Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas hotel terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian menggunakan populasi yaitu pengunjung Hotel Golden Tulip Holland Resort Batu, baik tamu hotel yang menginap ataupun hanya menikmati fasilitas hotel. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan menggunakan insidental sampling dengan jumlah 98 responden. Metode pengumpulan datayang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Instrumen dilakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Pengujian asumsi yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas seta pengujian hipotesis memakai analisis regresi linier sederhana dan uji t memakai SPSS versi 20.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui variabel fasilitas memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Hotel Golden Tulip Holland Resort Batu. Besar pengaruh fasilitas Hotel tersebut terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sekitar 97,4% dan sisanya 2,6% dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar variabel.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 is changing human lifestyles, including digitally transformed ways of connecting and working. This opens up great opportunities for Indonesia and the government to innovate in carrying out their duties, with the hope that information technology can accelerate e-governance and technology-based public services. One of the initiatives resulting from this effort is an electronically integrated licensing system, Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach (OSS-RBA). However, the initial inspection of the Madiun Regency DPMPTSP on January 17 2023 showed problems in processing business permits online through OSS-RBA. When people face problems such as internet network disruption and system problems, they have to return to the service office. This research aims to find strategies for adapting OSS-RBA licensing services in Madiun Regency with a focus on improving internet-based performance and efficiency. The methodology includes situation analysis, e-governance requirements, and literature research on OSS-RBA in other areas. Obstacles such as the lack of integration between service systems which slows down the licensing process are also a concern. Adaptation strategies are proposed, such as improving internet network quality, system integration, and updating OSS-RBA. It is hoped that this strategy will increase the effectiveness of online licensing services and can be adopted in other regions in Indonesia. The conclusions of this research provide guidance for Madiun Regency DPMPTSP to improve online licensing services, supporting the growth of business actors in the region.

Abstract

Lack of understanding of financial records can cause owners to have poor asset management skills. Apart from that, taxes for MSMEs are another problem for business actors. The existence of demands from the government regarding halal certification also means that business actors who sell food and drinks are required to obtain halal certification. The aim of this activity is that business actors can compile simple records of the business carried out, know their tax obligations, and be able to calculate the amount of tax paid themselves. Participants are expected to be able to have halal certification for their businesses, especially businesses with food and beverage products. Community empowerment was carried out in Madiun Regency on 26-27 July 2023. Participatory Action Research (PAR) is used in this community service. Community empowerment is carried out through skills training, counseling, and development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). In this method, participants will make and learn from changes made in the training process. Simple bookkeeping training, MSME taxation, and submission of halal certification are the three sessions that make up the activities. In conclusion, MSME owners still need financial records written on paper, and most still need to try to record them. Most participants have small gross receipts or businesses with gross receipts of less than Five hundred million per year, so companies are not subject to MSME tax. Participants' enthusiasm grew when they helped apply for halal certification.

Abstract

Marka molekuler merupakan alat efektif untuk mendeteksi keberhasilan hasil fusi protoplasma antara jeruk siam madu dan satsuma mandarin berdasarkan variasi genetik, yang tidak dipengaruhi lingkungan. Sehingga metode ini digunakan untuk mendeteksi adanya variasi mitokondria pada tanaman hasil fusi protoplasma menggunakan metode CAPS (Cleaved Amplified Polymorphism Sequences) dengan dibantu enzim retriksi(ecoRI, hindIII, dan tasI). Analisis efektifitas waktu inkubasi mempengaruhi hasil informasi genetik yang didapatkan, oleh karena itu diperlukan percobaan untuk analisis efektifitas dari waktu inkubasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi kombinasi dari primer dan enzim retriksi yang paling tepat berdasarkan waktu inkubasi tertentu yang memunculkan frekuensi pola fragmen yang polimorfis pada tanaman sampel baik parentalnya maupun F1 hasil fusi protoplasmanya berdasarkan penanda molekuler mitokondria (mtSSR) dengan metode CAPS. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April-Juni 2013 di laboratorium pemuliaan Balai Penelitian Tanaman Jeruk dan Buah Subtropika (BALITJESTRO) Tlekung, Kecamatan Junrejo, Kota Batu. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menganalisis hasil visualisasi DNA tanaman yang diberi perlakuan. Parameter yang diamati meliputi waktu inkubasi, jumlah dari frekuensi band yang polimorfis berdasarkan tipe enzim retriksi dan tipe primer, informasi, identifikasi penurunan sifat berdasarkan visualisasi DNA parental dan F1 hasil fusi protoplasma. Hasil terbaik adalah kombinasi antara enzim retriksi tasI dengan primer 18S_rRNA_F/R dan primer nad 1 exon C/B, hal ini dikarenakan konsistensinya memunculkan pola fragmen DNA sampel dengan baik pada kedua pasangan primer pada perlakuan T1(3 jam) dan T2(6 jam), hasil analisis visualisasi antara tanaman parental dan F1 jeruk menunjukkan bahwa pola fragmen DNA mitokondria tanaman parental identik dengan fragmen DNA mitokondria tanaman F1 jeruk hasil fusi protoplasma.
