Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of pedagogic competence, compensation, and discipline on the performance of junior high school teachers in South Jakarta. The method used in this study was quantitative using the survey method with multiple linear regression. This research was conducted from September 2018 to February 2019. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 83 respondents who were junior high school teachers in South Jakarta. Based on the research results, it was obtained that a correlation value of 0.902, it indicated a very strong correlation coefficient value, the value of the termination coefficient was 81.4%. The value of the regression equation was Y = 13.41 + 0.723X1 + 0.048X2 + 0.153X3, it indicated the direction of the regression equation was positive. Hypothesis testing results obtained F value counting 116.55 where it was > 0.05, this indicated that there was a joint influence of the variables of Professional Competence, Compensation, and Discipline on the Performance of Junior High School Teachers in South Jakarta.

Abstract

Keluarga menjadi tempat bagi anak berkembang dan menjadi dewasa. Orang tua harus membantu membentuk karakter dan peranan seorang anak. Pembentukan ini dapat dilihat dari pola asuh.  Semua ini dilakukan untuk memupuk minat belajar anak di sekolah. Oleh sebab itu, Penulis tertarik untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pengaruh pola asuh orang tua terhadap minat belajar siswa, khususnya di SMPN 15 Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini berjudul “pola asuh orang tua pada minat belajar siswa di SMPN 15 kota bekasi. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendeketan survei. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola asuh orang tua pada minat belajar siswa di SMPN 15 Kota Bekasi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan observasi dan angket untuk di isi oleh 34 siswa yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Uji data menggunakan uji regresi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh Pola Asuh Orang Tua terhadap Minat Belajar siswa di SMPN 15 Kota Bekasi secara signifikan. Kontribusi pola asuh orang tua pada minat belajar sebesar 68,1%, dan 31,9% dipengaruhi faktor lain

Abstract

The aim of this research is to provide understanding and training for financial management literacy participants in Kalisidi Village, Semarang Regency so that they are able to understand the importance of financial management so that there are no irregularities or errors in village financial traffic. The method used in this research uses a qualitative approach where the target participants are officials, the community and figures in Kalisidi village who participate in managing village finances. The results of this research found that Kalisidi Village still has not optimized resource utilization, while the obstacle in managing village finances is the limited number of competent human resources. The Financial Management Literacy Program carried out is packaged in the form of Community Service so that it can reach every level of the Kalisidi village community. So it can be concluded that Financial Management Literacy is very important for village growth and management so that it can generate profits for the village and improve the welfare of its community.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the digitalization program in MSMEs as an effort to empower and improve the welfare of the people of Getasan District, Semarang Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Using a marketing strategy for MSME products through digital marketing in Getasan District, Semarang Regency can be a strategic step to increase product visibility and sales. The implementation of marketing digitalization in Getasan District, Semarang Regency was carried out by introducing Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Shopee and Tokopedia. However, in its implementation there are still obstacles, namely limited internet access in Getasan District.
