Abstract

A lack of character education achievement in high school is due to the weakness of school culture climate management. Junior and Senior High School students have  potency to develop their character, and the teacher also has a wide opportunity to improve the character education of students.One of them is by improving the conducive school culture climate management. Character education really needs to be improved in school. Therefore, the this training purpose is to work out BK coordinators/counselors so as they can improve school culture climate management,as well asboth characters of junior high and high school students. The methods in this training are: discussion, lecture, and demonstration (or) practice. The training result can improve the teachers’ spirit to understand and implement the school culture climate management and teachers’ willing to follow the next training. The teachers’ spirit itself will support the success of improving character education in schools. This training can develop teachers' skills and motivate students to engage in creating condition that enhance character educationdirectly. School culture climate management in accordance with school condition will facilitate the implementation of character education on both junior and senior high school students.

Abstract

Literacy education is quite fundamental to building up human quality with dignity both socially and economically. Socially, individual will gain appreciation from society and  it provides opportunities to achieve their welfare economically. Considering unfinished illiteracy in Indonesia, so the acceleration of illiteracy eradication is becoming a necessary part that should be supported by all society components. Similarly, prevailance of religious institutions is highly effective to develop educational literacy institution. In addition, having values and norms system binding the community, as well as religious institutions quantitatively can reach all levels of society. To strengthen the effectiveness implementation program, it is necessary to socialize literacy education that provides an illustration both of educational and implementation model so that  the optimalization target achievement in education could be gained optimally.

Abstract

This training is purposed for teachers at Elementary School 1 Padalarang West Bandung to improve the ability in learning based on school and culture climate management. The methods used in this training are discussion, lectures and demonstration/practices. The training results show that the trainees responded positively to the school and culture climate management in learning. They were also motivated to join the training and to follow incoming trainings as well as to try applying the learning based on school and culture climate management. The training reveals many abilities, advantages, and experiences to the trainees so that many participated and contributed over the implementation. Trainees are listening, scrutinizing and critiquing training materials. The impact of the training outcomes is training participants increased their ability and proved their confidence and understanding to the spirit of applying the results to their daily life.

Abstract

This activity is an exertion in term of enhancing skills, farmers productivity and improving reading, writing, calculating literacy so that by using these new capabilities, they could enrich certain welfare and quality of life. The two potencies are combineable into a single power used to escalate the farmers’welfare, particularly workers who do not have farming lands. Land lackness is not the only one obstacle gaining productivity. The main factor is absolutely farmers’ willingness on achieving knowledge and skills to contribute value-added for their welfare as well as existing resources optimization around the environment. In this case, the role of third party is a quite noteworthy factor; they sit as a facilitator that connects resources and community needs.
