Abstract

Negeri Halong dengan luas wilayah ± 16 KM, memiliki jumlah penduduk mencapai 10.675  jiwa dan bervariasi dalam profesi/pekerjaan dan pendapatan, didalamnya terdapat sekitar 137 orang menekuni profesi sebagai tukang dan pekerja konstruksi untuk menghidupi keluarganya. Para tukang tersebut memiliki ketrampilan yang cukup memadai dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi tetapi tidak memiliki kemampuan untuk menyusun Detailed Estimate/menghitung RAB secara detail dan menentukan durasi waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan secara pasti, inilah yang menjadi masalah dan perlu dicari solusinya. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan melalui pelatihan agar para tukang dan pekerja konstruksi mampu menyusun Detailed Estimate/membuat RAB secara rinci dan menentukan durasi waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan secara pasti. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode survey awal, pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pencapaian pemahaman para tukang dan pekerja konstruksi adalah diatas 60%. Untuk pendampingan dilakukan selama 3 bulan setelah selesai pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian.

Abstract

The writing of this final project aims to obtain the strength of the building structure that is safe against earthquakes, with a large magnitude force. Based on the title "Calculation of Safe Structures Against Earthquakes, Nunusaku Hotel Building in the Ambon City Area" which aims to ensure that the building can survive and remain intact in the event of an earthquake. The author himself made a building plan with the help of SAP2000v.21 structural analysis software. By using SNI 1726-2019 and SNI 1727-2020. Based on the results of the structural analysis, the column dimensions are 450 mm x 450 mm and the beams of X Direction (300 mm x 600 mm) and Y Direction (200 mm x 400 mm) for Floors 1-4. And for the detection of all loads based on the function of the hotel building that is based on the applicable SNI based on the internal forces obtained from SAP2000v.21, then for the beam reinforcement obtained on the 1st floor: X →(161,204kNm) Pedestal 8D16/4D16, (232,467) Field 5D16/3D16, Y→(32,133kNm) 3D16/2D16 (60,694kNm) Field 3D16/2D16, Floor 2: X→( 159,7445kNm) Pedestal 8D16/4D16 (227,288kNm) Field 5D16/3D16, → Y(32,152kNm) focus 3D16/2D16 (58,696kNm) 3D16/2D16 field, 3rd Floor: X→(160,956kNm) 4D16/2D16 (209,775kNm) 5D16/3D16 field, Y→(32,261kNm) 3D16/216 (58,455kNm) 3D16/2D16 field, 4th Floor: X→(102,475kNm) 4D16/2D16 platform, (105.51kNm) 4D16/2D16 field, Y→(14,2907kNm) 2D16/2D16 platform, (30,289kNm) 2D16/2D16 field, 3D16/2D16 child beam for each floor. And for the column, it is able to withstand the axial force of sebsar (1627.469kN) and Moment (117.7022kNm) of 3D19 reinforcement for each floor.

Abstract

Hotels are also one of the complex types of buildings in terms of design, construction and cost. Before starting the construction of a hotel, it is important to have a clear understanding of the cost budget required for the structure of the building, including structural aspects such as foundations, walls and roofs. The purpose of this study is to determine the volume of each work item, determine the value of the cost budget plan required for the construction of the Nunusaku Hotel building and the estimated time for the implementation of the construction of the Nunusaku Hotel building.The methods used in this study are literature and quantitative methods. The literature method is by using the literature method, in collecting data and information through books and references as well as internet media in the design of RAB. The data collection method is in the form of a basic price. In the calculation of the Nunusaku Hotel Building Cost Budget Plan, using Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) for the Ministry of Public Works Cipta Karya Sector on 2023, and using the unit price of wages and materials for the city of Ambon in 2023.Based on the results of the calculation of the Nunusaku Hotel Building Cost Budget Plan, the value of the cost budget plan was obtained of Rp. 1,992,254,000.00 (One Billion Nine Hundred Ninety Two Million Two Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Rupiah), the implementation time required for the construction work of the structure of the Nunusaku hotel building is 24 weeks (6 months.)
