Abstract

Artikel ilmiah ini membahas tentang tanggung jawab perusahaan asuransi jiwa atas kerugian yang diderita pemegang polis karena kesalahan agen. Pilihan tema ini dilatar belakangi karena adanya permasalahan khususnya penyalahgunaan dana premi yang dilakukan oleh agen sehingga merugikan pemegang polis asuransi jiwa di AJB Bumiputera 1912 cabang Malang Celaket. Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah bagaimana tanggung jawab AJB Bumiputera 1912 cabang Malang Celaket apabila pemegang polis asuransi jiwa mengalami kerugian karena kesalahan agen serta tindakan yang dilakukan terhadap agen apabila melakukan kesalahan yang merugikan pemegang polis. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penilitian yaitu yuridis empiris dengan metode pendekatan yuridis sosiologis. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di AJB Bumiputera 1912 cabang Malang Celaket. Sumber data diperoleh melalui wawancara maupun studi kepustakaan yang relevan dengan permasalahan yang diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisa yang telah dilakukan maka dapat diketahui bahwa bentuk tanggung jawab yang dilakukan AJB Bumiputera 1912 cabang Malang Celaket adalah tetap memenuhi kewajibannya yaitu pembayaran klaim asuransi jiwa kepada pemegang polis sepanjang pemegang polis dapat membuktikan bahwa telah melakukan pembayaran melalui agen. Tindakan yang dilakukan AJB Bumiputera 1912 cabang Malang apabila agen melakukan kesalahan sehingga merugikan pemegang polis adalah melakukan tindakan-tindakan administratif berupa pemanggilan/teguran, peringatan, pemberhentian secara sepihak hingga ganti kerugian. Adapun tindakan hukum lainnya yaitu tindakan secara perdata maupun pidana sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku. Saran dari penulis adalah bagi perusahaan asuransi sebaiknya lebih meningkatkan pengawasan atas kinerja para agennya, bagi agen hendaknya lebih bertanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan tugas dan kewajibannya, serta bagi Pemegang Polis hendaknya lebih berperan aktif dalam melakukan pembayaran premi.Kata Kunci: Tanggung Jawab, Perusahaan Asuransi Jiwa, Pemegang Polis, Agen

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the East Java Province DPMPTSP marketing communication strategy in investment promotion in 2023, focusing on the marketing mix elements: product, price, place, and promotion. Through a qualitative approach, this study analyzes promotional activities that include the development of promotional materials, expansion of international networks, and strengthening of regional branding. The results of the study indicate that innovative efforts in developing promotional materials using the latest technology and interactive approaches have been carried out. However, an in-depth evaluation is needed to ensure the effectiveness of promotional materials in meeting investor needs. Price transparency, although not explicitly focused on, is important for investment decisions. This study recommends improving information related to investment costs and incentives. International cooperation, such as with the State of Neuvo Leon-Mexico, shows efforts to expand investment networks and global market visibility, with an evaluation of the benefits and costs required. Promotional activities such as seminars on investment strategies focus on strengthening regional branding and effective promotional techniques. The novelty of this study lies in the comprehensive analysis of marketing mix elements in the context of investment promotion as well as recommendations for continuous adaptation according to market changes. These findings provide new insights for the development of more effective investment marketing communication strategies in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the implementation of the hospital management system (SIMRS) and the workload of nurses on the performance of nurses in the Dahlia Room of the Central General Hospital, Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten The method used is a quantitative and descriptive research method. The sampling technique with the entire population of nurses in the Dahlia room was 121 respondents. Based on the results of the examination, H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. This can be seen from the calculated F value, which is 42,791. Meanwhile, the resulting significance value is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that this multiple regression model is feasible to use, and the hospital implementation variable (SIMRS) and the nurse workload have a simultaneous influence on the nurse performance variable. The conclusion based on the results of the study on the effect of the implementation of the hospital management system (SIMRS) and workload on the nurse staff in the Dahlia Room of the Central General Hospital Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten with a total of 72 respondents can be concluded that: There is a significant positive influence on the implementation of the hospital management system on the workload of nurses in the Dahlia Room of the Central General Hospital Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten, There is a significant positive influence on the workload on the performance of nurses in the Dahlia Room of the Central General Hospital Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten, There is a significant positive influence on the implementation of the hospital management system (SIMRS) and the workload on the performance of nurses in the Dahlia Room of the Central General Hospital General Center Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten

Abstract

The development of a city can be seen from the number of road users in the area. The high mobility of the population makes many choices of modes of transportation to move from one place to another. Public and private transportation that develops side by side makes vehicle exhaust emissions increase. This increase can be felt by residents with an increasingly crowded city atmosphere. It is recorded that there is an increase in vehicle exhaust emissions by 15% annually in the City of Solo. This needs to be a common concern to care for and preserve the urban environment.

Abstract

The 2017-2045 National Research Master Plan (RIRN) sets the vision of "Research-Based Competitive and Sovereign Indonesia 2045". Competitiveness means that research is the main motor for producing inventions and innovations that have an impact on increasing the nation's competitiveness. Research-based sovereignty means that RIRN is the starting point for forming a socio-economically independent Indonesia through mastery and high competitive advantage of science and technology globally1. This vision is described in two missions, namely (1) creating an innovative Indonesian society based on science and technology; and (2) creating a research-based global competitive advantage for the nation. The objectives of the 2017-2045 RIRN are: increasing society's science and technology literacy, increasing Indonesia's research capacity and competence in the global realm, and improving the science and technology-based economy.
