collection on the names of students who have paid and make it difficult for administrative staff to find or provide data that is needed. If necessary, then a web-based tuition payment system is needed. The stages of system development in making this information system use the Prototyping model method which consists of the planning stage, the analysis stage, the design stage, and the implementation stage. Using the PHP programming language in its manufacture and MySQL Server as the database. The results of the research are that the system that was running previously did not have a SPP payment data storage in the form of a database, which is still in the form of a bookkeeping so that the data storage process becomes more difficult to search, so it is proposed to design and manufacture a web-based SPP payment information system at SMK Tri Patria Nusantara. With the existence of a web-based tuition payment information system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for Administatative staff to process computerized student administration payment data.

The buying and selling activity is an activity that is absolutely vital for the success of a company because if the buying and selling activities run smoothly then the income that enters the company will be stable and so the company can easily develop. PT. Multitrend Indonesia (Kanmo Retail Group) is a company engaged in retail. In the purchasing process that is running at PT. Multitrend Indonesia has many obstacles, for example, when processing orders, the request form for goods is often lost, which slows down the process of purchasing goods. Abstract

The average time spent indoors while working or doing activities tends to be long. A room needs a sense of comfort to support activities in the room. A comfortable room is not only influenced by attractive furniture and decorations, but the smell in the room is one of the most important factors to make residents feel comfortable when they are in it. Rooms that give off an unpleasant odor can come from bacteria that have long settled on decorative items and can cause an unnatural smell and disturb comfort. Therefore, a tool is needed to neutralize odors in unpleasant room conditions with an air freshener that can work automatically, so that the room smells good at all times and is consistent with the tool's working time. To overcome this, this study aims to design and build an automatic air freshener based on Arduino Uno using the Real Time Clock (RTC) module.

Abstract

PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk manages an office building located in South Jakarta, namely the Plaza Setiabudi building, with a total area of ​​22,264 m2 that can be rented and while maintaining performance and improving service levels to maintain the loyalty of building tenants. In services to building tenants, there are complaints, so that several departments involved in handling tenant complaints include Facility Management, Tenant Relations, Engineering, House Keeping, Security, and Parking. complaints to find out the process, so that customers do not need to meet employees directly and the building tenant complaint management process can be completed, the building tenant compliance management application is designed using UML (Unified Modeling Lagunage) to help describe business processes and in making applications using the Java and C# programming languages and to optimize the database using the ionic framework.

Abstract

The e-transaction information system is all company activities aimed at carrying out e-transaction processes within the scope of pt.ajusta tirtamas because at this time there are still several processes that are carried out manually and the transaction and sales files have not been integrated. From the existing problems, it is designed and built an e-transaction information system that is expected to handle these problems. In defining requirements and analyzing system development, data collection methods were carried out by means of observation, interviews and literature review from various sources of information. For the analysis and design method using Unfield Modeling Language (UML), the e-transaction information system at pt.ajusta tirtamas uses the Hypertext Preprocessor programming language, Java, and MySQL as the database.

Abstract

Screening of new employee data is an important activity that is directly related to the process of finding qualified employees. If this activity is done manually, it will be easy for human errors to occur and will also take a long time. At PT. Adhira Jasa Wirakencana HRD is still carrying out data screening activities in a semi-computerized manner, causing data to be missed for screening and also taking a long time besides the absence of a decision support system (SPK) such as Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) by assigning weights to 4 different factors. used are age, distance of residence, education and also work experience which causes screening to be less effective. To deal with all existing problems, an information system for screening data on new employee acceptance was made using the WEB-based Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method using 4 criteria, namely age, distance of residence, education and work experience. This system uses MySQL as the database and PHP as the programming language.

Abstract

Desa Pekiringan Alit merupakan salah satu dari 24 desa yang berada di Kecamatan Kajen Kabupaten Pekalongan yang memiliki luas wilayah 169.712 ha dan memiliki pesebaran penduduk sekitar 3.685 jiwa. Wilayah desa Pekiringan Alit dengan luas 169.712 ha dibagi menjadi beberapa dukuh, yaitu: dukuh Kembon, Dukuh Luwuk, Dukuh Sengon, Dukuh Pekiringan, Dukuh Kambangan.Dimana Desa Pekiringan Alit mempunyai kewajiban menjalankan tugas pokok pemerintahan desa yang salah satunya memberikan pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat luas yang berupa pelayanan surat desa.

Abstract

Kejahatan siber pada era digital saat ini menyerang seluruh lapisan masyarakat yang rentan karena kurangnya edukasi terkait kejahatan siber. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dilaksanakan agar masyarakat semakin sadar dan melindungi data diri, sehingga dapat mengurangi angka kejahatan siber. Edukasi kejahatan siber sebagai bagian dari pengabdian dosen dan mahasiswa bidak sistem informasi kepada masyarkat. Perkembangan teknologi tidak hanya memberikan dampa positif namun juga dampak negatif karena kejahatan berpindah dari kejahatan tradisional kearah kejahatan digital.
