Abstract

Di TK-SD Sekolah Islam Ustman Bin Affan (SIUBA) dan SMP PGRI Banyubiru belum ada sosialisasi penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam edukasi dan pencatatan kesehatan siswa. Dirancang aplikasi pencatatan siklus haid bagi siswa SMP sedangkan bagi guru TK-SD disosialisasikan penggunaan whatsauto dalam edukasi kesehatan secara otomatis. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk sosialisasi penggunaan aplikasi pencatatan siklus haid bagi siswa SMP dan sosialisasi penggunaan whatsauto bagi guru TK-SD. Metodologi pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu tindakan atau action research yang dilakukan pada guru TK-SD SIUBA dan siswa SMP PGRI Banyubiru. Sosialisasi penggunaan aplikasi whatsauto dan sosialisasi aplikasi pencatatan siklus haid dilakukan selama 2x pertemuan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan pengetahuan guru TK_SD pada penggunaan aplikasi terjadi peningkatan sebesar 121%. Dari hasil FGD diketahui bahwa siswa SMP mengetahui cara pencatatan siklus haid dan pengkategorian normal haid. Berdasarkan peningkatan skor pengetahuan guru TK-SD serta hasil FGD siswa SMP maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengenalan teknologi informasi sangat bermanfaat bagi guru dalam edukasi kesehatan siswa serta bermanfaat bagi siswa dalam pencatatan kesehatan

Abstract

Pada tahun 2019 kasus Diabetes Mellitus di RS Telogorejo jumlah kasus penyakit diabetes mellitus untuk rawat inap mencapai 147 pasien dan untuk rawat jalan mencapai 1284 pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pemetaan per wilayah kecamatan menggunakan sistem informasi geografis pada kasus diabetes pada masa pandemi covid 19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi. Observasi dilakukan dengan mengamati data sekunder pasien diabetes yang terdapat di petugas rekam medis berupa data jumlah kasus diabetes melitus rawat jalan, rawat inap, pasien baru, lama dan total pasien per kecamatan kota Semarang bulan Maret- Desember 2020. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Sistem informasin geografis untuk menghasilkan peta per wilayah kecamatan kota Semarang pada kasus diabetes melitus pasien RS Telogorejo tahun 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 4455 kasus diabetes mellitus di RS Telogorejo pada Maret- Desember 2020. Pemetaan kasus diabetes tertinggi adalah Semarang Tengah, Semarang Barat, dan Pedurungan. Sedangkan yang terendah adalah Genuk, Mijen, dan Tugu. Saran untuk RS Telogorejo dapat menggunakan menggunakan pemetaan untuk mengetahui informasi per wilayah tentang persebaran penyakit diabetes melitus.

Abstract

Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) merupakan pusat pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama di masyarakat. Ketidakpuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan berkisar 60% dari 10 pasien. Fenomena yang ditemukan antara lain keluhan pasien tentang jumlah antrian, waktu tunggu yang lama, dan kurangnya fasilitas seperti kursi di ruang tunggu pendaftaran. Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur dengan sumber data menggunakan database google Scholar. Dari 76 artikel terpilih, lima artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi bukti fisik, reliabilitas, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati baik dengan persentase 40%-75%. Namun, beberapa Puskesmas perlu meningkatkan pelayanannya, seperti kebersihan fasilitas (bukti fisik) dan kurangnya kemampuan staf dalam melayani pasien (keandalan). Saran bagi petugas pendaftaran rawat jalan di Puskesmas hendaknya memberikan pelatihan atau seminar untuk meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam melayani pasien dan mencapai kepuasan pasien yang optimal.

Abstract

The online registration system at Semarang's Primary Health Care has been implemented in 2018, but online registration users are still small. The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of online and offline registration at waiting times using variables in queuing theory. Research at 3 health centers in the city of Semarang. By observing the time of arrival and time of admission to the patient's clinic then the patient is also given a registration service satisfaction questionnaire sheet. The data were processed using queuing theory variables as well as descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The number of online registrants is only 12% while 88% registered offline. The total number of online registrant patient arrivals per hour is 0.85 patients and offline registrants are 6.38 patients per hour where many patients arrive at the first 105 minutes to open the puskesmas. The utility of the online registrant registration server is 7%, while 48% offline is classified as low and the patient queue is only about 1 patient so there is no need for an additional registration server to speed up service. There was a difference between online and offline registration waiting times (p = 0.00) where online patients waited 4.91 minutes while offline patients waited 8.84 minutes. There is an effect of waiting time in the system on patient satisfaction (p = 0.00) so that to increase patient satisfaction, it is hoped that patients will register online.

