Abstract

This study aims to determine the role, obstacles and efforts of the Madiun City Pamong Praja Police Unit in carrying out the enforcement of local regulations related to the circulation of alcoholic beverages. This research uses the Empirical Legal Research Method, with primary data sources from interviews and observations at the Civil Service Police Unit and one of the cafes that sells alcoholic beverages in Madiun, as well as secondary data sources, namely Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2017 concerning Control of Alcoholic Beverage Distribution and Retribution for Alcoholic Beverage Sales Location Permits. SatpolPP Madiun City plays a role in carrying out the enforcement of local regulations related to the distribution of alcoholic beverages in Madiun City by carrying out routine operations together with the Madiun City Police with the Criminal Investigation Sub-field which is approximately ten to fifteen operations every month based on the budget that has been approved by the DPRD. The obstacles faced are sourced from within the institution's own organisation or Internal and sourced from outside the organisation or External. Satpol PP Madiun City makes several efforts in various ways, including Satpol PP is required to work with what infrastructure has been provided, Satpol PP tries to carry out its work duties according to the applicable SOP, on call when suddenly required to carry out its work duties.

Abstract

Tujuan  dilakukannya  kegiatan  pengabdian  masyarakat  ini  adalah  untuk  meningkatkan  pengetahuan dan  pemahaman  siswa  terkait  dengan  perilaku  perundungan  atau bullying.  Kegiatan  pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan memberikan penyuluhan hukum di SDN Kertobanyon Madiun. Perilaku Bullying saat ini marak sekali terjadi apalagi sekarang dengan teknologi yang makin canggih sehingga dengan mudahnya perilaku dan tindakan bullying dapat diakses. Perilaku Bullying dilakukan bukan hanya oleh orang dewasa tetapi juga oleh anak-anak, bahkan kasus akhir-akhir ini yang terjadi banyak sekali ditemukan perilaku bullying dilakukan oleh anak-anak. Penyuluhan hukum mengenai akibat hukum dari bullying dan cara mengatasinya sangat diperlukan dilakukan sejak dini agar anak-anak tahu akan bahaya akibat perbuatan Bullying tersebut dan bagaimana mengatasinya jika menjadi korban, serta mengedukasi bahwa negara perlu melindungi hak-hak setiap warga negaranya lewat sanksi pidana bagi para pelaku Bullying.

Abstract

Desa merupakan unit pemerintahan terkecil. Desa oleh Undang-Undang Desa dalam penggunaan dana desa harus menerapkan semua dana dengan baik dan sesuai dengan peruntukannya. Namun, banyak desa yang tidak dapat mengaplikasikan dana desa yang diberikan oleh pemerintah daerah dalam pembangunannya. Penulis melakukan pendampingan dan penyuluhan di Desa Kertosari Kecamtan Geger Kabupaten Madiun. Dilakukan ini untuk mengurangi tindakan yang mengarah pada Korupsi dan maladministrasi. Perlu adanya pengawasan internal dan eksternal terhadap pemerintah desa. Pemerintah desa perlu melakukan pertanggungjawaban secara administrasi agar semua warga desa dapat transparan mengenai dana desa, semua warga mengetahui bahwa semua dana desa dapat berjalan dengan baik jika aparatur desa melakukan tindak pidana korupsi. Pemerintah desa dalam melaksanakan APBDES harus merencanakan pembangunan dalam satu tahun dengan dana desa yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah daerah. Oleh karena itu, penyuluhan dan pembinaan hukum sangat diperlukan untuk mengurangi maladministrasi dan mengurangi tindak pidana korupsi. Abstract

Abstract Introduction to the Problem: The urgency in this research is that many problems arise due to the divorce of parents of children under the age of custody will be given to the mother but mostly after the divorce the father does not provide for his child after the issuance of the divorce. seen from the many cases the government must make a policy for divorced parents the child still gets the nafkah and attention of both parents. Purpose/Study Objectives: The purpose of this research is to see the protection that can be given to the neglect of child custody from divorce. many problems arise in society, one of the parents neglects their children and results in neglected children and does not provide for children for their lives. this is the responsibility of parents in caring for their children. Design/Methodology/Approach: The type of research used in this writing is normative law. The approach used is the statutory approach model and conceptual approach. Findings: In practice what the author encounters is that many parents after the issuance of a divorce the child will become a victim and underage children will especially be given custody of their mother and their father does not provide for the child, sometimes the mother also goes to look for a living to make a living and leaves the child to the mother's parents and here the parents, namely the father, do not exercise their right to provide for the child until they can be independent. Abstract

Abstract Introduction to the Problem: The issue of narcotics continues to escalate and poses a serious threat within the jurisdiction of Ngawi, both in terms of circulation and abuse. Purpose/Study Objectives: This study aims to analyze the role, challenges, and strategies implemented by investigators at the Ngawi Resort Police (Polres Ngawi) in combating narcotics-related crimes. Design/Methodology/Approach: This research employs a juridical-empirical method with a qualitative approach. Data is collected through direct interviews with investigators from the Narcotics Unit of the Ngawi Resort Police (Satresnarkoba Polres Ngawi), field observations, and documentation of narcotics cases from 2023 to 2025. Findings: In carrying out their duties, investigators employ preventive, preemptive, and repressive approaches. However, they face various challenges, such as limited personnel, insufficient facilities and infrastructure, and low public participation. To address these issues, strategies such as enhancing human resource capacity, fostering intersectoral cooperation, and strengthening outreach and rehabilitation programs are implemented. The research findings indicate that the success of narcotics control requires strong synergy between law enforcement agencies, the government, and the community.

Abstract

The writing of this service journal aims to increase the understanding of students at SD Kertobanyon Madiun Regency on hate speech or hate speech in the perspective of Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning ITE, so that students know the sanctions if they make hate speech Hate speech on Social Media. The method used is to conduct legal counseling at SDN Kertobanyon with a team of lecturers. This counseling provides knowledge to teachers and students about social media. Where social media is like a double-edged coin, one side provides benefits on one side provides badness. Nowadays, the use of gadgets for children is a natural thing, parents who do not accompany children to the effects of using gadgets will cause bad things, for example, children make hate speech on social media by speech or writing and cause sara issues, destruction, division and uproar in society. Many children do not understand the effects that will be obtained if they commit hate speech on social media. In the development of the ITE Law, there is an article on hate speech with a criminal sanction of 6 years. The juvenile justice process can be subject to diversion if the child is the perpetrator in a legal case that is different from adult justice.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this community service journal is to provide education to the community about the law in order to increase legal awareness in the community and provide socialization regarding the procedures and requirements for obtaining free legal aid for the poor. The method used is to conduct legal counseling and socialization regarding the free legal aid program in Pilangbango Village, Kartoharjo District, Madiun City. This activity is a real manifestation of the commitment of the government, academics and all stakeholders in building a just society and is a community service program from Merdeka University of Madiun. This activity provides an important contribution in solving community problems in accessing information to obtain free legal aid and eroding negative old assumptions and mindsets that have been built and influence actions, especially for the underprivileged community to obtain opportunities for justice and legal protection to access affordable services. The provision of Legal Aid to citizens is an effort to fulfill and at the same time as an implementation of a legal state that recognizes and protects and guarantees the basic rights of citizens to the need for access to justice and equality before the law.
