Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain answers empirically the effect of (1) teacher creativity in the use of learning media and school climate on student learning achievement simultaneously, (2) teacher creativity in using learning media on student learning achievement partially, (3) school climate on student learning achievement partially. This research was conducted at South Jakarta Private Vocational High School with 100 students as respondents. The method used is a survey with multiple linear regression analysis approach. Based on the research and calculation of SPSS, the following research results were obtained: (1) there was an influence of teacher creativity in the use of learning media and school climate on student learning achievement simultaneously. (2) There was a partial effect of teacher creativity in the use of learning media on student learning achievement (this indicates that the more creative and varied the media used by teachers in learning was proven to increase students' enthusiasm and learning achievement). (3) There was a partial influence of school climate on learning achievement (this indicates that the more comfortable and conducive the classroom atmosphere is proven to increase the learning achievement of students). Teachers' expertise in managing learning media will make students enthusiastic and interest in them to be active in the learning process so that it will affect student learning achievements.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung variabel minat memulai usaha melalui Education Entrepreneurship, efikasi diri dan Motivation Entrepreneurship. Metode kuantitatif digunakan oleh peneliti. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 543 mahasiswa. Sampel berjumlah 85 mahasiswa yang diambil melalui random sampling. Teknik penjaringan data melalui angket. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis jalur. Dampak penelitian: (1)  Entrepreneurship Education tidak berpengaruh langsung kepada minat untuk memulai usaha, (2) Efikasi diri tidak berpengaruh langsung kepada minat memulai usaha, (3) Entrepreneurship Motivation tidak berpengaruh langsung kepada minat untuk memulai usaha, (4)  Entrepreneurship Education berpengaruh langsung kepada Entrepreneurship Motivation, (5) Efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung kepada Entrepreneurship Motivation, (6)  Entrepreneurship Education tidak berpengaruh tidak langsung kepada minat untuk memulai usaha melalui Entrepreneurship Motivation, dan (7) Efikasi diri tidak berpengaruh tidak langsung kepada minat untuk memulai usaha melalui Entrepreneurship Motivation

Abstract

The underlying phenomenon of this study is the urgency of Teacher Professional Education (PPG) students' readiness to take on the role of professional educators, which is influenced by their perspective on the PPG program and their interpersonal skills. This study aims to analyze students' perceptions of the PPG program, interpersonal skills, and their readiness to face the teaching profession. This study applies a mixed methods approach with a sequential explanatory design, which is a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods carried out in stages. Quantitative data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires to assess perceptions of the PPG program, interpersonal skills, and readiness to become professional teachers. Furthermore, in-depth interviews were used to deepen understanding and provide explanations for the quantitative findings. The results of the study show that students rate the PPG program as very good, especially in terms of the quality of the supervisors and the relevance of the material. Their interpersonal skills include good communication, collaboration, and professional ethics. Their readiness to become professional teachers is evident in their learning communication skills, professionalism, collaboration, and personal maturity. It is recommended to expand practice, improve mentoring, and provide contextual modules to support student competency development.
