Abstract

Perpustakaan adalah tempat untuk mengembangkan informasi dan pengetahuan yang dikelola oleh satu lembaga pendidikan atau lembaga lainnya. Perkembangan perpustakaan saat ini sangat erat kaitannya dengan pelayanan, yang mana dalam sistem pelayanan harus baik dalam mengolah informasi data harus cepat dan akurat sehingga melancarkan proses dari pelayanan perpustakaan tersebut. Barcode merupakan kode yang dapat dibaca oleh komputer dengan mengunakan teknologi barcode membantu proses pencarian dan pemeriksaan data secara otomatis. Sistem untuk peminjaman dan pengolahan data buku belum memanfaatkan teknologi komputerisasi dalam arti masih konvensional menggunakan media buku sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan pada pendataan anggota, pencarian buku, transakasi peminjama, pengembalian dan informasi baik secara visual maupun dalam bentuk laporan yang di berikan tidak sesuai dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut maka perlu adanya sistem menggunakan komputerisasi memanfaatkan teknologi barcode sehingga memudahkan pengolahan data buku dan informasi sehingga menjadi lebih epektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Numerical data problems are typically caused by a failure to comprehend the data and the outcomes of its processing. In order to give richer context and a deeper understanding of the facts, numerical data must be transformed into categories. On the other hand, changes in data have a significant impact on the analysis's outcomes. The purpose of this study is to see how transforming numerical data into categories affects the model produced by the classification algorithms. The dataset used in this study is the Maternal Health Risk. Categorization refers to formal arrangements. Categorization is also accomplished by using the Gini Index to limit the number of instances of an attribute. The classification is carried out using the Random Forest (RF), K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) and Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithms to produce a model. The influence of data modifications to model can be observed in the confusion matrix with 5 different data splitting. The study results suggested that changing numerical data to categories data significantly improved the performance of the SVM model from 76.92% to 80.77% at a data splitting percentage of 95/5.

Abstract

Zehan Invitation is a business that provides digital invitation services, established in 2021. The rapid development of digital technology in various fields has led to changes in work methods and easier access to desired information. This technological advancement requires businesses to keep up with trends in order to remain competitive. Currently, Zehan Invitation's digital invitation orders are still processed through WhatsApp, which has several limitations. Using WhatsApp, customers do not receive real-time updates on their digital invitations and the services offered by Zehan Invitation. Customers also often experience slow responses from Zehan Invitation when seeking information about their orders. The objective of this research is to develop a platform that utilizes QR codes as a means of ordering digital invitations and recording guest arrivals through Zehan Invitation's web-based services. The system development method follows a waterfall approach, consisting of data collection, data analysis, system analysis, system design, testing, and implementation. The research results indicate that this system successfully provides practical solutions for guest management and invitation ordering, while also enhancing process efficiency.

Abstract

The online gaming industry continues to grow rapidly in Indonesia, with many users purchasing digital items through 3rd party top up services such as Pitopup.com. One of the main challenges faced by Pitopup.com is the difficulty in classifying the sales of each available game item. This research aims to apply the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method to predict the sales classification of game items in order to find out the sales category for each game item and hopefully help increase stock efficiency. The dataset used was obtained from historical sales data on Pitopup.com from June to September 2024. The research stages include data processing, normalization using Min-Max Scaling, data transformation using label encoding, separating test and training data using a ratio of 80:20, and using confusion matrix as a model evaluation. The test results show that KNN algorithm is able to classify game item sales on the Pitopup.com website with a level of accuracy in several categories: marketable category at 100%, the moderately sellable category at 100% and the not sellable category at 100%.

Abstract

Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Pelalawan merupakan unsur pelaksana Pemerintah Daerah di bidang Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil yang bekerja dibidang kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil salah satunya dalam pengurusan Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) Elektronik. Proses pengurusan KTP Elektronik di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Pelalawan masih dilakukan secara manual seperti pencatatan pengambilan KTP masih ditulis diatas kertas, pengajuan berkas masih dilakukan langsung ke kantor, sering ditemui kekeliruan berkas yang di cetak pada saat dilaksanakan Dinas Luar, dan tidak adanya wadah bagi masyarakat untuk mengetahui status kesiapan berkas. Ini menunjukkan belum terciptanya sistem informasi yang efektif dan efisien. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah informasi layanan publik berbasis online. Perancangan aplikasi yang digunakan yaitu metode waterfall.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini sistem dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam pengajuan berkas dan pengecekan status kesiapan berkas hingga memudahkan pegawai dalam merekap data pengurusan KTP Elektronik.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital applications in population administration services has increased the importance of sentiment analysis to understand user perceptions more deeply. This study focuses on the Digital population identity (Identitas Kependudukan Digital, IKD), a digital identity application developed by the Indonesian government. It aims to classify user reviews of the IKD application into positive, neutral, and negative sentiments using the random forest algorithm. The dataset consisted of 28,134 user reviews from the Google Play Store, including usernames, review texts, timestamps, and star ratings. The research stages included data preprocessing, labeling, handling missing values, and text processing (cleansing, tokenizing, stopword removal, and stemming). The data were divided into 80% training and 20% testing sets. The best-performing model used the parameters: max_depth=None, max_features=log2, min_samples_leaf=1, min_samples_split=2, and n_estimators=300, achieving an average accuracy of 83.78%. To address class imbalance, the synthetic minority oversampling technique (SMOTE) was applied, resulting in improved performance with an accuracy of 86.29%. Evaluation metrics before SMOTE showed 83.85% accuracy, 80.40% precision, 83.85% recall, and 81.73% F1 score. After SMOTE, precision increased to 81.22%, while accuracy and recall slightly decreased to 80.86%, with an F1 score of 81.03%. Furthermore, sentiment trend analysis using N-gram techniques (unigram, bigram, trigram) was conducted to identify frequently mentioned topics and user concerns. These insights support the research objective of guiding application improvements aligned with user needs and enhancing the overall digital service experience.
