Abstract

Artikel ini mengulas tentang upaya yang dilakukan oleh Lembaga Pendidikan Ma’arif Nahdaltul Ulama (NU) Lumajang dalam membumikan identitas Aswaja An-Nahdliyah. Secara khusus, penanaman identitas Aswaja An-Nahdliyah dilakukan untuk menangkal gerakan Islam Transnasional yang sedang marak terjadi di Lumajang terutama di lingkungan lembaga pendidikan Ma’arif Nahdlatul Ulama. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di lembaga pendidikan Ma’arif di beberapa daerah di Lumajang. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa proses yang dilakukan oleh LP Ma’arif dan seluruh lembaga pendidikan di lokasi penelitian memiliki iklim dan kebudayaan Nahdlatul Ulama itu sendiri. Selain itu, amaliyah dan tradisi kegamaan Nahdlatul Ulama dijadikan sebagai kegiatan rutinan. Antara lain tahlil, istighotsah, ziarah kubur dengan melibatkan stakeholder lain baik dari unsur wali murid maupun masyarakat pada umumnya. Selain kegiatan rutin, literasi tentang ke-NU-an juga dilakukan dengan menjadikan majalah AULA PWNU Jawa Timur sebagai pedoman penerimaan berita dan informasi terkini tentang NU.

Abstract

Ajem pekang is a side dish of chicken on a cone with its distinctive shape, which is skewered with a stick of bamboo resembling satay. Ajem Pekang is full of the meaning of religiosity and spirituality of the Pandalungan community. Ajem Pekang is a symbolic central form in the traditional rituals of the Pandalungan community. This research is a qualitative research that was compiled based on data collection with interviews, observations and some documentation collected during the religious rituals of the Pandalungan community. The conclusion of this study is the existence of the Pandalungan custom by reason of the religious values ​​contained in it. These values ​​are in line with the values ​​of humanity and Pancasila as Indonesian citizens who believe in the one and only God. Furthermore, ajem pekang is not necessarily limited to a side dish served in the middle of a mound of rice on a mere tray, but inside it has semiotic value and meaning in the form of symbolization.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1. To determine the influence of leadership on work discipline on Islamic institutions Syarifuddin Wonorejo Lumajang; 2. To find out the influence of Work Discipline Motivation on Islamic Religious Institutions Syarifuddin Wonorejo Lumajang; 3. To determine the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Syarifuddin Wonorejo Lumajang Islamic Institute; 4. To determine the influence of leadership on employee performance at Syarifuddin Wonorejo Lumajang Islamic Institute; 5. To find out the effect of the Work Discipline Motivation on Syarifuddin Wonorejo Lumajang Islamic Institute. In this study, the authors used quantitative research. The population in this study by census technique is to take all employees at the Syarifuddin Wonorejo Lumajang Islamic Institute, totaling 50 (fifty) employees. By using Structural Equation Modeling Analysis (SEM), the results show that there is a significant influence between Leadership on Work Discipline, There is no significant influence between Motivation on Work Discipline, There is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance, there is a significant influence between leadership on Employee Performance, there was no significant influence between work motivation and employee performance at the Syarifudin Wonorejo Lumajang Islamic Institute. Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث العلمي إلى توضيح مفهوم العلماء ودورهم وأقسامهم عند الإمام أبو حامد الغزالي من كتابه الشهير "إحياء علوم الدين". في العصر الحالي للتقدم التكنولوجي ، هناك أزمة تتعلق بحقيقة وهوية العلماء. خاصة بالنسبة لعامة الناس ، يصبح من الصعب عليهم تحديدُ مفهوم "العلماء" الذين يستحقون أن يكونوا قدوةً وأسوةً يحتذى بهم. والعجيب أن يدعي اليوم العديدُ من الأفراد أنهم العلماءُ ، رغم ليس لديهم أي كفاءة كافية كالعلماء ، فكرية كانت أو سُلكية. تم الحصول لدى المدعين على الشهرة والأتباع ولكن عدم تطابقهم مع المعرفة الكافية والعلوم الدقيقة يؤدي إلى فساد الأمة وسيقود الناس في النهاية إلى هلاك وضلال. باستخدام منهج التصفح على المراجع والكتب خاصة من مؤلفات الإمام الغزالي ، يؤمل أن يتمكن هذا البحث العلمي المتواضع من الإجابة على الاهتمامات المذكورة أعلاها وأن يكون قادرا على التعرف على علامات العلماء الأخرة والتجنب عن العلماء السوء أو العلماء الدنيا. الكلمات الرئيسية : علماء الأخرة ، العلماء السوء ، الإمام الغزالي
