Abstract

Background: Fishermen in Tulehu Village, Salahutu District have a good level of knowledge and have better prevention efforts against dermatitis compared to fishermen who have sufficient level of knowledge. This can be interpreted that knowledge is a very important domain for the formation of one's actions because with high knowledge can create good behavior.Objective:To analyze the Knowledge Factor with Dermatitis Prevention Efforts in Fishermen in Tulehu Village. Research Method: This research is an analytic descriptive study with a cross sectional approach. Sampling technique usingPurposive Sampling. The sample in this study were 95 respondents who live in the village of Tulehu. The results of the study: The results of the study obtained that there is a relationship between knowledge and efforts to prevent dermatitis in fishermen in Tulehu Village, Salahutu District, with a value of p = 0.000. Conclusions and suggestions: It is recommended to be able to maintain personal hygiene and use complete PPE while working, and increase knowledge and efforts to prevent dermatitis.

Abstract

Hearing loss is a common problem experienced by everyone from time to time. Hearing loss is defined as a reduction in a person's ability to distinguish sounds. Hearing loss often occurs when fishermen dive. Hearing loss can be caused by impaired sound transmission in the outer ear or middle ear or what is known as conduction/conduction deafness and damage to the hair cells and nerve pathways or also called nerve deafness (Ganong, 2017), according to estimates from the World Health Organization (WHO) ,) 80% of people with hearing loss problems live in developing countries. In 2015 there were 120 million people with hearing loss worldwide. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with hearing loss in traditional diving fishermen in Negeri Haya, Tehoru District, Central Maluku Regency in 2020. This study used a quantitative method, the research research design used in this study was quantitative research. Descriptive Analytic research design with a cross sectional design, the sample in the study was 92 people the research instrument used a questionnaire. SPSS Data Processing. Using the Chi-square test with a significant value of p=0.05. Abstract

The prevalence of work-related accidents, which is still quite high, is a natural health issue that primarily affects individuals of all ages in both developed and developing nations. The purpose of this evaluation is to determine the working conditions at PT. Tribuana Multitaria Santika Ambon. The estimating techniques used in this kind of research are fascinating. The workspace of PT. Tribuana Multitaria Santika Ambon employees The research population was lodgings. There were five sample points measured in each room. After being gathered, data is legitimately examined, and then it is automatically processed. Following expressive checking, the loop is shown as a table. For every position, a temperature of around 270 degrees Celsius satisfies the criteria." In addition, the estimated illuminance that satisfies the 2-point criteria is 43 Lux and 56 Lus, while those that do not meet the 3-point requirements are 480 Lux, 492 Lus, and 290 Lus." 72.32% of the projected stiffness at each stage temporarily does not satisfy the standards.

Abstract

Background. Latrine is an effective human waste disposal facility for breaking the chain of disease transmission. The role of feces in the spread of disease is very large. that is, it can directly contaminate food, drinks, vegetables, etc., as well as water, soil, insects (flies, cockroaches, etc.) and parts of our bodies can be contaminated by these feces. In the 2020 State program report, the number of residents who do not have a toilet in Mesa State is 88 heads of families (64.7%). Research purposes.To obtain information about the description of knowledge and attitudes regarding latrine ownership among the people of Negeri Mesa, Teon Nila, Serua District, Central Maluku Regency in 2021. Method.The research design used was descriptive research, the sampling technique was total sampling, with a sample size of 136 families. Research result.. From the research results, it was found that the majority of respondents had poor knowledge of open defecation behavior, namely 55 respondents (40.4%) while respondents who had good knowledge were 35 respondents (25.7%). There were 132 respondents (97.1%) who had a good attitude towards open defecation, while 4 respondents (2.9%) had a bad attitude. Conclusion.From the research results, it was concluded that in the description of the behavior of the people in this study, they still practice open defecation in Mesa Country and in the attitude category.
