Abstract

Sexual education is a basic science about sexuality which is very important for early childhood so that children can adapt to the surrounding environment and protect themselves from the surrounding environment or other people they do not know. The introduction of sexual education for early childhood cannot be separated from the role of parenting style. The introduction of sexual education can be introduced in different ways, each parent has a different parenting style so that it has a different impact on the introduction of sexual education. This research was conducted to find out how the role of parenting influences the introduction of sexual education in children aged 4-5 years. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Then, the subjects of this study were 3 children who had democratic, authoritarian and permissive parenting styles. Informants taken were 3 people who were parents, siblings and grandmothers who helped care for the object. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that the type of parenting applied by parents causes differences in behavior towards knowledge of sexual education in children aged 4-5 years. The permissive parenting style used has more positive impacts than authoritarian and democratic parenting styles. The development of this research found that the number of children in the family, how to communicate and negative perceptions related to sexual education.

Abstract

Setiap lembaga PG PAUD memiliki fasilitas permainan out door. Sebab salah satu pengembangan bagi anak usia dini bisa dilakukan saat bermain out door. Ditemukan di lapanganbahwa saat anak bermain out door masih banyak permasalahan yang terjadi. Misalnya: Anak tidak mau bermain karena tidak berani. Bila berani bermain, anak sering terjatuh, terbentur, danberebut tidak ada yang mau mengalah. Terkait dengan permasalahan tersebut maka penulis telah mengadakan penelitian, dengan judul manfaat kerjasama dalam kelompok saat bermain sluncuranbagi anak usia dini. Adapun targetdalam penelitian ini antara lain: 1. Anak usia dini mau dan berani bermain sluncuran seperti anak pada umumnya. 2. Anak bisa bermain dengan amantidak berebut, terbentur, terjatuh). 3. Anak bermain dengan cara mau bersosial dengan baik,atau bergotong royong terhadap sesama teman. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menerapkan pembelajaran kerjasama dengan model pembimbing dan terbimbing.Jenis penelitian ini Pre eksperimen dengan desain penelitiannya mengetrapkan control-group post tes only design. Adapun tujuannya adalah untuk mengoptimalkan kegiatan kerjasama saat bermain out door khususnya bermain sluncuraan bagi anak usia dini. Atau untuk mengatasi permasalahannyaanak saat bermain out door (sluncuran). Adapun metode pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan tes unjuk kerja, dan observasi.Sedangkan tahapan-tahapan yang dilakukan meliputi: perumusan tujuan, pembentukan kelompok bermain, penjabaran tugas sebagai tutor – tutee (pembimbing – terbimbing), pelaksanaan masing-masing kelompok, dan mengadakan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan kerjasama kelompok saat bermain sluncuran sangat bermanfaat dan efektif, serta dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan anak usia dini saat bermain sluncuran.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the economic empowerment model of Madurese women by examining their entrepreneurial traditions, work culture, and self-efficacy. Women’s economic empowerment is a global issue highlighted in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in SDG 8, which focuses on promoting decent work and economic growth. Enhancing women's economic participation contribute to overall economic development by generating employment opportunities in both large-scale industries and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Furthermore, women's empowerment aligns with SDG 5 on gender equality, emphasizing equal access to employment, education, self-actualization, leadership roles, and economic resources. This study underscores the urgency of facilitating women’s transformation into economically empowered individuals through entrepreneurship. A quantitative research design is employed, with primary data collected through questionnaires and supplemented by interviews, observations. The study’s population of consists of Madurese women from 10 sub-districts in Bangkalan. Using a multistage cluster sampling technique, 124 respondents were selected from five regions. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression analysis, processed through Amos Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings reveal that women's economic conditions and work culture significantly influence the entrepreneurial empowerment model. Moreover, the findings demonstrate that self-efficacy plays crucial role in directly enhancing the impact of women's economic empowerment on their entrepreneurial traditions.
