Abstract

Abstrak: Penggunaan Media Manipulatif pada Pembelajaran Matematika Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas V SDN 14 Toho. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran pengurangan bilangan bulat siswa kelas V SDN 14 Toho. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitiannya adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 12 siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak 2 siklus. Hasil penelitian adalah 1) Kemampuan guru merencanakan pembelajaran pengurangan bilangan bulat pada siklus I sebesar 3,35 dan siklus II sebesar 3,88 dengan peningkatan 0,53. 2) Kemampuan guru melaksanakan pembelajaran pengurangan bilangan bulat pada siklus I sebesar 3,37 dan siklus II sebesar 3,87 dengan peningkatan 0,50. 3) Dengan menggunakan media manipulatif ternyata dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN 14 Toho yaitu siklus I sebesar 70,83 pada siklus II sebesar 91,67 dengan peningkatan sebesar 20,84. Kata Kunci: Media Manipulatif, Hasil Belajar Abstract: The use of Manipulative Media for the learning of Mathematic to improve the achievement of the fifth grade students of SDN 14 Toho. The purpose of this research is to describe about the improvement of the students achievement in learning integer reduction to the fifth grade students of SDN 14 Toho. The method of this research is descriptive method and the research form is classroom action research. The research subjects were a teacher and the fifth grade students that consisted of twelve students. This research was conducted into two cycles. The result of the research are : 1) The ability of teacher to plan the lesson of integer reduction in cycle 1 was 3.35 and in cycle II was 3.88, that mean the improvement of research was 0.53. 2) The ability of teacher to conduct the teaching learning of integer reduction in cycle 1 was 3.37 and in cycle II was 3.87, that mean the improvement of research was 0.50. 3) The use of Manipulative Media could improve the achievement of the fifth grade students of SDN 14 Toho that was 70.83 in cycle 1 and 91.67 in cycle II, the improvement of students achievement was 20.84. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Perimbangan, dan Lain-lain Pendapatan Daerah yang Sah terhadap Belanja Daerah. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa Laporan Realisasi Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) yang diperoleh melalui website djpk.kemenkeu.go.id. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang terdiri dari 29 Kabupaten dan 6 Kota. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel sehingga diperoleh data sampel sebanyak 175.  Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu statistik deskriptif dan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikoneliaritas, uji autokorelasi, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Sedangkan untuk metode analisi data yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji t menunjukan nilai signifikansi Pendapatan Asli Daerah sebesar 0,000, Dana Perimbangan 0,000 dan Lain-lain Pendapatan Daerah yang Sah sebesar 0,000. Hasil uji t menunjukan nilai dibawah 0,05 untuk setiap variabel independen sehingga Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Perimbangan, dan Lain-lain Pendapatan Daerah yang Sah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Belanja Daerah

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Matahari Department Store Grage Mall, Cirebon City. In an increasingly competitive business environment, employee performance is a fundamental factor in achieving organizational effectiveness. Work motivation plays a role in encouraging individuals to achieve work goals, while organizational culture creates a conducive environment for employee productivity. By using a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents who are employees of the company. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression methods to test the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. The results of the study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Likewise, organizational culture contributes significantly to improving individual performance within the company. Simultaneous tests also indicate that work motivation and organizational culture together have a significant influence on employee performance. These findings emphasize that companies need to pay attention to aspects of motivation and organizational culture in designing human resource management strategies to increase the company's productivity and competitiveness. Therefore, it is recommended that company management develop policies that support increased motivation and create a more adaptive and productive organizational culture.
