Abstract

Community participation is an indicator of success in community-based tourism, a tourism destination especially to include local communities in order to create collaboration and mutual benefits that synergize with each other. Betawi Setu Babakan cultural village is one of the popular destinations in Jakarta, because of its uniqueness, namely as a conservation of betawi culture in DKI Jakarta. community participation in betawi cultural villages is what must exist, researchers will see what social benefits the community gets in the pariwsata activities. In the Betawi Setu Babakan Cultural Village using qualitative research panels whether, in addition to using primary data researchers also use secondary data and literature studies to retrieve data

Abstract

In early 2020, the world was shocked by the case of the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak which is increasingly widespread, but this has an impact on tourism activities. In Indonesia, one of the tourism sectors that feel the impact is the business of a travel agency or travel agent. In order to stay afloat in this pamdemi, of course, travel agents need a marketing strategy to sell their products. This research aims to find out what marketing strategies are used by travel agency businesses or travel agents to stay afloat in the Covid-19 pandemic with a case study of PT. Patih Indo Permai Tour and Travel. The method used is qualitative-descriptive using data triangulation consisting of, interviews to the Company, Customes, and Stakeholders (Tenants) at PT. Patih Indo Permai Tour and Travel. The results of this study are known to PT. Patih Indo Permai Tour and Travel affected by Covid-19, PT. Patih Indo Permai Tour and Travel conducts a Market Diverensification Marketing Depreciation Strategy, which sells products that are different from the previous products (providing SWAB Antigen / PCR Test services, renting out some office space, and opening cooperatives). The strategy was successfully carried out to meet the needs of the office and stabilize the company's revenue.

Abstract

The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic has made hotels a place that is very vulnerable to virus transmission. Policies from the Government are needed to regulate and supervise health protocols in the hotel industry so that the transmission of Covid-19 can be prevented. This study the object of the study was the hotel industry located in the Matraman District, East Jakarta Administrative City. The Tribe of the Tourism and Creative Economy Office of the East Jakarta Administrative City has a role and responsibility in this supervisory activity. The hotel to be studied is 2 (two) samples and involves several tourists visiting these hotels. The method used is descriptive by triangulation of data interviewing 3 (three) parties to ensure the correctness of the data obtained. Researchers want to know the  role of  supervision of  health  protocols carried out by  the  tourism and  creative economy offices of the East Jakarta  administrative city on the hotel industry during the  covid-19 pandemic in the Matraman subdistrict of the city of administrative east Jakarta
