Abstract

Trash is a problem that needs to be managed properly, because if not, will have an impact and a significant risk to human life both in terms of aesthetics but especially in terms of health. So the quality of management that will be performed to determine the quality / environmental health degree there. This study was aimed to analyze the reliability of various systems associated with handling and processing of solid waste in the city of Balikpapan. System reliability analysis performed on dry and wet garbage container, garbage collection system (wagon wheels 2), TPS systems and Container and waste transportation system from TPS to TPA. The results showed that the reliability of the pattern of waste management in the city of Balikpapan in general is Andal (safe).

Abstract

The social media coverage entitled 75 Years of Indonesia Independence day but we are not yet free shown South Buru hinterland people activities as crossing the Nalbessy river. The safety of user facilities stakes because of breaking up risk, and have fatal consequences washed away by the river current swift. Electronic and print media's rise motivated to examine South Buru hinterland people's facilities need to cross the river. The study aims to trace activities crossing locations and analyzing user potential based on population data. We Presenting roads and bridges history around Liang and Neath Villages in a strip map handling the Namrole - Leksula segment. The method uses Google Earth, structured, and systematic study stages sourced from secondary data. The study results showed that the Nalbessy River coordinate of -3.7628° S and 126.5444° E is Wai Nalbessy III bridge's construction planned location. The Namrole – Leksula segment crosses two villages in South Buru (Liang and Neath). In handling roads until 2019, pavement conditions are still not uniform, consisting of 3 types: Hotmix 7.0 Km, Optional Stockpile of 4.0 Km, and Dirt Road 42.0 Km. The handling of provincial roads has built three bridges out of the 33 bridges plan. Estimated construction cost, the implementation time of the 50 m bridge span Wai Nalbessy III, according to the type of construction, respectively: Rp. 4 billion, four months a symmetrical pedestrian suspension bridge, Rp. 15 billion, ten months of steel frame, and Rp. 20 M, 1 Year for T beam concrete bridge.

Abstract

Penyebaran virus Corona di seluruh dunia telah menimbulkan banyaknya tindakan antisipasi guna meminimalisis penyebaran virus tersebut. Salah satu sifat dari virus corona adalah menempel pada benda. Dengan demikian ketika kita memegang benda yang sudah kena virus corona maka secara otomatis virus tersebut akan berpindah ke tangan orang yang memegangnya. Untuk mencegah terbawanya virus corona maka dianjurkan untuk sering mencuci tangan. Saat ini banyak watafel dan sabun cuci tangan diletakkan di depan rumah, toko ataupun gedung perkantoran dan setiap orang wajib mencuci tangan sebelum masuk kedalamnya. Demikian juga di Politeknik Negeri Ambon telah disediakan wastafel dan sabun cuci tangan di setiap gedung tetapi penggunaannya mengharuskan pengguna memegang tombol pembuka kran dan badan botol agar dapat digunakan. Tangan yang sudah dicuci bisa saja terkena virus kembali ketika memegang tombol kran air untuk menutup kran tersebut. Keadaan tersebut diatas dapat diatasi jika wastafel dan dispenser sabun dibuat otomatis tanpa perlu dipegang oleh pengguna jika ingin menggunakannya. Untuk itu kami memberikan solusi untuk membuat wastafel dan dispenser sabun yang sudah ada di Politeknik Negeri Ambon menjadi alat yang otomatis dapat digunakan tanpa harus bersentuhan dengan pngguna sehingga diharapkan sebaran virus corona dapat diminimalisir. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah telah dilakukan Otomatisasi wastafel cuci tangan pada 6 unit wastafel di lingkungan Politeknik Negeri Ambon dan dapat beroperasi dengan baik. Kran putar secara manual tetap dipertahankan pada wastafel untuk mencegah tidak beroperasinya wastafel otomatis ketika sumber listrik mengalami gangguan serta Dispenser sabun otomatis juga telah dipasang pada 6 unit wastafel cuci tangan di lingkungan Politeknik Negeri Ambon dan dapat berfungsi dengan baik

Abstract

Negeri Halong dengan luas wilayah ± 16 KM, memiliki jumlah penduduk mencapai 10.675  jiwa dan bervariasi dalam profesi/pekerjaan dan pendapatan, didalamnya terdapat sekitar 137 orang menekuni profesi sebagai tukang dan pekerja konstruksi untuk menghidupi keluarganya. Para tukang tersebut memiliki ketrampilan yang cukup memadai dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi tetapi tidak memiliki kemampuan untuk menyusun Detailed Estimate/menghitung RAB secara detail dan menentukan durasi waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan secara pasti, inilah yang menjadi masalah dan perlu dicari solusinya. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan melalui pelatihan agar para tukang dan pekerja konstruksi mampu menyusun Detailed Estimate/membuat RAB secara rinci dan menentukan durasi waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan secara pasti. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode survey awal, pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pencapaian pemahaman para tukang dan pekerja konstruksi adalah diatas 60%. Untuk pendampingan dilakukan selama 3 bulan setelah selesai pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian.

