Abstract

Penyebaran virus COVID-19, membuat pekuliahan harus bertransformasi dari luring menjadi daring. Dalam hal ini adopsi teknologi terhadap platform pembelajaran daring menjadi kunci sukses pembelajaran online. Di sisi positifnya, sistem pembelajaran daring mendukung kampus dalam mengimplementasi program ramah lingkungan sebagai bagian dari green campus. Kuliah daring mampu menekan penggunaan energi dikampus seperti listrik, air, dan pendingin ruangan. Seperti yang telah diketahui, green campus menjadi urgensi pendidikan saat ini untuk meminimalisir dampak perubaan iklim dan penggunaan energi yang berlebih. Namun perubahan sistem secara tiba-tiba, membuat pihak pelaku pendidikan terutama mahasiswa tidak siap baik dari sisi psikologis, fisik, maupun fasilitas. Terutama di fakultas teknik yang memiliki kurikulum praktikum di laboratorium. Oleh karena itu, tingkat adopsi teknologi mahasiswa menjadi penentu keberhasilan kuliah daring dan membantu meningkatkan implementasi green campus. Keberhasilan pembelajaran atau perkuliahan juga ditunjukkan oleh tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa dalam belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek adopsi teknologi terhadap tingkat kepuasan-kesuksesan belajar dan seberapa efektif dalam mendukung kegiatan implementasi green campus. Responden berjumlah 254 orang, yang mengisi kuesioner baik online maupun offline. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa platform belajar daring memang membantu, tapi ternyata mahasiswa juga ingin melakukan kuliah luring di masa pandemi ini. Dan kepuasan belajar daring juga meningkatkan partisipasi program green campus di FTUP.

Abstract

Startups play an important role in the disruptive transformation of several industrial sectors towards a circular economy of sustainability.  Cleantech Startup (CS) is one of the major business players in green innovation and technology, which is based on generating or utilizing clean energy.  To achieve sustainable green innovation success, collaboration between actors in green innovation systems such as universities, government institutions and industry (including CS) must be optimal.  Coupled with the CS business model, it is necessary to implement a green business model canvas (EcoCanvas).  This literature study will review how the Triple-Helix (TH) collaboration towards innovation and adoption of green technology is carried out by CS. In addition, the EcoCanvas will be formulated from examples of CS cases in Indonesia.  This study uses a desk review of 51 major articles from reputable journals.  It can be seen that the TH collaboration focuses on: government regulations, market focus, supplier participation, coordination between functions, and technology development.  In addition, licensing alliances and technology development will affect the pattern of financial investment and patent activity. The EcoCanvas model on CS also shows that environmental issues such as waste and abundant resources in Indonesia are the main focus in the sustainable business model adopted by CS.  The findings in this study need to be studied more deeply by using empirical evidence from the field and other supporting historical data.

Abstract

PT. BAS is one of the companies who provides services in Indonesia. According to an interview with Human Capital Management, the company still receives complaints from their employees regarding their job satisfaction. After conducting an assessment, it was found that the problem lies in the lack of job description understanding and the suitability of job specifications from the employees in the company. Seeing this condition, a hypothesis emerges which assumes that both of these things have a relationship with PT. BAS’s employee job satisfaction. Through this research, it is hoped that the relationship can be found so PT. BAS can get some consideration material on their human resource management. To achieve this goal, multiple linear regression analysis methods were used to determine the relationship partially and simultaneously and descriptive statistical methods were used to determine the condition of the three research variables and to add information for the company's consideration. From the results of descriptive statistics, it was found that the three research variables at PT. BAS is not reaching the company's target, namely Good and Very Good. Then from the processing of multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that there is a relationship between job description understanding and job specification suitability simultaneously with job satisfaction, but only job specification suitability that has a partial effect on job satisfaction. As for the ability of the two independent variables in explaining job satisfaction of PT. Simultaneous BAS is 69.3%.
