Abstract

The background of this research is due to the volley ball is the sports featured East OKU regency, however lately achievements of volleyball East OKU regency decreased in POPDA. Coaching volleyball is important to do, because it can affect the development of the sport. Sports coaching volleyball cannot be done instantaneously, but rather through a variety of processes and stages in a current period of time. Some of the components of coaching sport achievements, are: (1) Financial Support, (2) the Organization and structure of the policy of unified sports, (3) Foundation and participation, (4) Identification and development of talent, (5) Fostering the achievements of an elite group or system of rewards and support on the after career, (6) sports Infrastructure or training facilities, (7) the Provision of a coach, the coaching and the quality of training, (8). The quality of competition, (9). Scientific research, and (10). Environmental media and sponsorship. The method used in this research is the qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The analysis Model used is the model logic. Model logic can not be described, namely the Planned work consisting of input and activities, as well as the Intended results consisting of the Outputs, outcomes and Impact. By using logic is expected to get optimal results in analyzing the coaching achievements of volleyball POPDA East OKU regency. Techniques in the collection of research data are observations, interviews and questionnaires.  The result of the analysis of volleyball achievement coaching POPDA East OKU regency is 57.59 % with enough categories. With input variable details get a percentage of 68.99%, Activities variables get a percentage of 66.77%, Output variables get a percentage of 46.96%, Outcome variables get a percentage of 53.91% and Impact variables get a percentage of 51.30%.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (PPM) yang akan dilakukan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelatih cabang olahraga sepak bola sebagai cabang olahraga unggulan melalui workshop, yang menekankan pada pembuatan program latihan menuju prestasi tinggi, dengan mengintegrasikan ilmu terkait. Adapun khalayak (peserta) pengabdian adalah para pelatih cabang olahraga sepak bola sebanyak 30 orang yang dipersipkan oleh PSSI Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Model kegiatan berupa penyuluhan/penataran, sedangkan metode dilakukan melalui ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab dan demonstrasi  (praktik)  pembuatan program latihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukan ada peningkatan SDM berdasarkan hasil dari tes awal dan tes akhir, dengan peningkatan sebagai berikut: angka 40 sedangkan hasi post test rata-ratanya menunjukan angka 63. Sehingga selisih antara pre test dengan post test sebesar 23, dengan selisih angka 23 berarti peningkatannya mencapai 60%. Berdasakan hasil yang dicapai para peserta panyuluhan/penataran, maka dapat disimpulkan,bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan/penataran memiliki dampak yang posistif, baik dari motivasi para pelatih dalam mengikuti kegiatan tersebut, juga terdapat peningkatan  SDM yang cukup signifikan, berdasarkan hasil yang dicapai

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen T Test Agility berbasis teknologi switch. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Research and Development) dari Borg and Gall dengan sepuluh langkah penelitian. Peneliti hanya mencapai tahap ketujuh dari sepuluh. 1) Potensi dan Isu; 2) Pengumpulan Data; 3) Desain Produk; 4) Validasi Desain; 5) Revisi Desain; 6) Uji Coba Produk; dan 7) Revisi Produk adalah tahapan pengembangan yang dilakukan. Sedangkan tahap 8) Uji Coba Pemakaian, tahap 9) Revisi Produk, dan tahap 10) Produksi Massal tidak dilaksanakan. Karena sumber daya yang terbatas dan waktu penelitian yang terbatas, peneliti tidak dapat menyelesaikan fase ini. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa SD Negeri 7 Selat Penuguan dan siswa SD Negeri 14 Selat Penuguan. Metode purposive sampling menghasilkan total 79 siswa, yang terdiri dari 60 sampel uji coba skala besar dan 19 sampel uji coba skala kecil. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa instrumen T Test Agility berbasis teknologi ini sangat layak digunakan, ini terlihat dari hasil uji kevalidan yang diperoleh dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 83%. Selanjutnya pada uji kepraktisan diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 84 %. Hal tersebut juga diperkuat dengan hasil statistik uji nomalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji paired sample test. Pada uji paired sample test menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan antara hasil posttest dengan hasil pretest. Dimana pada uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh nilai Sig.(2- tailed) yaitu 0,77 > 0,05 dan uji coba kelompok besar memperoleh peroleh nilai Sig.(2- tailed) yaitu 0,22 > 0,05. Dari ketiga tahapan uji yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen T Test Agility berbasis teknologi switch sangat layak digunakan.

Abstract

The importance of physical fitness cannot be overstated as it is essential for daily activities and overall well-being. Sports science contributes significantly to this field by advancing training methods, managing competition effectively, and utilizing advanced instruments to measure athletic ability. These developments in sports science play an important role in optimizing performance and achieving fitness goals. This research aims to provide facilities and infrastructure as well as sports facilities that function as important infrastructure in supporting the success of sports education and facilitating student achievement and as an effective tool for assessing the physical fitness of Physical Education students and the wider university community. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a focus on Physical Education students in 2022 as respondents. Research results: This facility is specifically designed to carry out various physical fitness tests for students, lecturers and staff, providing a structured environment to assess and improve fitness levels at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sriwijawa University to lead a healthier life. In conclusion, the integration of physical education, sports science, and dedicated sports facilities underscores a comprehensive approach to fostering physical fitness, skill development, and overall well-being among students and university members at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sriwijawa University.
