Abstract

Perkembangan Aset unit usaha syariah di indonesia di pengaruhi oleh dua faktor yakni Jaringan kantor dan pertumbuhan tenaga kerja. Data penelitian merupakan data sekunder hasil publikasi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan pada tahun 2019. Untuk menguji pengaruh tersebut digunakan model regresi linier berganda. Hal ini dijustifikasi oleh hasil uji ANOVA yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan jaringan kantor dan tenaga kerja dan terhadap perkembangan aset unit usaha syariah syariah. Ini terlihat dari nilai p-value nya sebesar 0, 005 < α (0,05), pengujian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui secara bersama-sama variabel bebas berpengaruh secara signifikan atau tidak terhadap variabel terikat. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa jaringan kantor dan pertumbuhan tenaga kerja terhadap perkembangan aset unit usaha syariah memiliki hubungan

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of communication styles and women's leadership on employee performance in educational institutions in Pamekasan Regency and see how much influence women's leadership and communication styles have on employee performance at educational institutions in Pamekasan Regency. The data sources used are primary data sources in the form of information and the results of filling out questionnaires conducted by respondents, namely employees who have female principals and secondary data sources in the form of existing data obtained through BPS, Pamekasan Education Office and Pamekasan Regional Education Office Branch, and the Ministry of Religion Pamekasan Regency. The method used is quantitative research using multiple linear regression. From the results of the analysis, it was found that there was a significant influence between leadership styles and women's communication on employee performance. This is indicated by the Sig value. 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 and the calculated F value of 427.060. Overall, leadership style and female communication simultaneously influence employee performance with a contribution of 78.1%. This indicates that these two variables have a significant role in determining the quality of employee performance in an organization.

Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation process of the Rokat Tase' tradition in Tamberu Sokobanah Sampang Village and the Rokat Tase' tradition in enhancing social solidarity among the community in Tamberu Sokobanah Sampang Village according to Emile Dhurkheim. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach with three data collection procedures, namely: semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation. To analyze the data, the researcher used several steps, namely data analysis such as data reduction, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, data validity was checked through the researcher's diligence and triangulation of data sources. From this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Rokat Tase' tradition in Tamberu Sokobanah Sampang Village consists of three main stages, namely The preparation stage is usually carried out by the coastal community long before the event begins, especially the preparations for hiring the ludruk art troupe. The implementation stage is carried out in the month of Muharram or Suro. The ritual generally lasts for 2-3 days. The closing stage includes an art performance as an expression of joy for the event, then the ritual ends with a prayer together. The Rokat Tase' tradition in Tamberu Sokobanah Sampang Village is quite effective in enhancing social solidarity among the community.
