Abstract

In general, this research is aimed at evaluating to what extent the effectiveness of implementation of National Exam policy in mapping and increasing the quality of primary education in Indonesia. By using the Stake’s Countenance evaluation model, this research uses a qualitative and descriptive statistic (simple quantitative) approach with the techniques of data collection through a library study as secondary data sources, deep interviews and observation as primary data sources. On the antecedents phase, the evaluation results show that the conduction of national exam is based on the empirical reason and with a clear legal basis hierarchically, a proper formulation process as well having a clarity of content.

Abstract

In general, this research is aimed at evaluating to what extent the effectiveness of implementation of National Exam policy in mapping and increasing the quality of primary education in Indonesia. By using the Stake’s Countenance evaluation model, this research uses a qualitative and descriptive statistic (simple quantitative) approach with the techniques of data collection through a library study as secondary data sources, deep interviews and observation as primary data sources.This research is intended to evaluate the outcome phase. On the outcome phase, it seems that the quality of education is still low and unprevalent.

Abstract

A good vision and mission creation is vey important to formulate, implement and evaluate a strategy for the period to come. Without the clear statement of vision and mission, any short term activities of a company can become contra-productive for the long term interests. To achieve strategic goals, a number of strategic targets need to be set up in order to map out the condition that must be achieved. This research use a comparative method that is intended to compare two groups or more in a certain variable, namely to compare strategic plan between the Ministry of Education and Culture and the 68 Senior High School (SMA Negeri 68) of Jakarta. The technics of data collection used in this research are observation, interview, and library studies. Keywords: vision, mission, strategic plan, comparative, interview, library studies. Abstract

The continuance commitment is assumed to be affected by the variation in the Leadership Member-Exchange (LMX), and organizational justice. The aim of the experimental study reported here was to test the hypothesis. The causal study was conducted on the teacher of Senior High School in the administrative city of Central Jakarta, from May 2014 to January 2015, involving a sample of 207 teachers, who had been selected from 429 teachers in the school by using to proportional random sampling technique. Data of each variable were collected through a survey analyzed descriptively and Inferentially through the path analysis. Result show direct effects of the Leader Member-Exchange (LMX) and organizational justice on their continuance commitment; and Leader Member-Exchange (LMX) on their organizational justice.Keyword: leader member exchange, organizational justice, continuance commitment

Abstract

The advance of education in a country is determined by many factors, such as ; politic, economy, culture and society of that nation. Education and politic are two essential elements for political society in every nations. A nation of which the educational politic is bad, it will perform a bad educational quality, too. On the other hand, a nation that has good educational politic, the performance will be good. Both of them have a role to form the social character in a nation. Meanwhile, in democracy and decentralization in Indonesia, the politic (executive and legislative ) has a great influence. Therefore, politic and authority (power) can be a media for public expectation for good educational system. Hence, we need serious action to create educational politic situation which is good and solid by the executive and legislative to achieve the education which has good quality and spreads in districts in Indonesia.Key words : Education, Politic, Authority, Key of Success, Democratization, Decentralization, Educational Politic Condition.

Abstract

In order to increase and equalize the educational quality in Indonesia, the government implements a new paradigm in running education with the orientation toward the need of each schools and regions, which is known as School Based Management Program. To evaluate its legal basis, phases of formulation and the clarity of content of the School Based Management Programs, the researcher used the qualitative approach by applying Stake's Countenance Evaluation Model with the library' studies as the collecting data techniques. On the antecedent’s phase, the evaluation results show that the conduction of School Based Management Programs is merely based on the empirical reasons with no clear legal bases hierarchically, a proper formulation as well as having a clarity of content.

Abstract

In order to increase and equalize the educational quality in Indonesia, the government implements a new paradigm in running education with the orientation toward the need of each schools and regions, which is known as School Based Management Program.By using the Stake’s Countenance evaluation model, this research uses a qualitative and descriptive statistic (simple quantitative) approach with the techniques of data collection through a library study as secondary data sources, deep interviews and observation as primary data sources.Evaluation on the transaction phase (implementation program) shows that the implementation of School Based Management program at the SMK Negeri 3 Jakarta principally runs well in accordance with School Work Plan and Budget with is based on the regional government program, starting from planning, organizing, actuating, controlling, evaluation and monitoring, and budgeting. This means that the program has met the criteria of accuracy, suitability, adequacy and responsiveness. Toward these achievements, communities participation such us School Committee, parents, private sectors and industries are very large or significant.

Abstract

The economic growth of a country can be shown by the increasing of its gross domestic product (GDP). Apart of income items such as consumption, investment, government expenditures, and net export, the GDP is also influenced by other factors. Based on my quantitative study by using the simple regression analysis, Inflation has a simultaneous influence toward GDP. Inflation has a negative impact partially toward the Indonesia's GDP. The inflation acts as a factor that can explain the changing of GDP of Indonesia partially.

Abstract

The role of policy analysis is still being debated nowadays, is it as science or as a practical art. It has been said as a science because it explains the process of making decision in society. On the other hand, it is said as practical art because it is also used to the public policies refining in the future. So, we need compromise analysis mapping. The pattern of public analysis policy mapping is based on the type of the policy which is going to be formulated whether the policy for technical strategy, deliberation or politic.

Abstract

The success of Prosus Inten is not got off of the Inten’s strong and continuous willing itself (Team Learning) to make a developing movement (Learning Organization). Based on the approach system. The success of Inten depends on five basic elements which can not be separated one each other. They are input, transformation process, output, feedback, and environment. By applying The Fifth Disciplines, Inten is going to be Learning Organization, It means that all components will learn continuously, fixing their insufficiency and adopting the era’s need. So, Inten will always survive for any situation and any time.
