Abstract

Diplomasi ekonomi adalah salah satu kegiatan penting dalam hubungan internasional, dan bila berhasil dapat memberikan hasil signifikan bagi negara. Menyadari hal itu, maka Pemerintah Indonesia berusaha untuk meningkatkan kerja sama di bidang ekonomi, dengan cara meningkatkan kemampuan diplomasiekonomi yang mengacu pada kepentingan rakyat. Kegiatan diplomasi ekonomi tidak hanya untuk mencari pasar di luar negeri, tetapi juga untuk mencari peluang bagi berbagai kegiatan seperti perdagangan, pariwisata, infrastruktur, dan lain-lain, termasuk kegiatan ekonomi digital. Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif / Badan Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Kemenparekraf/Baparekraf) Republik Indonesia memiliki program yang ditujukan untuk mengangkat kembali serta mengembangkan dan menguatkan bumbu, pangan olahan, dan rempah Indonesia di mata dunia yang disebut dengan program Indonesia Spice Up The World. Dari berbagai kegiatan yang mendukung program tersebut, terdapat satu kegiatan ekonomi digital yang memiliki potensi besar untuk dapat mendukung program Indonesia Spice Up The World, yaitu program Food Startup Indonesia (FSI). FSIadalah sebuah platform teknologionline yang ide awalnya datang dari Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif / Badan Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Kemenparekraf/Baparekraf), untuk melakukan kurasi pada pelaku ekonomi kreatif yang bergerak di bidang kuliner. Dari kegiatan FSI ini bermunculan pelaku bisnis kuliner, terutama para pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menegah (UMKM), yang diharapkan dapat menjadi garda terdepan dalam diplomasi ekonomi Indonesia, khususnya di bidang gastrodiplomasi, sehingga Indonesia semakin meningkat peluangnya untuk dapat menjadi bagian dalam industri kuliner dunia.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is one of the efforts made in expanding product sales both in local and global markets. One strategy that can be done is through branding. Coffee commodities are one of the main commodities of Indonesia's exports. Aside from being the main commodity of exports, business in the field of coffee also increased from time to time. Efforts to expand the local coffee market are one of the focus of business people who come from the community of young people who open a number of coffee businesses. One of them is Komunitas Teman Kohi which is one of the local coffee industry players whose members consist of members of the community of young people and are engaged in coffee entrepreneurs. The problem of branding strategies faced by Komunitas Teman Kohi in expanding market access is an attraction for the devotion team to carry out community service. In this regard, the Community Service Team of Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta developed partnership cooperation with Komunitas Teman Kohi in counseling activities on local coffee branding strategies in the global market. In this activity, the community service team distributed pre-test before conducting counseling activities which were then followed by filling in post-test.

Abstract

Perang tidak hanya menimbulkan bencana kemanusiaan, tapi juga kerusakan lingkungan. Perang Rusia – Ukraina yang telah berjalan lebih dari satu tahun sejak Rusia menyerbu Ukraina pada Februari 2022, memberikan dampak kerusakan yang sangat nyata pada lingkungan, khususnya sumber daya air. Dengan memperhatikan bahwa air adalah sumber daya yang mendasar dan tak tergantikan bagi kehidupan di Bumi, artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan lebih jauh tentang kerusakan sistem jaringan air di Ukraina sebagai akibat dari Perang Rusia-Ukraina, serta dampak dari kerusakan tersebut, baik bagi lingkungan Ukraina sendiri maupun secara global. Pada konflik bersenjata, air sebagai sumber daya maupun sistem jaringan air sebagai infrastruktur, merupakan salah satu sektor yang paling rentan mengalami kerusakan. Rusaknya infrastruktur air Ukraina berakibat pada terganggunya pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup masyarakat Ukraina terhadap air serta menghambat aktivitas pertanian di Ukraina, yang merupakan negara pemasok kebutuhan pangan global.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the fourth largest producers and exporters of coffee beans in the world. Coffee can be used to promote Indonesian culture abroad as well as to increase the potential of coffee in supporting the nation's economy. This approach is called Coffee Diplomacy, which is a gastrodiplomacy approach by utilizing coffee in the form of beverage dishes. Coffee diplomacy is a new tool for Indonesian soft power diplomacy to strengthen Indonesia's bilateral and multilateral relations with other countries, carried out by not limited state actor, but also non-state actors including individuals. This shows the ability of Indonesian coffee as an instrument of cultural and economic diplomacy. The culture of coffee beverages in various regions in Indonesia is closely related to the culture of tolerance in Indonesian society. In the context of international relations, Indonesian coffee diplomacy is a nation branding effort aimed at building a positive image of Indonesian culture, while creating opportunities for economic cooperation to improve the welfare of the Indonesian people.

Abstract

This service activity aims is to increase the knowledge and awareness of community members regarding the importance of clean sanitation in an effort to realize Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Kelurahan Serua, Bojongsari, Depok. The method of implementing this service uses counselling with partners is Tim Pokja Sehat Kelurahan Serua, Bojongsari, Depok. The evaluation instrument for this service uses Pre-test and Post-Test evaluations and is analyzed descriptively. The results of this service show that participants' knowledge and awareness has increased regarding the importance of clean sanitation including waste management, clean water, healthy latrines, and correct waste management. So, it is hoped that the result of this service can have an impact on the realization of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Abstract

Indonesia has long been known as the world's largest coffee producer. Original Indonesian coffee is also known to have the advantages of various varieties, qualities and flavors. The advantages of Indonesian coffee cannot be separated from the role of the coffee industry players. The role of local coffee industry players is important in encouraging the expansion of the Indonesian coffee market at the global level. In this regard, the team carried out community service activities (PkM) at the Komunitas Teman Kohi, one of the local coffee industry players whose members are members of the youth community and are engaged in coffee entrepreneurship. The socialization activity started with a dialogue with the Komunitas Teman Kohi, who are interested in discovering more about the local coffee market opportunities in the global market in terms of potential, challenges and strategies to enter the global market. In this activity, the team distributed pre-tests before conducting socialization and discussion activities about local coffee market opportunities, followed by filling out post-tests. In addition, to add insight from the participants, the team invited a source person to share experiences related to the opportunities and challenges in expanding the local coffee market. Through this activity, participants from the Komunitas Teman Kohi gained understanding and insight into the local Indonesian coffee market in the global market.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide an understanding of drinking water management in Pancoran Mas Village, Depok, West Java through socialization activities. The problem is that many people still do not know how to maintain clean water sources that are drinkable. The method of community service is the implementation of a pre-test before socialization and a post-test after socialization to determine the level of community understanding. The results of community service found that the community knows how to maintain clean water sources so that they are drinkable. This community service has a positive impact on the development of good habits in maintaining environmental cleanliness to maintain clean water sources so that they are drinkable.

Abstract

This socialization aimed to increase participants' knowledge of driving safety. Participants who are students at Al Kamilah Foundation need to be equipped with knowledge related to driving safety because they are at high risk of experiencing road incidents due to negligence.  Youth health and safety are necessary to empower future generations as human resources. The service provided this time was a socialization that took place in a hybrid manner. The participants were students at the Al Kamilah Foundation, Serua Bojongsari, Depok. Socialization was also supported by tracking participants' understanding using pre- and post-test questionnaires. Based on this service, the service team has made efforts to increase participants' knowledge of driving safety.
