Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis mengenai perubahan pola konsumsi masyarakat terdampak pandemi covid-19 yang menerima bantuan sosial pada masa pandemi covid-19. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan variabel yang digunakan yaitu pendapatan (X1), gaya hidup (X2), dan pola konsumsi (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat desa Tembelang yang memperoleh atau menerima bantuan sosial covid-19 (BLT DD) sebanyak 154 responden. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling, yang diambil sebanyak 61 responden. Metode analisis penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji parsial dan uji simultan. Hasilnya diperoleh bahwa secara parsial pendapatan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perubahan pola konsumsi masyarakat penerima bantuan sosial pada masa pandemi covid-19. Sementara, gaya hidup tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap pola konsumsi masyarakat penerima bantuan sosial pada masa pandemi covid-19. Dan secara simulatan, pendapatan bersama gaya hidup memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perubahan pola konsumsi masyarakat penerima bantuan sosial pada masa pandemi covid-19. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien (0,146) yang artinya pengaruh terhadap pola konsumsi dijelaskan sebesar 14,6% oleh pendapatan dan gaya hidup, sedangkan pengaruh terhadap pola konsumsi lainnya sebesar 84,5 %, kemudian sisanya dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, organizational commitment, and work environment on the performance of employees at MIN 1 Jombang. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 81 employees while the sample numbered 64 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using the questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that work discipline and organizational commitment partially did not affect employee performance, while work environment variables showed an effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the variables of work discipline, organizational commitment, and work environment have a positive effect on employee performance at MIN 1 Jombang. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained 0.719 or 71.9%, which means that the contribution of work discipline, organizational commitment and work environment variables to employee performance is 71.9%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this regression model.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to find out how the working environment, workload and communication affect the job satisfaction of employees at CV. Putra Putri Jombang. A quantitative methodology was used in this study. 40 employees form the population of this study while 40 respondents form the sample. A saturated sample was used in this research. The data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 26 multiple regression analysis. The results show that workload has a major impact on employee job satisfaction, work environment has a significant impact on employee job satisfaction and communication has a negligible impact on employee job satisfaction. The results of the coefficient of determination analysis showed 0.311 or 31.1%, which means that the variables work environment, workload and communication account for 31.1% of the variation in employee job satisfaction, while the remaining proportion is influenced by variables not included in this regression model.
