One of the municipal government obligations that are strategic is to make regulation in the licensing and certification of personnel of hospitals and health center. Unfortunately, the municipal government of Sumbawa, West Nusa District Health Department data for 2010 shows none of the hospital or Puskesmas had the licenses. From the previous study, we can’t find any documentation about licensing and certification of personnel. It is thus necessary to evaluate the function of municipal government in regulates the health area. To evaluate the regulatory function of municipal government in health area in Sumbawa seen from the input, process and output. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, which describe a situation or phenomenon in a comprehensive manner in the context of the actual. The design of this research is normative, the evaluation of the licensing and certification regulatory functions in the health sector in the district of Sumbawa compared with the standart in the implementation of licensing and certification regulations. The result prove that the functions of municipal government as the regulator has not run optimally, it is seen from the limited availability of inputs such as regulation of health care institution, human resources, instruments, and systems. The implementation (process) is more focused on the regulating the private facilities without any training of controlling, as the result, none of the Hospital and health center have license and no one has been certified (output). The implementation of regulations on municipal of Sumbawa has not specifically regulated in local legislation, so implementation process is not going well, give impact to the government-owned health care providers who haven’t any licenses for establishing and operating the hospital, and health professionals haven’t ant certification.

Stunting merupakan keadaan dimana tinggi badan dan berat badan anak atau balita yang tidak sesuai dengan usianya. Stunting dapat mengakibatkan sumber daya manusia berkualitas rendah dan IQ anak rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran pola asuh makan anak penderita stunting di Desa Kukin Kecamatan Moyo Utara. Penelitian ini merupaka jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik total sampling yang berjumlah 21 anak menderita stunting. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh makan yaitu dapat memberikan hubungan jika nilai R > nilai α (0,005). Perilaku pencarian perawatan kesehatan memberikan hubungan yang besar 0,520, Perilaku pemberian makan memberikan hubungan 0,152, Perilaku kebersihan balita sebesar 0,111, kebiasaan asupan makan sebesar 0.025 dan kebiasaan asupan makan 0,018” Adanya hubungan pola asuh makan anak penderita stunting”. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara perilaku pencarian perawatan kesehatan, pemberian makan anak, dan kebersihana anak dengan kejadian stunting pada anak.

In September 2021, the Ministry of Education and Culture released the results of an internal survey, the survey results explained that there were 1,303 schools that became Covid-19 clusters. Of these figures, there were 7,287 teachers and 15,456 students exposed to the corona virus in Indonesia. So based on these conditions, an evaluation of school readiness will be carried out in implementing face-to-face learning programs during the Covid-19 pandemic. The evaluation will be carried out using the type of gap evaluation, where the evaluator will only measure the difference (gap) between what should be implemented (based on indicators of readiness for face-to-face learning during the Covid-19 pandemic) and the reality of the implementation being carried out. The evaluation method to be used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and document studies. The subjects in this evaluation were elementary and junior high schools in Kab. Sumbawa, and the object of evaluation are 7 indicators (requirements for limited face-to-face learning provided by the RI SATGAS Covid-19) readiness to implement limited face-to-face learning programs during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of the evaluation of 84 primary school level and 8 junior high school level schools are in accordance with the results of observations, interviews and studies of supporting documents, in general it shows that the schools evaluated are ready to carry out face-to-face learning but a number of schools are still continuing to improve readiness in accordance with the required indicators both according to the PTM guidelines agreed upon by four ministers and the conditions given by the RI Covid-19 Task Force for 2021.

