Abstract

Improvement Activity and Results Study Tour Planning and Tour Guiding Through Outdoors Study Method For Teachers / Business Travel Workshop Participants (Case Study at the Center for Development and Empowerment of Teachers and Education Personnel Business and Tourism). The purpose of this training action research is to increase the activity and learning outcomes of the material planning and tour guiding tour through outdoor learning method study on business training tour advanced level. This study was conducted using action research design (Action Research). This means that training is conducted action research because it provides an orderly framework for solving practical problems. Action research training are also empirical because it relies on real observations and behavioral data. Research training actions diagnose a problem in a particular context and attempt to solve the problem in the context. The research data collection techniques using test techniques, observation, interviews and discussions. Application of outdoor study method can increase the activity of the business training participants tour which reached 84.84% after the implementation of learning in the second cycle than ever before in the first cycle, namely: 59% and the initial conditions: 29%. As for the learning outcomes of the training that the initial conditions 62, in the first cycle at 73 and the second cycle to an average of 86.75. Learning with the application of outdoor study methods together can increase the activity and learning outcomes of the training in the first cycle and cycle II, proved the increasing percentage of study participants of the training activities in line with the average level of learning outcomes. With the methods of outdoor learning training eye study tour planning and tour guiding becomes more enjoyable.

Abstract

TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS USING VOGEL'S APPROXIMA-TION (VAM) AND METHOD OF DISTRIBUTION MODIFIED (MODI). This study aimed to analyze the problems of transportation, especially the problem transportation costs by using Vogel's Approximation (VAM) and modified distribution method (MODI). In this study VAM methods used to find the initial solution and then proceed with the search for the optimal solution by using MODI. The data obtained is data derived from PT.Pilar Inkasari Karya - East Jakarta on shipment per month for 3 years ie 2011 to 2013. The analysis showed that the optimization of the burden of transportation costs Rp 2.225.288.000 annually is obtained by using initial solution Vogel's Approximation method (VAM) and final solution to the Modified method Distribution (MODI). From these results it can be concluded that the method of Vogel's Approximation (VAM) and modified distribution method (MODI) can be used to solve the problem of transportation. Keywords : Vogel’s Approximation Method. Abstract

ANALYSIS OF EFFECT OF WORK STRESS AND WORK ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES MOTIVATION (CASE STUDY IN. INDOPELITA AIRCRAFT SERVICES). The purpose of this study is to investigate the phenomenon and to obtain empirical evidence, and conclusions about the effects of two independent variables mentioned above, the performance of employees. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The type of data used are primary data. The sample used by 95 respondents. Methods of collecting data is done through the distribution of questionnaires to scale linkert. The results showed that (1) the stress of work a significant negative effect on the performance of employees. Contributions effect of work stress on employee performance for 0063. This means that variations in the performance of employees affected by changes in work stress by 6.3%, (2) work motivation positive and significant effect on employee performance. Contributions influence work motivation on employee performance at 0:07. This means that variations in the performance of employees affected by changes in motivation to work by 7%, (3) Work stress and work motivation simultaneously and significant influence on employee performance. Contributions effects of job stress and work motivation simultaneously by 0115. This means that the variation changes the employee's performance is affected by the stress of work and work motivation by 11.5% while the remaining 88.5% is influenced by other factors not included in the scope of this study. From the data analysis it can be concluded that the stress of work and work motivation parsiel or simultaneously significant effect on performance. From the results of the descriptive analysis, it is suggested that in order to reduce employee stress, the work time should receive special attention. Abstract

INFLUENCES OF PROFITABILITY, FIRM SIZE, BUSSINES RISK, ASSET GROWTH, LEVERAGE, DIVIDEND POLICYTO INSTITUTIONAL OWNERSHIP(Property & Real Estate Company Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2011-2014). The aims of this research is to examine the effect of propitability, firm size, bussines risk,  asset growth, leverage, dividen policy as the independen variable and institutional ownership as the dependen variable (studyat Real Estate and Property Company Lisyting in Indonesian Stock Exchange since 2011 until 2014). The population in this study are 23 Real Estate and Property companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2011 until 2014. The sample in this study is Real Estate and Property company according to the criteria established.  Regression analysis was performed with based on the results of data panel analysis this study concludes some of the following: (1) Variable propitability proven to negative and significan the institutional ownership, (2) Variable firm size proven to negative and significan the institutional ownership,  (3) Variable business risk proven to negative and significan the institutional ownership, (4) Variable asset growth proven to positive  and significan the institutional ownership, (5) Variable leverage proven to positive and significan the institutional ownership,  (6) Variable dividend policy proven to negative and significan the institutional ownership, Key words: propitability, firm size, bussines risk, asset growth, leverage, Dividen policy, insitutisional ownership.

Abstract

This analysis reseach is about “The Effect intelectual quation, emosional quation and spiritual quation on work performance (Empirical studies to employees of Pelni Hospital Jakarta)”. The study attempted to examine a phenomena and to gain empirical evident, as well as to get a brief data on the influence of intelectual quation, emosional quation and spiritual quation on work performance. The study applied descriptive and inductive of multivariate regresion method it’s include 91 respondents as the samples. The samples were selected through proporsionate stratified sampling. The statistical tool were used is SPSS 17 software as the means to examine the data. The findings could be concluded as follows: (1) There was positive effect from all independent variables toward work performance within value influence 33,6%. (2) The results of this research indicated that spiritual quation was the greatest affecting to the employee performance was as much as 26,2%. (3) Meanwhile there are positive influence of intelectual quation was equal to 25,8%. (4) Then there are positive affecting of emosional quation was equal to 23,4%. The result suggested, to reach employees better work behavior should be encouraged constantly in order to be stable and to gain a constant synergy from all sides involved in management level of ogranization, whether it is from internal or external.                    Keywords: Intelectual Quation, Emosional Quation, Spiritual Quation and Work Performance