Abstract

The construction of the BPKB Service Building of the Maluku Police Traffic Directorate is planned to be completed in 150 calendar days. But in fact the project experienced addendum 1 on November 2, 2020 because at the time of the field inspection the size of the plan drawing did not match the size in the field, so this project experienced a delay of 27.895%. So that delays in project implementation do not recur, the author's goal is to find out cost and time deviations using the result value method. This method uses basic assumptions to make forecasts so that you have enough time to think about how to deal with problems in the future. Data collection techniques carried out are site surveys, observations, and literature. There are two types of variables, namely the independent variable is time and the dependent variable is cost. The data analysis technique used the result value method. The results of the analysis at week 28 of the cost performance index (CPI) < 1 which means the actual costs (ACWP) incurred are greater than the planned work costs (BCWP) so that the project experiences a cost deviation of Rp. 106,014.970.36 from the value a contract of Rp. 21,701,579,200.00 with a percentage of 0.49% and a time performance index (SPI) < 1 which means the project performance is slower than the planned schedule so that the project experiences time deviations for 200 working days with a weight of 6.5845% from the planning schedule 150 working days. Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is a science for the aticipacion recognizing,  evaluation and control of hazards that arise in the workplace that can have an impact on the welfare and health of workers. The risk of falling is the highest cause of accidents. The use of adequate safety equipment such as guardrails and helmets, as well as the implementation of security procedures such as non-permanent ladders inspection and scaffolding can reduce the risk of accidents.Data analysis was used to calculate the analysis of health and work application in the project "Construction of Hitu Village Primary Hospital". The techniques in data analysis in this study are validity test, reliability test, analytical descriptive, regression analysis test, coefficient of  Determination test, T - test and F test.The results of the analysis show that safety (X1) and health (X2) had a positive effect on work performance from the test results of multiple linear regression analysis from the correlation table or partial correlation, where safety (X1) obtained a value of r = 0.766 with a significance  0.000 <0.05. Health (X2) obtained a value of r = 0.592 with a significant 0.000 <0.05. For the value of the Summary Regression Model Correlation (R) which simultaneously (together) between the variables Health (X1) and Safety (X2), on Work Performance (Y) is r  = 0.767. Among the two aspects of safety and health on the work performance of the Hitu Village Primary Hospital Construction project, the most dominant influencing test results of the partial is the occupational safety aspect of 0.722 or 72.2%.

Abstract

A heavy equipment productivity review was carried out on the Unpatti Ambon Marina Center Development project road section from STA 00+000 to STA 00+900 m. The analysis method are calculating the productivity of heavy equipment for excavation and embankment work, highway paving and reviewing the costs of using each heavy equipment in the form of excavators, dump trucks, wheel loaders, vibration rollers, motor graders, tandem rollers, water tank trucks, asphalt mixing plants and asphalt finisher. The analysis results show that for the primary channel, the excavation volume is 729.30 m³ and the embankment volume is 265.20 m³. For secondary channels, the excavation volume is 709.79 m³ and the embankment volume is 236.60 m³. The productivity of heavy equipment in the form of excavators in excavation work is 122.52 m³/hour and earth moving work is 173.67 m³/hour. For wheel loader productivity, the work of transferring material to the dump truck is 987.7 m³/hour and the work of transferring material to the asphalt mixing plant is 52,359 m³/hour. Meanwhile, the productivity of the motor grader for overlay leveling work is 3352.94 m²/hour, for solid overlay leveling work is 419,117 m²/hour, and for stripping work it is 3352.94 m²/hour. The productivity of the vibration roller is 92.13 m³/hour, the truck water tank is 71,142 m³/hour, the tandem roller is 32.21 m³/hour, the asphalt mixing plant is 49.80 tons/hour and the asphalt finisher is 23,530 m³/hour. The operating costs for heavy equipment for asphalt mixing plants are 462,852,825 Rp/hour, asphalt finishers are 118,106.48 Rp/hour, 3-5 ton dump trucks are 131,477.95 Rp/hour, excavators are 172,259.59 Rp/hour, motor graders are 174,731 .19 Rp/hour, tandem roller is 109,233.68 Rp/hour, vibration roller is 109,233.68 Rp/hour, water tank truck is 131,478.12 Rp/hour and wheel loader is 126,532.63 Rp/hour.