One of the main tasks of the public health extension functional position that has been established by the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2008 is to disseminate information and create media designs. The expertise of health educators in information dissemination and media design is very important in influencing public education. The purpose of this service is to increase elementary school students' knowledge about stunting prevention and to involve STIKES Griya Husada Sumbawa students in these counseling activities. The method of implementation is to carry out a stunt-themed Snakes and Ladders game competition for students in grade 6 or grade 5 at Public Elementary School 6 Sumbawa Besar. To measure participants' knowledge of stunting, it was measured using a pretest and post test with a question and answer technique and light discussion. when the presenter hasn't explained the students don't really understand the true meaning of stunting, about 20% of the children's understanding before we explain first. after we explain, finally the children understand or understand about 80% of students

Reproductive health greatly determines the fertility of each individual. So it is important for someone to get the right and correct information about reproductive health. The current low level of awareness for healthy living behavior among adolescents and adults is an indicator of the need for correct and clear education, education, information or health promotion. The pocket book is an effective health promotion medium in an effort to create new behaviors. The purpose of this activity is to empower students in making pocket books as a medium for promoting reproductive health. The methods used in this activity are surveys and direct demonstrations. The target of this activity is 38 students of the Bachelor of Nursing study program. As a result of this community service activity, students are focused on making pocket books by paying attention to 3 points, namely the concept of youth, the concept of adolescent reproductive health and reproductive health problems in adolescents. This community service activity encourages students as a youth group to be able to participate actively, so that there is an increase in knowledge related to adolescent reproductive health.

Fasilitas Kesehatan merupakan sarana kesehatan yang harus terintegrasi dalam sistem kesehatan yang berfungsi sebagai pusat sumber daya bagi peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat di wilayah yang bersangkutan. Ditengah-tengah situasi global dan nasional yang penuh tantangan saat ini maka perlu meninjau kondisi sistem kesehatan khususnya yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan jiwa agar mendapatkan gambaran mengenai pencapaian serta hambatannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Manajemen dan Intervensi Bagi Pasien Terhadap Upaya Promosi Kesehatan Jiwa Di Fasilitas Kesehatan Kota Sumbawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dilakukan pada bulan Oktober – Desember tahun 2023. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu 10 informan, sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 4 informan, Terdiri dari tenaga promosi kesehatan, Pemegang Program Kesehatan Jiwa dan 2 keluarga pasien. Triangulasi data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dengan melakukan wawancara dengan informan kunci yaitu kepala Dinas Kesehatan Sumbawa. Berdasarkan penelitian diatas yang dilakukan kepada 4 informan dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen atau intervensi promosi kesehatan jiwa di Puskesmas Maronge dilakukan secara terstruktur dengan mengkomunikasikan program promosi kesehatan jiwa kepada Dinas Kesehatan terlebih dahulu dan kegiatan dilakukan melalui home visit ke rumah pasien. Kegiatan yang dilakukan didasarkan pada ketersediaan sarana prasarana fasilitas dan sumber daya manusia serta pendanaan yang tetap dilakukan evaluasi ke Dinas Kesehatan Sumbawa.

Sebagai negara kepulauan tentunya Indonensia memiliki berbagai banyak pantai yang terssebagar dibeberapa provinsi yang ada di Indonesia. Salah satunya Provinsi Nusa Tengara Barat, dimana terdapat puluhan pantai indah dan menjadi pusat destinasi wisata. Kabupaten Sumbawa sendiri juga memiliki pantai yang tidak kalah menarik perhatian masyarakat, coontohnya Pantai Selipir dan Pantai Kencana. Keindahan pantai dapat menjadi salah satu tujuan masyarakat untuk melepas lelah dan penat ketika bekerja atau melakukan akktivitas. Terlepas dari hal tersebut, keindahan pantai akan lenyap jika masyarakat tidak mampu untuk menjaga kebersihannya. Pencemaran pantai atau laut merupakan suatu tindakan yang dapat merusak ekosistem pada laut tersebut baik disebabkan karena sampah plastik ataupun pencemaran industry. Salah satu langkah yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi pencemaran tersebbut dengan selalu melakukan sosialisasi dan memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat mengenai pentingnya kebersihan pantai. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terkait kebersihan pantai dan peningkatan keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam melakukan promosi kesehatan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan Teknik wawancara kepada beberapa masyarakat yang tinggal di daerah pantai ataupun yang sedang berkunjung. Lokasi tempat dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu di Pantai Selipir dan Pantai Kencana selama 2 hari. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu mahasiswa memiliki keberanian dan motivasi dalam melakukan promosi kesehatan yang dimana mahasiswa tersebut sebelum mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian ini memiliki jiwa malu – malu dan grogi bertemu dengan orang baru. Sedangkan bagi masyarakat sendiri, kegiatan ini dapat membuka mindset masyarakat yang awalnya memiliki kesadaran rendah terhadap kebersihan panntai menjadi mau untuk membantu dalam peningkatan kebersihan pantai, contohnya dengan tidak membuang sembarangan sampah yang dibawa, membantu memungut sampah jika dilihat di tengah jalan, kemudian memeriksa terlebih dahulu kapal yang akan digunakan untuk berlayar atau mencari ikan sehingga tidak menimbulkan pencemaran minyak ditengah laut.

