Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human capital and customer capital on the perceived performance of farmers. The question in this study is whether human capital affects the perceived performance of farmers and whether customer capital affects the perceived performance of farmers. The analysis technique in this research includes correlation test, determination test and F test which is a model feasibility test, followed by multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t). The sample method uses purposive sampling, with several criteria developed previously. Questionnaires were used to collect data from respondents. Respondents in this study were farmers in Blubur Limbangan District, Garut Regency. In total there are 356 respondents. Based on the results of hypothesis testing (t), human capital affects the perceived performance of farmers and customer capital affects the perceived performance of farmers.

Abstract

ANALYSIS OF EFFECT OF WORK STRESS AND WORK ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES MOTIVATION (CASE STUDY IN. INDOPELITA AIRCRAFT SERVICES). The purpose of this study is to investigate the phenomenon and to obtain empirical evidence, and conclusions about the effects of two independent variables mentioned above, the performance of employees. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The type of data used are primary data. The sample used by 95 respondents. Methods of collecting data is done through the distribution of questionnaires to scale linkert. The results showed that (1) the stress of work a significant negative effect on the performance of employees. Contributions effect of work stress on employee performance for 0063. This means that variations in the performance of employees affected by changes in work stress by 6.3%, (2) work motivation positive and significant effect on employee performance. Contributions influence work motivation on employee performance at 0:07. This means that variations in the performance of employees affected by changes in motivation to work by 7%, (3) Work stress and work motivation simultaneously and significant influence on employee performance. Contributions effects of job stress and work motivation simultaneously by 0115. This means that the variation changes the employee's performance is affected by the stress of work and work motivation by 11.5% while the remaining 88.5% is influenced by other factors not included in the scope of this study. From the data analysis it can be concluded that the stress of work and work motivation parsiel or simultaneously significant effect on performance. From the results of the descriptive analysis, it is suggested that in order to reduce employee stress, the work time should receive special attention. Abstract

This paper discussed the efforts of artificial intelligence to support learning towards improving high-quality outcomes through proving the results of field studies. The author believes that learning in the era of modern technology is appropriate for educators, especially teachers, to better adapt to technological developments, especially in the field of Artificial Intelligence, so that learning can be carried out with the help of technology. For this reason, the author has searched for data on this discussion from relevant and valid literature sources to answer hypotheses and problems. We have thoroughly reviewed this study with secondary data considering that this study is to gain an understanding that requires scientific evidence from previous studies. So that the data we have collected can be summarized as valid study answers, we try to examine it first. We carry out a phenomenological approach to get answers from several existing data that we analyze, code, and understand to get valid data findings. As a qualitative study, we also design the results of this study as a qualitative descriptive report with previous literature reviews, especially in the field of Artificial Intelligence and learning with human learning in the era of all computers. So based on our goal, we conclude that artificial intelligence technology is a learning method that helps achieve maximum and effective results. We admit that this technology cannot assess the role of teachers because technology does help humans achieve optimal learning outcomes by the results of the technology that was designed. Hopefully, these results are helpful in many learning contexts.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada Pabrik Tahu MDS cabang Serpong secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yaitu observasi dan koesioner, dan data sekunder yaitu pengumpulan data yang berasal dari studi kepustakaan. Menggunakan Sampling jenuh, sebanyak 60 orang. Metode penilaian menggunakan penilaian skala likert. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji Instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik, uji kuantitatif dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Lingkungan Kerja Fisik yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan persamaan regresi Y = 16,834 + 0,363(X1), nilai koefisien kolerasi 0,418 artinya keduannya memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sedang. Nilai koefisien determinasi 17,5%. Uji hipotesis t diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (3,503 > 1.672), dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh Lingkungan Kerjas Fisik Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan persamaan regresi Y = 9,879 + 0,540(X2), nilai koefisien kolerasi 0,568 artinya keduannya memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sedang. Nilai koefisien determinasi 32,3%. Uji hipotesis t diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (5,255 > 1.672), dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan persamaan regresi Y =3,891 + 0,166X1 + 0,453X2. Nilai koefisien kolerasi 0,592 artinya variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sedang. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 35,1% sedangkan sisanya 64,9% merupakan faktor-faktor lain. Uji Hipotesis f diperoleh nilai fhitung > ftabel (15,399 > 3,16), dengan demikian maka H0 ditolak dan H3 artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada Pabrik Tahu MDS Cabang Serpong. Tanggerang Selatan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and motivation, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance at PT BPR Marcorindo Perdana with a sample of 60 employees. The method used is a quantitative method. The data analysis used in this research is the classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test and F test. The results of this research are that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance in the Y regression = 2.267 + 0.947 Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 12.958+ 0.639 Work Discipline and Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 11.547+ 0.248 X1 + 0.458 X2. The coefficient of determination value was 88.5%, while the remaining 11.5% was caused by other variables not examined in this research. The test results for the first hypothesis obtained a calculated t value > t table or (11.832 > 2.002). Based on the results of testing the second hypothesis, the calculated t value > t table or (7.675 > 2.002) is obtained. Based on the results of testing the third hypothesis, the calculated F value was 219.244 > F table 3.159. This shows that simultaneously the work discipline and motivation variables have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and motivation work on employee performance at PT Margaguna Maju Bersama South Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative methods with a sample size of 64 respondents, the data analysis techniques used are: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, simple correlation coefficient test, multiple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination analysis test, t test and f test. Based on the results of the t test, it is obtained that t count is 3.084> 1,999 and the significance value for the Work Discipline variable (X1) is 0.003, the significant value is smaller than the probability value of 0.05 or 0.003 <0.05, meaning that the Work Discipline variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y). at PT Margaguna Maju Bersama South Jakarta. Based on the results of the t test, the t value is 6,019> 1,999 and the significance value for the Work motivation variable (X2) is 0.000, the significance value is greater than the probability value of 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05, meaning that the Work Motivation variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y). at PT Margaguna Maju Bersama South Jakarta. Based on the results of the f test, the calculated f value is 16,048 > 3,15 and the significance value is 0.001 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the variables of Work Discipline (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance (Y). at PT Margaguna Maju Bersama South Jakarta.
