Tingkat pertumbuhan penduduk yang cukup tinggi menyebabkan permintaan akan rumah menjadi sebuah kebutuhan yang mendasar, khususnya di daerah Surabaya dan sekitarnya. Peneliti ingin mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi harga perumahan skala kecil di Surabaya dan sekitarnya serta seberapa besar pengaruhnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu dengan cara membagi kuisioner kepada developer perumahan khususnya didaerah Surabaya dan sekitarnya. Analisis data merupakan analisis faktor konfirmatori dengan menggunakan metode partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah biaya, channel member, dan diikuti oleh konsumen. Faktor yang kurang berpengaruh adalah persaingan dan diikuti tujuan perusahaan.

Based on a survey by “Mars”, about 59% of dogs and 52% of cats weighed more than they should. This is the motivation of this research in designing a feeding and drinking automation for pets so that it is easier for owners to take care their pet's health diet, and so that owners don't have to worry about forgetting to feed their pets. To connect to the internet, ESP32 is used. The supporting components consist of load cell (weight sensor), three ultrasonic sensors (proximity sensor), servo motor and pump motor. These components are combined to carry out the function of feeding and drinking automatically. The device will run after being given an order via website or application. For the feeding system, the animal owner can provide input on the schedule, frequency and portion of feeding. While the drinking system, the owner can press the calibration button and the pause button. Tests are carried out on each sensor, to measure its accuracy and testing of the entire system is carried out to ensure all components work together to carry out their functions. The test results show that every hardware and software component has worked in accordance with the designed objectives.

The Environmental Office in the City of Salatiga is a government agency which engaged in the environmental sector. The employee data collection system currently used is still manual by recording data of employee with Microsoft Excel afterwards the data will be stored in a form of archive or printed. By using an ancient method this is certainly less effective due to it will take a lot of time and make the data will be lost easily. Therefore, we need a web-based information system to make all easier for officers to collect employee data. In this study a web-based employee data collection of information system was built using a Laravel Framework. The Laravel Framework is used to make a build system convenient to implement and already provides any kind of features such as database migration and integration unit testing support to supply an easiness for the developers to build applications. This study aims to create an employee data collection information system so that it can be used to facilitate the officers to collect the data of employees at the Environmental Office in the City of Salatiga. The result of this study is showed that by using this kind of application, performance of employee can be improved efficiently.

Artikel ini merupakan hasil literature review tentang kemampuan literasi numerasi untuk mengembangkan pemahaman konsep dalam pembelajaran matematika. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan secara menyeluruh mengenai pentingnya kemampuan literasi numerasi dalam mengembangkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep dalam pembelajaran matematika. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penulisan artikel ini berupa uraian definisi kemampuan literasi numerasi dan pemahaman konsep, uraian indikator pada kemampuan literasi numerasi dan pemahaman konsep, lalu uraian peran penting kemampuan literasi numerasi dalam konteks memahami konsep pada pembelajaran matematika, dan upaya yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi serta mengembangkan kapabilitas pemahaman konsep dalam pembelajaran matematika pada diri peserta didik. Melalui artikel ini didapatkan juga bagaimana langkah guru dalam membangun minat literasi dan pemahaman konsep pada peserta didik di setiap kegiatan pembelajaran matematika. Bersamaan dengan artikel ini, dapat ditarik simpulan bahwa guru dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran matematika harus dapat mendorong peserta didik dalam hal memahami konsep untuk memudahkan memahami makna ataupun materi dalam pembelajaran.

As a popular form of mass media, film effectively conveys the realities of society through the interactions between characters within its storyline. This means it can serve as an object of study in language sciences. In pragmatics, every utterance carries a hidden meaning depending on the context, including the action, known as a speech act. Speech acts can also be found in films, such as Twelve Angry Men (1957). This study focuses on the utterances of the film’s main character. The objective is to identify the types and forms of directive speech acts using the pragmatic identity method and the pragmatic competence-in-equalizing technique. The research identified three forms of directive acts: declarative, imperative, and interrogative, with interrogative being the most used. These acts are used for several purpose, including suggestions, questions, requests, commands, prohibitions, and reminds. Keywords: Film, Pragmatics, Directive Speech Acts

Global warming has become an issue for the whole world until now. The cause of global warming is air pollution produced by engine fuels from various automotives that can produce carbon dioxide. This encourages people to be more concerned about the environment, including the automotive industry. The rise of the movement to care for the environment encourages automotive companies to make electric car products which can be a solution to reduce pollution. In recent years, electric cars have started to enter the market in Indonesia. However, this is not well received by the Indonesian people. This is related to the low purchase intention of the electric car itself. The purpose of this study was to determine empirically the effect of attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and price sensitivity on consumer purchased intention of electric cars in Jakarta. This study uses data collected from 153 respondents who are people who at least are undergoing undergraduate studies and have knowledge of electric cars in Jakarta. The data was obtained by distributing an online questionnaire in the form of a google form through social media. The data is then processed using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The results of this study are attitude, subjective norm, and price sensitivity have a positive and significant influence on the purchase intention of electric cars in Jakarta. Meanwhile, perceived behavioral control has no effect on the purchase intention of electric cars in Jakarta.

The aim of this research is to find out: Which indicators are the most dominant in the variables of competence, work performance, work loyalty and employee performance; The influence of competency on employee performance; The influence of work performance on employee performance; The influence of work loyalty on employee performance; The influence of competence, work performance and work loyalty on the performance of PT Inti Vulkatama Padang employees. This type of research uses quantitative research in this research. The population in this study were all employees of PT Inti Vulkatama Padang with a total of 55 samples, using a total sampling technique. Data collection uses primary data. The analytical methods for this research are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing with the t-test and F-test. Research results: The dominant indicator of the competency variable is integrity with a value of 4.49 or TCR 89.72%, for work performance it is time with a value of 4.36 or TCR 87.20% and for work loyalty it is interpersonal relationships with a value of 4. 53 or TCR 90.70%, while employee performance is work behavior with a value of 4.44 or TCR 88.60%; Competency has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance; Job performance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; Work loyalty has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance; Competence, work performance and work loyalty simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Inti Vulkatama Padang employees. The contribution of competence, work performance and work loyalty to the performance of PT Inti Vulkatama Padang employees is 29.80% while the remaining 70.20% is influenced by other variables outside this research.

The movie is one of the most popular forms of literary media, and film is a tool that can be used to analyze the psychology of the characters in it. This research aims to analyze the psychological conditions, such as stress and pressure from the World War II situation, and how the responsibility for the development of the atomic bomb can affect Oppenheimer's thoughts, emotions, and decisions. One of the most impactful films on the history of psychology is Oppenheimer, directed by Christopher Nolan, which is known for its intricate storytelling and stunning cinematography. The movie is known for exploring the life and work of J. Robert Oppenheimer, an American physicist who played a pivotal role in the development of the atomic bomb during World War II. The writers used a qualitative descriptive method and Sigmund Freud's theory of psychoanalysis to analyze the psychology of the main character in the film. As a result of this research, the writer found several psychological conditions such as stress/depression, anxiety, resilience, euphoria. Based on several movie scenes, it shows that the psychological factors that influence the actions of the main character are Desire and Moral, these two factors are very influential and contradictory in the actions taken by Oppenheimer throughout the movie.
