Abstract

Special children who are called children with special needs (ABK), their privileges become the background of the problems in this study, where there is still a lack of variety in physical education learning for children with special needs, and there is no textbook that specifically presents physical education learning according to the characteristics of ABK. Based on the problems and needs analysis, the researchers developed textbooks as a solution to solving problems in the field. Physical education textbooks based on direct instruction for ABK, aim to facilitate teachers in providing physical education learning in accordance with the characteristics of ABK that are valid, practical and effective. This research was researched using the Research and Development (R&D) 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Dessiminate). The subjects of the research trial were students of SLBN 1 Pulau Punjung, SLB Koto Agung, and SLB Attallah Dharmasraya at the elementary school (SD) level. The data collection instruments used were validation sheets, practicalization sheets, effectiveness sheets from the test results for the characteristics of physical education subjects. Based on the research that has been carried out, the results of the validity test have an average value of 82.12% with a very valid category, for the practicality test an average of 80% is obtained with the practical category and the effectiveness test, an average of 75% with the medium category. Therefore, it can be concluded that direct instruction-based physical education textbooks for children with special needs can be used in physical education subjects with valid, practical and effective categories.

Abstract

The penitentiary system has an important role in guiding prisoners, so guiding prisoners have several components that work interrelated to achieve a goal. This system, known as the penitentiary system, has an important role in guiding prisoners as a crime prevention effort, because the prisoners have various problems that should receive attention in the form of assistance so that they obtain motivation to live in the future and be able to adjust to the new environment and not become a residif. The purpose of this study is to find out the guidance system, constraints and efforts made by Class IIB Correctional Institution staff in Muara Sijunjung in overcoming problems that arise in the formation of prisoners. The author uses sociological juridical research using primary data obtained through interviews with 2 officials or employees in agencies, and in the form of criminal statistics in the Class IIB Penitentiary Muara Sijunjung and documents. The results of the data analysis are efforts to overcome the problems that arise in the formation of prisoners in the Class IIB Correctional Facility Muara Sijunjung: Over capacity, the government has given remissions which directly can reduce the density of prisoners in Correctional Institutions, Budget, the government seeks to utilize available funds effective and efficient to achieve optimal results in fostering prisoners, human resources, the government should collaborate with other institutions, such as universities that have good religious instruction.

Abstract

Sistem pemasyarakatan diselengarakan dalam bembentuk warga binaan pemasyarakatan menjadi manusia seutuhnya, dan tidak mengulangi kesalahannya, namun dalam prakteknya masih ditemukan narapidana dengan status residivis, tentunya hal tersebut menjauhkan dari sistem pemasyarakatan itu sendiri. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis sosiologis (Empiris), sumber data didapatkan dari wawancara, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu studi pustaka dan studi lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan efektivitas lembaga pemasyarakatan dalam pembinaan narapidana dengan status residivis dalam prakteknya masih ditemukan narapidana berstatus residivis yang didominasi pada kasus narkotika, dan dalam bentuk program pembinaan narapidana dengan status residivis dengan narapaidan yang bukan resedivis itu tidak ada pembedaan dalam pembinaan. Hambatan dalam pembinaan narapidana berstatus dengan status residivis di lembaga pemasyarakatan ialah kurangnya program pembinaan kepribadian dan kemandirian.