Introduction: The National Health Insurance program (JKN), administered through BPJS Kesehatan, plays a crucial role in improving access to equitable and quality health services. However, the utilization of BPJS services remains uneven, particularly in rural areas such as Labuhan Sumbawa, where various structural and individual barriers still exist.Objectives: This study aims to identify the factors influencing the utilization of BPJS Kesehatan services and to analyze the relationship between these factors and service utilization among the community in Labuhan Sumbawa.Method: This study employed a quantitative approach with an analytical cross-sectional design. Data were collected from randomly selected respondents using a structured questionnaire that measured socio-demographic characteristics, financial status, knowledge, membership status, and perceived service complexity. Data analysis included univariate and bivariate tests using the Chi-square method to assess relationships between variables.Result: The findings indicate that financial status is the most dominant factor influencing the utilization of BPJS Kesehatan services. Other contributing factors include limited understanding of BPJS procedures, inactive membership status, and perceptions of complex administrative processes. Statistical analysis demonstrates a significant relationship between these factors and the utilization of BPJS services, indicating that both economic and non-economic aspects play an important role in shaping health service utilization behavior.Conclusion: The utilization of BPJS Kesehatan services is influenced by an interplay of financial capacity, knowledge, and perceived service accessibility. Strengthening health literacy, improving administrative simplicity, and ensuring economic affordability are essential strategies to enhance service utilization. These findings highlight the need for integrated policy interventions to optimize the effectiveness of the national health insurance program.

The health sector is a key factor supporting health in rural areas, including Sumbawa. Healthcare service are a top priority fot providers because they are a fundamental human right and the goverment is obligated to provide them. The method used is socialization with a personal approach to the community in the Labuhan Sumbawa area. The population of Labuhan Sumbawa is 14,723 people. During community service, education was provided to 56 heads of families at random. The results showed that 19 heads of families were still inactive in using BPJS Kesehatan, citing inability to afford the monthly payments, their BPJS Kesehatan accounts had long been blocked and they had not yet been re-registered. They also refused to use BPJS Kesehatan because they felt it was not yet necessary.ABSTRAKSektor kesehatan merupakan sektor utama yang mendukung kesehatan di daerah pedesaan, termasuk di Sumbawa. Pelayanan kesehatan menjadi prioritas utama penyelenggara karena merupakan salah satu hak mendasar masyarakat serta penyediaannya wajib diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah. Metode yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi dengan pendekatan secara personal kepada masyarakat di wilayah Labuhan Sumbawa. Jumlah penduduk di labuhan sumbawa 14.723 jiwa. Pada pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan edukasi 56 kepala keluarga secara acak. Hasil didapatkan masih ada 19 kepala keluarga yang tidak aktif menggunakan BPJS kesehatan dengan alasan tidak mampu membayar tiap bulannya, BPJS yang digunakan sudah lama di blokir dan tidak melakukan pengurusan kembali, dan tidak mau menggunakan BPJS kesehatan karena merasa BPJS belum perlu di buat.