Abstract

Terdapat keluhan ketidaknyamanan petugas di bagian filling RSUD Kraton Kota Pekalongan yang di akibatkan oleh ketidakergonomisan sarana tempat duduk, meja, rak dan lingkungan kerja .Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui faktor resiko kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja pada bagian filing di RSUD Kraton Pekalongan 2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan metode penelitian observasi. Variabel yang diteliti yaitu rak filing, workspace, jenis DRM, debu dan suhu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di ketahui bahwa bahan DRM yang di gunakan adalah kertas Art karton berukuran A4 berat 70 gram sudah sesuai standar, dan skala debu di ruang filling berskala 2 yang artinya debu sedikit atau tidak terlalu banyak. Suhu di ruangan berkisar antara 28oC sesuai standar 29oC. Luas area kerja masing masing staf 1,4m2 kurang dari standar. Tinggi rak 203 cm melebihi jangkauan tangan ke atas P5 petugas filling 178,8 cm sehingga menimbulkan keluhan pada saat bekerja yaitu petugas perlu menggunakan kursi untuk mengambil DRM bagian atas. Sebaiknya tinggi rak filling memperhatikan antropometri petugas serta menyiapkan sarana kursi atau tangga yang aman untuk menjangkau DRM di bagian atas rak filling

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of mothers of toddlers regarding stunting prevention. The method for implementing this service used assistance and practice carried out on mothers who had stunted toddlers in Lokus Stunting Village, Banyumas Regency. Detailed activities included preparation, pre-test, checking toddler growth and development, providing education, practice of cooking MP ASI, and post-test. The evaluation instrument for this activity used a questionnaire and was analyzed descriptively. The results of this service showed that above-average participants experienced an increase in knowledge after training by 6%, indicating that participants' knowledge increased compared to before mentoring. The attitude aspect after mentoring also increased by 17%, and the practical aspect increased by 3%.

Abstract

The community service aims to increase the literacy and skills of Posyandu cadres in preventing stunting of toddlers as an effort to support the success of the 2030 SDGs in Banyumas Regency. The method of implementing this service used assistance and practice carried out on mothers who had stunted toddlers in Lokus Stunting Village, Banyumas Regency. Detailed activities included preparation, pre-test, providing education, training on the WhatsApp Telemedicine Stunting application and post-test. The evaluation instrument for this activity used a questionnaire and was explained descriptively. The results of this service showed that above average participants experienced an increase in Stunting Telemedicine Knowledge before and after the training by 87%, indicating that participants' Stunting Telemedicine Knowledge increased compared to before the training. The Toddler Stunting Knowledge aspect before and after mentoring also experienced an increase of 4%, then there was the Toddler Nutrition Knowledge aspect with an increase of 7%. The implications that can be taken from this service were increasing the literacy of Posyandu cadres, improving knowledge of toddlers with stunting, increasing knowledge of toddler nutrition, as well as contributing to SDGs 2030.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of residents in Kalongan Village, Semarang Regency, for early detection and monitoring of chronic diseases through the use of an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based Personal Health Record (PHR) application. The implementation method of this service included Survey, Socialization and Mentoring the practice of using the PHR-AI application. The evaluation instrument used a questionnaire and the data was analyzed descriptively in percentage growth. The results of this activity showed active participation from all attendees in discussions and socialization sessions on chronic diseases, PHBS, and the PHR-AI application for chronic disease detection. There was a significant improvement in participants’ knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors, indicating that the socialization of the PHR-AI application was highly beneficial in raising awareness about chronic disease risk factors. Participants were able to understand and practice the material presented during the sessions, which involved a combination of presentations, hands-on practice, and discussions. Additionally, participants actively consulted with facilitators during health screenings and enthusiastically joined the exercise sessions to maintain their health.
